This place was horrible the only good thing was that the rooms were clean which is good! But as far as service and price it really sucked. The Tv took forever to catch one channel. There wasn't much to watch but advertising. Had a horrible experience. Wouldn't go back or recommend.

The room was great and very clean when I checked in. The lobby area was well maintained and I enjoyed my stay for the most part. The only thing that was missing was complimentary breakfast. I made assumptions on my part, which I guess I shouldn't have. There was another Hilton property right next door that DID offer complimentary breakfast and evening heavy hors d'oeuvres, so I assumed this would be the same. Not so much! I was staying there for a week for business and I couldn't justify paying ... Read more

The rooms were clean but old. The first room I checked into, 101 had a broken toilet seat cover and the windows would not lock which is unacceptable for a first floor room that overlooks a parking lot in the back of a hotel. I was able to move to the second floor. Which was fine. The staff was very pleasant. The breakfast was very good with very friendly staff. The bar for a commuter type hotel was lively during the evening. HHonors complimentary WiFi was very slow. It was a business trip and no... Read more

Hotel is beautiful and room was very comfortable. Restaurant inside the hotel was super convenient. Location of hotel was also convenient. Under 5 miles to Costco and shopping mall. I would have preferred if the room was quieter. The noise of the air conditioner and refrigerator was a minor irritant.

...of room since spending 5 nights. Fortunately well designed storage (as in a cruise ship cabin) drawers, cabinets, large closet helped put all out of sight and get us a feeling of more space. The fire emergency escape diagram shows larger rooms so suggest push hard for a larger room. Staff is especially hospitable, efficient, professionally dressed. Facility is very clean and maintained. Decor appropriate for the SW without being trite. Pictures on room walls were exceptionally good, beyond t... Read more

Very clean and friendly hotel, not unusual for this place as I have been here before. Used the shower and the bathtub was very nice, unlike the Hampton in Durango, CO. The small bar had a nice tasty menu but would like a wider variety of liquor.

Staff is friendly, lobby looks great. Room is clean enough. I got to my room, and the TV takes 4-5 seconds to change the channel. Iron didn't work. Showerhead was a cheap big box-store-looking one, and it was broken too. Cigarette smoke from somewhere wafted into the room later in the evening. The deal breaker, was the air adjust mattress! I asked maintenance to come explain it to me. There is a dial, and the bed is hard as a rock. When I turn the dial to softest setting, nothing happen... Read more

Booked through booking.com - don't know where breakdown in communication was, but we booked a junior suite. Got there and was assigned a king room. So it's 2 am, on the road with kids... Just. Want. Sleep. Took 20 minutes to get us reassigned to a two queen room - still short a couch. Talked to guy on duty who assured me the manager would call about getting a refund, but I never heard from her. The guy was nice and did what he could, but he said they had no record of us having a junior suite....... Read more

Last minute business trip to ABQ and was fortunate to stay here. Very friendly and helpful staff. Housekeeping was excellent (merited a daily tip for their thoroughness. Only nit is the breakfast - I generally order the same thing "ham and cheese omelet with extra cheese" however the cook somehow made it almost tasteless and didn't melt the cheese, hence quite a bit unsatisfying. Other than that GREAT stay

We traveled from San Diego to New Mexico. We initially were booked at Howard Johnson Rio Rancho and that was terrible. I searched for a Hilton property solely because I am a loyal HH member. The staff were nice but the disappointing factor was that Housekeeping was off early! It was unheard of! My family and I had to make up our own room, which we didn't expect to do while staying in a Hilton Hotel. I have never experience such dissatisfaction with housekeeping.
