Incredibly open and spacious suite, perfect for family get-together over graduation at UNM. Outstanding staff, service, and breakfast. Very reasonable price. My first stay at Home2, will definitely do it again.

In my search of a hotel for a one night stay in Albuquerque, I came across the Home 2 Suites. Had never heard of it. Was intrigued, so booked it. Loved it. Will definitely stay there when I go back for a longer visit.

We rented a conference room for a graduation party. The staff was amazingly accommodating and helpful. The room was occupied when we arrived and the staff quickly cleaned and made the room available for us. We needed to make an ice run, they provided ice and pitchers of cold water. We asked for a time extension on the room and they provided extra time without charge. They checked in on us, and anytime we needed something they helped us out. I highly recommend this facility. Next time I'm in town... Read more

Great stay! The breakfast was good I like the different types of sandwiches they offered. Sandwiches worked great because when we left we grabbed a few on our way out to visit the zoo. The staff was friends and extremely helpful.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. I was very satisfied with the Front Desk Service, as they were able to accommodate my request and problems as they arrived. The morning and night audit were both very understanding and easy to communicate with. Rooms were everything I could ask for and more. Kitchen was loaded with crock pot and full utensils that came in great use throughout the stay. Not to mention the dishes and glasses in kitchen made me feel as if I were home. Not the typical hotel exper... Read more

We enjoyed the clean room with a great setup. Plenty of space for our large family of 6 to share. We wish there were better tables at breakfast for a large family with young children. Overall it was a great experience.

Home2 Suites is a new hotel with modern decor. The room was nice with a small kitchen, table and desk and couch. The only drawback of the room was the bed was placed right next to the air conditioning unit, which is quite loud when your head is right next to it. The room was a good size.

This is probably one of the best kept secrets as far as hotels go in Albuquerque. It is new and the rooms are very functional and include a small version of a full refrigerator, microwave, kitchen items like plates, utensils and glasses. The housekeeping staff is better than most. A lot of the time when I rate hotels low, housekeeping has been a factor in that rating so kudos to this property. They also do a very good job at controlling kid noise if they happen to have a kid's group which is ver... Read more

Awesome rooms. The beds and sheets are extremely comfortable the front desk staff was not very friendly and told you nothing about the hotel.. Breakfast is coninental but ran out of food. The ocation of the suite is great. Close to shopping, food and is in the middle of Albuquerque. Near everything including airport. Right of interstate I40 and I 25.

First time at this brand hotel. Almost stayed at Hampton Inn but decided to try this hotel and we are glad we did. Very clean, modern hotel. Room was big and comfortable. The bed and soft sheets were awesome. Best nights sleep ove had in a long time. Friendly helpful staff and very reasonable rates. Will definitely stay here again!

The staff was very nice, my room was clean and the breakfast was included. Having a full fridge with freezer was wonderful. The air conditioner was rather loud and there was a child constantly running upstairs but the hotel itself was very accommodating.

This is a great hotel! It has a very clean and modern feel. I would recommend this hotel above all others in the city as it's location is right smack in the middle of everything. The rooms were spacious and super clean. The staff are friendly and it's just a great place to stay!

This was a very convenient hotel with fairly large, clean rooms. The staff was great, and the hotel had a beautiful lobby. Be aware that the rooms can be noisy. I stayed in two different rooms and had noise issues in both from adjacent rooms. Choose a corner room if at all possible. The breakfast is your standard continental hotel breakfast, which does not work if you avoid processed foods. The highlight is free coffee in the lobby 24 hours and the really great staff. The pool is very smal... Read more

This is a perfect place for a family! The price and accommodations were perfect. The Breakfast was great and because of the amenities in the suite, I was able to go down to the lobby, pick up breakfast, and bring it back to serve my family. The value is so much better than competing brands with a full service suite. This a new family favorite.

This place was perfect for my family of 6. I called around in town tried to find a place where I didn't have to get two room, when I called Home2, all my questions were answered and the staff was so helpful. We loved it, the best place we ever stayed at. Everything was awesome! My kids loved so much. Even though we were only 6 hours away from home, it was a trip of lifetime for my kids. We're coming back on our next trip.

Very nice hotel, mini kitchen, air conditioned. Clean, quiet. They have a mini store in lobby a little pricer then stores but convient. Didn't use pool, but is indoors. Breakfast is more of fast food, pre packaged that you use in microwave, but do have waffle maker, yogart, etc. not bad at all. Location not far from aiport!

Our first experience with Hilton's latest extended stay destination...more than likely our last. Fail to see how they have improved on the Homewood brand...ultra-modern furnishings were odd and uncomfortable...breakfast included microwave omelettes (really??)...not impressed...staff was friendly and helpful but we'll stick with Homewood in the future

The hotel was very quiet for being near the highway. You couldn't hear the traffic. Our room was a good size for being a studio. The bed was very comfortable and we liked having the full kitchen. There was even a roll out table to eat dinner at. The bathroom was a good size. We loved this hotel!! The rate per night was great. The breakfast was enough to get you going. Cereals, donuts, muffins, yogurt, fruit and breakfast sandwiches & coffee and tea.

Poor service from the get go. Room wasn't ready at check in time. Told to wait. No apologies just excuses. Shower was never wiped down. Had hair on same place of shower wall all three days. Not mine. Breakfast selection is terrible compared to similar hotels. Doesn't add to the value.

The last three times I stayed at this hotel, the bathroom and/or kitchen has not been clean. The elevator floors look as if they haven't been cleaned in months! The TV didn't work, and when I called the second time, I was told to just start pushing buttons. I love the size of the room and having the extra table space and the kitchen, but the lack of cleanliness turns my stomach.

I travel for business over 30 weeks a year and have stayed in Five star resorts to Motel 6 and this hotel has the absolute most comfortable sheets I've ever felt. I even went online and bought them from the hotel. Everything else was good, clean well appointed, friendly staff, good value, etc.

Great staff: helpful and cheerful. Overall a wonderful stay. Lines were a little long with some rude people at the complimentary breakfast, but that was not THEIR fault. Wonderful room accommodations; well appointed kitchen. The fan exhaust motor was RIGHT next to the bed, so that got to be a little annoying.

The home2 suites by Hilton are great hotels. I love the homey feeling they have and the sheets in the rooms are amazing! However I am extremely upset about my last experience here. We checked into the hotel, hung out in the room for a while, went to dinner, and within 20 minutes of being back at the hotel, our car was broken into. This is a great hotel, especially the extra perks. My mom and I stayed here and she was blown away by it being eco Friendly. A great place for pets too, it stylish and great staff. There is a bigger fridge, dishwasher, cooking utensils and sink. It a home away from home. Wish I could have taken the bed, best bed I've slept in.
