This Hampton Inn was almost perfect. The rooms are clean, the breakfast was great, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. It is located in a great area, and it is easy to get around. You must meet Francesca if you are there Monday through Friday. She works in the breakfast area, and she is a bundle of information about the area. There was only one thing that was not the best thing. The towels are rough, but that was the only negative thing. Everything else was A plus.

We stayed at this hotel while traveling cross country! Delightful! Felicia, at the front desk, was warm, pleasant, welcoming and helpful; directing us to nearby restaurants, etc.The hotel was easily accessed from the interstate, with adequate parking. Our room was nicely appointed, with multiple "ports" for charging electronic devices, VERY clean, and quite comfortable! The towels were abundant, (more than 2 of each size...so nice), and fluffy! My wife and I stayed here on the recommendation of a friend. We were traveling from Rocky Mountain National Park to Phoenix. What an outstanding hotel, and the employees are fantastic. Of special note was the person at the front desk, as well as a young lady who served breakfast in the morning. I would highly recommend this hotel!

We arrived early and thought we wouldn't be able to get the room. We were wrong. We checked in and decided to rest before site seeing. The room was very spacious. Morning breakfast was a nice surprise. We had hot oatmeal instead of a package. Only issue was the street Lliff would not come up on car GPS. Found them by using the address and Coors Dr. Would stay again.

When we stopped in Albuquerque for the night, we picked Hampton Inn more for it's location to the highway than anything else. What we didn't expect was to find the number of small touches to make Hampton Inn our first choice the next time we're looking for a hotel. Hampton Inn is moderately priced, but offered amenities that compete with luxury hotels. Television choices and Internet options we some of the best we found on our trip. The topper, however, was when we checked out. The staff aske... Read more

I have to say this hotel was amazing. The room was clean, spacious, and cozy. When we walked in they already had lights on for use the TV was on and air conditioner. The beds were so comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. The staff is friendly, and willing to help with everything you need. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Top-notch front desk help -very helpful service that helped us find our dining desires. Beautiful comfortable room - better than most Hampton Inn's. which I have positive connotations with. The Hampton Inn standard. Albuquerque has never been one of my favorite cities, but I'll come back here. It was nice. It made me re-think a negative connotation of a city I had poor experiences with hotels in the past. Under $100 a night for two queen beds. Nice!

Stayed 4 nights. Room in good repair, mostly clean but vacuuming could be improved as there was some debris near bed skirt and a pill of some sort from a previous occupant. AC was quite loud and beds very firm. Didn't hear any noise from other rooms. Staff very friendly, breakfast was ok, pretty standard. I would stay again as it's the best place I've stayed so far in their price range. It's very convenient as well due to close proximity to I40.

Stayed here on our way to Lubbock Tx. It is right off the interstate. We requested a room facing the front of the hotel and this was very quiet. Room was clean, beds comfortable. The air conditioner blew directly at the bed, so this was uncomfortable. Breakfast was good.

We were here for several nights. Hampton Inn tends to be reliable and this one did not disappoint. Clean. Breakfast room & housekeeping staff friendly. Comfortable beds. Seemed quiet, but we were in the end room on fourth floor on side away from interstate. Several busy hotels in the area. Convenient to OldTown & zoo. Parking seems to have enough space but no pull through spaces for the number of guests every night with U-Haul or RV trailers.

Pulled in late to spend the night while traveling cross country. Staff was nice, rooms were comfortable, and there was a Buffalo Wild Wings nearby to grab a bite to eat. My only negative is the coffee pot was in the bathroom. Difficult when you're trying to do your makeup and fix your hair and your husband is trying to get in and get his cup of coffee after I sprayed hair spray everywhere, not to mention me trying to get my cup after he's used the bathroom.

First floor ( I believe room , or suite, 110). Wow , beautiful, spacious suite! Very impressed. We came in from an 8+hr drive and were happy to unload some stress. Very large bathroom (most handicap accessible rooms have spacious bathrooms). Feeling refreshed after a warm shower and ready for bed. Removed one pillow and surprise! A good size spider ( silver dollar size). Must say it was not afraid at all , stood his ground. This is NM ... and I'm sure in most arid locations you might expect s... Read more

Overall great stay. Would go back if in the area again. Clean and nice with helpful staff. We really like how there were plenty of towels since we had a family of 5. Considering where we stayed was a big city I'm thankful this location is also in a good one and nobody bothered our vehicle during our stay.

The location of this hotel is great if your intention is to move about the region as it is central to the Interstates, 40 and 25. Access to the highways is easy. The service of the staff was fantastic. I don't know the names of everyone but they are included in: front desk (all shifts), the dining area (the gals there were accommodating and pleasant, offering smiles with their service), and the cleaning personnel. The only "downer" was the room we had (425) had the faint smell of a previ... Read more

We had a mini-suite which was great. Roomy with a kitchenette, sofa & chair, & separate bath. It was nice to spread out for out 4th night on the road. We didn't see any restaurants close but it began to storm. The desk clerk recommended a pizza place that delivered & it was great. The room was quiet since they seem to be located on the end of the hall, but not too far from the elevator. When we were there, only 1 elevator was working, so there was always a wait. When we got there it seeme... Read more

The Hampton Inn was my family's home base for the week while we were in town for my father-in-law's funeral. The proximity to our family's home was the original reason for our stay, however, we wee truly impressed by how well the hotel worked. We have stayed at the Ritz Carlton and other high-end hotels where the maid-service was sporadic and spotty. At the Hampton Inn, the cleaning staff came without fail every afternoon to make the beds, change the towels, and clean the room. Perhaps eve... Read more

After a long drive from Kansas and getting stuck in rush hour traffic I decided to get a room to stay the night. Opened up my app and found this hotel. I thought it would be a gamble not knowing of it before. And I hit the jack pot!!

The Hampton Inn was everything we have come to expect from the brand. The room was large, comfortable and extremely clean. Breakfast was amazing with every available choice! We will definitely choose this as our hotel of choice for any future visits!

I became a Hilton Honors traveler many years ago and have yet to be disappointed. Some sites have obviously been better than others but the Hampton Inns have always been convenient for travel, easy access, clean and friendly.
