Traveling through without our 18 month old granddaughter and need a place for the night. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good. The place was very clean although I thought our room could have been updated. It had paneling and was very dark. The beds were comfortable.

Not the nicest Hampton, a little worn, but price was fair. Rooms were clean, but need updated. There are plenty of better hotels, but for the price it's right. Easy to get in, but DIFFICULT to find your way out.

I stayed here one night and it was a good hotel. The room is a standard Hampton Inn room, clean and good parking. There are some places to eat close by and it is close to the highway to get in and out. The person that check me in was a lot of help, he stored our bikes and made our stay nicer.

This location is in need of some updates! The price doesn't reflect the condition of the facility. Hampton Inn is our family's go to stay, however we were disappointed with the quality of this location!

A little awkward trying to exit back onto street, but this was a small inconvenience! The hotel staff were friendly & helpful. The room was spotless and the bed and bedding were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hampton Inn in Albuquerque, NM. The staff, including Geno, Phil, Ramona, Stephanie, Felicia, Darlene and Beth made me feel at home during my two week stay here. The entire staff was so nice and friendly, and each happily provided business services, cleaning, water bottles and cookies, and of course the hot breakfast every morning is the best! We did have several mornings with no hot water during peak shower times, but I received a free night's stay from the man... Read more

For folks who have read my reviews, you would know by now that my family always stays at Hilton properties, almost always Hampton Inn. We used to be regulars at Homewood Suites, but since a lot of families stay there with children, we noticed a higher likelihood of them contracting common colds and other bacteria/virus related sickness anytime we visited a Homewood Suites property, so we switched to Hampton Inns. This location was convenient - literally one exit east on I-40 from the intersect... Read more

We liked the hotel in general, but our experience wasn't the best. In the morning, we found we had no hot water in the room. We were told to "just let it run", which isn't a good thing in the desert where water is scarce. After several attempts by the staff to correct the problem, we eventually had to go to nother room for showers.

My wife and I have stayed at many Hampton's in the last few years and we were always more than satisfied with everything until we stopped here for a night on our way home from a trip to southern Utah. The hallway carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed in a few days, the paint was peeling off the walls in the bathroom, no fridge and no microwave. Would not stay here again, but with that said I do see some good reviews of this hotel but I would not take a 2nd chance with this place.

Having stayed at this location in the past and have not experienced any problems, I was quite disappointed with this stay. Although the check in experience was the typical Hampton easiness and good, a few items made me reconsider staying here again. The toilet had a black residue under the rim, the wall covering adjacent to the tub at the bottom was held on with staples and the grab bar in the tub was held on with black drywall screws. Very unprofesssional look. The heater unit would not produ... Read more
