I host a monthly Breakfast meeting at this Hotel for 75-100 attendees. The meeting rooms are lovely. The property is well kept. The Sales Department is accommodating and the wait staff is very attentive. Food is above average for a hotel. The entire staff is pleasant and responsive.

Plenty of amenities, rooms are nice, and the staff is always friendly. The bartender Micah is excellent and very attentive. Having stayed at many Albuquerque hotels this one supasses all when it comes to value. I will always stay here every time I visit ABQ!

The rooms are spacious. The complimentary breakfast, evening reception, and parking are nice perks. Although there is not much of interest in the immediate area, it is a short drive to downtown, old town, and the airport.

I have come to ABQ several times for work but this is my first time at the Embassy suites and I have loved this stay. The staff is all very friendly and helpful. My room is clean and comfortable. The pool and gym are nice and there's plenty of wandering space. I will say the highlight of the trip is Micah. She's the bar manager and she is a rock star, I tried to steal her away to work for me but she's loyal. She takes the time to know her customers regardless if you're there one night or... Read more

This is one of the worst Embassy Suites ever. First the rude person at the front desk named Angelo. He needs to go back to customer Service school at once. He has absolutely no skills in dealing with the public.. Then they have a policy were you need to make a reservation just to use there absolutely horrible ice cold indoor pool and hot tub.. Also cold.. I have never in my life encountered this Amazing dumb idea. Then they have the worlds worst coffee in there morning free Breakfast.. They stat... Read more

Beautiful Hotel, inside and out. We arrived late at night and I thought it was hard location to find. However when we left the next morning, I realized it was not. We had a 2Dbl with a roll-in shower. The bedroom part was roomy and the bed was perfect height for my husband to transfer. The remaining part was a little tight. He needed some help getting his potty chair over the toilet. The shower worked fine. The bathroom was a little small. However he could transfer from his wheelchair t... Read more

This hotel is so overpriced for what they provide! The rooms are very dated! Bad maid service! The garbage was not even taken when they supposedly cleaned the room!! They have breakfast and complementary drinks included in the inflated price! Breakfast and complimentary drinks are confined to an ugly area of the hotel with uncomfortable tables and not even linens provided for the tables!! Limited breakfast selection. It basically is a dated hotel, with fake ferns and fake trees in the atri... Read more

Family of 5 in 1 room and family of 3 in adjoining room. It was a great hotel! We were there over Memorial Day weekend. They had free movie night in the atrium for the kids. The rooms are clean and perfect for families. The bedroom had 2 queen beds, the living room had a fold out couch. The mattress needs to be placed on the couch, but it worked for the kids. The pool was broken while we were there, but they gave us $50 to spend in the hotel restaurant as a consolation. The breakfast in t... Read more

We always use the Embassy suite chain when its available. Especially, the Albuquerque area. The staff was friendly. Being that its a busy hotel due to summer and wedding season, the staff was all hands on deck. There was always someone to help you. The rooms were clean and excellent. We stayed for 3 days and the accommodation to our stay was very pleasing.

The room was clean and the layout was great. Great quality for price. Pool and workout room were nice as well. There were many breakfast options and staff was helpful and courteous. Evening drinks were a nice option but food choices were limited. I would've liked more options. We did move to restaurant for dinner and food and service was outstanding.

I like Embassy Suites because of the free breakfast including made to order omelet and the manager's reception. The bigger rooms are a bonus. I was on a high floor with a great view. It was quiet and clean, and the Wi-Fi was pretty good. It's a couple of bucks more than the other places I checked out, but I think it was a good value. Free parking too.

This is my first choice of places to stay in ABQ. Staff, rooms, facilities, and offerings are all top notch. Manager's reception offers fresh vegetables and a variety of finger foods. The rooms were perfect. Hotel staff amazing. They go above and beyond. Caleb at the front desk is the best for customer service! Would have rated 5 stars, but the waiter/bar staff on Saturday afternoons in the lobby restaurant do not value you as a paying guest. The Embassy Suites in Albuquerque is beautiful. It looks like a typical Embassy Suites with a southwest flair. The staff was very friendly. The food at the manager's reception was great. I would say that this was probably one of the best overall hotel experiences that I've ever had during my years of traveling and hotel stays. Professionalism and courtesy from all of the staff from check-in to check-out and every step in between to include a greeting from the maintenance guy and a woman that works in the spa area. We stayed at the Embassy for a whole week during StatsCamp in June 2016. This hotel is nicely decorated and staff was really awesome. Food was excellent. We were disappointed by the tiny walls of our room. Even if we upgraded to the 9th floor, we could easily hear our neighbors talking and hear their TVs. There is a candy and a pop machine on the 1st and the 9th floor, so families would come up to "visit" the 9th, take some pictures, have their kids run around, and add some more noise in the cor... We stayed at the hotel for one night passing through to Nevada and its right off I40. Front desk was friendly and quick to check in. Once we got to the room it was clean and spacious. The only complaint is almost immediately we noticed the close proximity to the room next door. We could clearly hear women conversating. We just flipped on the t.v. and ignored it. As of Aug 2016, his Embassy Suites in Albuquerque, NM is clean, modern, beautifully decorated, comfortable, and within a 10-minute drive to the airport. My 8th floor room was clean, quiet, comfortable, spacious, and had a great view of the city and hot air balloons that frequent the skyline. The room had two TVs, a bar with fridge, a table large enough to seat 5 people comfortably, a large couch, and free wi-fi that had decent speed. Top notch food! Also has a very nice buffet breakfast with an omelet/pancake grill. Again, top notch. Our room was clean and well-equipped with a refrigerator (including two bottles of water) and a Kuerig coffee-maker. Fast check-in. On the downside, the hotel features a happy hour that wasn't so happy. They ran out of food and ice one hour into the two-hour event. I called to complain, but after the phone rang 10 times with no answer, I gave up. The free breakfast the next morning was worth every penny. Cold pancakes. Cold eggs. Stale pastries. Rooms are spacious if outdated. The one problem is that the walls are PAPER THIN. It was like the people next door to us were literally in the same room.
