The following concerns are the reason for this rating: 1. Shower head leaked all over the bathroom 2. Toilet would not stop running 3. Unable to get TNT on the television to watch the NBA game 4. Burn mark on the carpeting 5. Quality of the pillows was not acceptable Our issues with the room were reported at checkout as we stayed only one night

The staff at this location seem very stuck up. I did not feel as though hospitality was being provided at my arrival, but rather after the fact that I showed dissatisfaction in how I was being handled by the staff. The housekeeping staff were saying negative things in spanish thinking I couldnt understand them, and they also seemed very uptight. Not welcoming at all.

The air conditioner never cooled our room-even set to 64 and that didn't help. Very hard mattress. Pillows too big for short necks! Pool was cloudy so didn't use.Grout missing in bath floor tiles. Poor job of caulking around toilet, BUT a very pleasant & helpful receptionist. Thank you for asking.đ???

Room was old but nice, quiet and clean. Breakfast was great. The only complaint I had is there were only 2 towels for 4 people. Coming in late and leaving early we didn't have time to ask for more. It was located in a dark remote area not in what I would consider downtown and that concerned me but we didn't have any issues. I was also told I would get points for my stay and never received any.

The room was small and there were stains on the floor, no stopper in the bathtub but a nice glob of hair instead. The bathroom was tiny and grungy. Where to begin...the first room I was checked into had no TV, just a cord hanging out of the wall. The second room I was checked into had filthy sheets. The third room was marginally better, at least had no visible stains on the bedding...there were however multiple cigarette burns. The management of this hotel is not doing any upkeep and clearly has no interest in repeat business. Stay literally anywhere else, even if the price is much higher

There must be no insulation in between the floors in this hotel. The noise was crazy! This is an older hotel, which needs to update it's website. There is no hot tub anymore or fitness room as the pictures show.

Had travelled to Albuquerque for the Balloon Fiesta. The hotel is centrally located near the intersection of Interstates 25 and 40. There is easy access to both. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was large and comfortable, but without microwave and refrigerator. The bed was very comfortable. There aren't a lot of restaurants close, except for a breakfast/lunch diner next door, but there is plenty of places a short drive nearby.

This hotel was okay. It was close to the launch area, had continental breakfast, and a pool. This is why we stayed here. Any other time of year, we would have stayed somewhere nicer. During the balloon festival all the hotel prices are through the roof. We paid over $200 a night for a room here. Again it was just okay. Very little to do within walking distance, which was a bummer. The staff was nice, and breakfast was okay.

Pretty standard, clean enough, no bugs. The rates are ok and if you just need to sleep off of I-40, have quick bite in the morning and hit the road this place works.

Check in was fast, easy. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. When we checked into our room it looked great until we went into the bathroom, the tub was disgusting. It had actual crud around it, and a brown stain around the whole inside of the tub. After reporting this to front desk they sent two people up to the room who took pictures and eventually cleaned the crud off, but the brown stain remained. The bathroom floor was a gray/black floor tile that was also dirty, I know this because... Read more

I booked this because of rave reviews and was VERY disappointed! Staff here was super, but location was really sketchy. We almost just left and lost our points and reservation cost. The hotel is very old and has been rehabbed, but some things just can't be patched. The shower drain was so slow, you took a shower in standing water. Very small room, scratched and dented furniture. Wouldn't go back. But, the staff was super, not your typical Wyndham staff at all!

I always book from the reviews on this site when on the road. The reviews for this place were really good. Wrong!! We almost just pulled on through when we arrived and gave up our Wyndham points we had used and our money paid! It's in a very sketchy area of town. The staff is SUPER nice, but the hotel is old, and was not kept up very well. Wyndham has rehabbed, but it's not enough. The room was small, the furniture scarred and dented, the mattress had a gross stain on the side, the teleph... Read more

Easy access off the freeway. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was very good. The internet was a little slow but it could have been the time of day.

Older building with some age issues, but overall clean and neat. Really good breakfast variety. My one complaint is that the elevator and stairwell smelled of cigarette smoke ALL THE TIME and sometimes the smoke filtered into our room on the 4th floor. I didn't realize there was a floor for smokers in this building.

Not in the safest part of downtown Albuquerque but I've never had a problem staying there in over 10 years.

The outside needs a revamp but the service and room was great! Freeway was outside my window but I couldn't hear the traffic. Breakfast included but I saw the staff microwaving the eggs and bacon... sure wish it was fresher!

I was looking for something in a central location near the railway station. The neighborhood is not a place anybody would go for a walk, but we walked there from the Amtrak station. The Inn is convenient to Interstate exit/entrance ramps, but not noisy. The staff were cheery and helpful.

The price on the rooms are a little over priced, was told when I first made reservations that I was unable to cancel it due to it being prepaid and when I got there to check in it was not prepaid , front desk clerk wasn't sure why I couldn't cancel it when I needed too
