After a busy day of making Turquoise buy decisions and acquisitions I and my associates enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of the Bar. The bartender Ruiz was a real gentleman and was attentive to our needs. In the morning the lady who managed the Breakfast bar was a sweetheart and provided an excellent breakfast to each of us. Room was clean, both TV's worked and the beds were comfortable. Even the Hide-a-bed. On behalf of myself and my associates we thank you and will definately use your facil... Read more

When I got there the room was dirty!! It had no trash can, no ice bucket. Ice machine was broke. Had to go all the way across the hotel. Elevator was broke one day too. Staff was not friendly except for an exceptional maid named Velvet. She was great! Checked out EARLY for a bkfst meeting & the man at the desk told me to COME HERE for a minute. Said I was late. he said you still need to COME HERE. He was rude & kept me 10 mins for nothing. I had already paid...everything! It was not enjoyable at... Read more

When we checked in, it was in the late evening. I had made a reservation a few weeks before. It was late, we had traveled and we were ready for bed. My daughter noticed the beds looked made with dirty sheets. We took the top sheet off. The next morning we left early for work, but when we returned that late evening, there was no hot water. We requested a different room. The reception staff gave us a different room. The new room was great! The staff were very helpful and professional!

Hotel did not change sheets when staying there (3 nights). Nor did they vacuum room carpet. You get what you paid for. While I was in room, staff semi cleaned room. Then 15 mins later someone else (staff) walked in room for no reason. This left me clueless. Free breakfast was awesome and cooks where very friendly and hard workers..

The building is slightly run down (curtains falling off track, a broken corridor door wasn't serviced during the 3 days I was there, TV stopped providing cable, the pool had dirt on the bottom, and other small issues)but the rooms are clean and quiet with comfortable beds. The staff is excellent. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The complimentary breakfast is great (not a simple do it yourself breakfast. It's a made to order cooked on the spot, with a variety of options, so delicious!) Overall... Read more

Age has taken a toll on this grand place, but our room was clean, and the service was exemplary. The staff was excellent, we got the room we reserved, housekeeping checked on us to make sure our needs were met and offered service. Parking was very convenient. The tasty breakfast was made fresh by friendly staff. We had a plumbing issue that was taken care of in a timely and pleasant fashion. The staff here more than makes up for the toll time has taken on the facility. We will stay there again o... Read more

We have stayed in this hotel many times. Granted it is older but this time the room was dirty. Walls and light switches gross. Holes in the couch. Dirty towel in the bathroom and no hand towels. On the other hand the staff is great, helpful and kind.

The room was dirty, even leftover food from previous guests in the minifridge. Cops were called multiple times for fights. The heater did not work and they were rude when we asked for extra blankets. The bar plays loud music until like 2 am, so we couldnt sleep. The only thing good was the breakfast that was it. Don't stay here, it was awful and staff were really rude, rolling their eyes at us whenever we would ask for something

I would suggest you do not stay in this establishment even if they have the last rooms in Albuquerque. My 4 year old daughter and I were traveling across country and decided to stop here for the night because they had the Jacuzzi suite. We checked in and put our bags in our room and immediately went out to dinner. When we finally returned to the room it was very late and at that time she was already starting to fall asleep, so once I started noticing all the issues I was not up to go put her ... Read more

The hotel itself looks pretty cool and all the flowers, plants and water fountains make the place look attractive. Upon check-in there were two ladies - one older and one younger -that weren't very friendly (one of the ladies didn't even try to crack a smile and was so serious that I felt weird and uncomfortable talking to her). Instead of providing me a simple map, this lady explained in a confusing and lengthy (also, annoyed tone) how to get to my room. The hotel maintenance man standing ne... Read more

Pros: the sheets and towels were clean. $3 happy hour mojitos. Cons: everything else. Seriously, if you can afford to stay anywhere else, do so! The room (despite being non-smoking) stank of cigarette smoke. (You can see the cigarette burns on the drapes and comforter). The place was falling apart - again, see pictures. Says there is free wifi, but it's unsecured and the signal is so poor we couldn't even connect to it. There is no way to get to the rooms without taking the stairs. ... Read more

This is an old hotel. The rooms are out shoots of the center of the hotel and are outdoors not inside. My room was a suite which was quite large; however, it did not have a closet. I had 2 TVs (no information about what was on each channel). There was a little nook with a fridge and a microwave. None of the floors had working ice machines. The A/C was wonderful and the bed was very comfortable. They did have a free breakfast of varied items or you could have hot breakfast items cooked fo... Read more

The suite was very spacious, more than what we needed for an overnight stay. The location was good for what we planned during this trip Staff was friendly and helpful. The suite was clean, including the carpet. Some of the furniture was quite worn, but serviceable. Services were not up to standard: we should not have had to ask for handtowels and a second washcloth; nor toilet paper. We paid less than $100 for a suite that had 2 queen beds and a vanity in one room, and sitting room with a desk, fold out couch, and a nice kitchenette. The decor was perhaps a little dated, but it's a beautiful place. The biggest plus was the secured underground parking that kept the car from turning into an oven. The pool was acceptable, and the hot tub relaxing. Room was clean and the staff all friendly and helpful.

The room had a water leak in the bathroom, there was pizza crust on the floor and we didn't eat. Broken glass. Worst $115 ever spent. The pool felt slimy and didn't smell clean, the entire feel of the room left me feeling dirty. We didn't enjoy our stay at all. The only good thing was the layout of the room, everything and I mean everything else needs help. Including the no ice basket so they gave us a trash bag to put ice in.

Hotel and room - grungy and dirty. Could be an impressive and charming place! So sad. There were old underpants hanging in the bathroom! No sheets, blankets or pillows for one of the beds; front desk delivered them while we were out for dinner, but didn't make the bed (and didn't remove the underpants...)
