We arrived here following a trip south to Carlsbad and wanted to be close to Old Town Albuquerque. This hotel fit the bill nicely as Old Town is an easy walk a few blocks away. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, the staff attentive and friendly and our overall experience was good. Since we were only spending one night here, we didn't get to take advantage of the outdoor pool, but there was a nice outdoor seating area overlooking the pool which would have been a nice place to relax. We were... Read more

Stayed 3 nights total. Shuttle from and to Airport was a nice plus. The breakfasts were excellent. Nice pool and hot tub, though I did not have time to enjoy. But just sitting there in the mild evenings was a pleasure. Room was quite large. Very comfortable bed. Across the street from a Starbucks. Absolutely no complaints.

Our stay at the hotel was for a visit to our children and grandson who was graduating from high school. We were treated with a good room. The room was close to the exit and on the first floor, which was what we requested .The room cleaners met all of our needs. They were the house keeping team on the first floor. We were in room 116. We requested morning freedom from house keeping and they respected that wish. The room was made up and clean when we returned in the late afternoon. We found... Read more

I stayed here to be close to Old Town Albuquerque. It is walking distance to the old town which has amazing shops and old historic buildings. The staff were very friendly, the rooms clean, albeit a bit dated. There is a nice pool and your room comes with a nice breakfast. Great value.

Just stayed one night. This was a pleasant surprise. Very near the Interstate but no road noise. Great pool, a little cold for us but nice to relax after a long day sightseeing. Breakfast included, great breakfast but took a while before they served it, we were not in a rush. Rooms are clean, well decorated, good bed. Walking distance to the old town and restaurants. We will come back if ever needed.

We stayed two days while on our way to Grand Canyon. It is pet friendly and we visited with our dog. It is walking distance to the Historic District and a short walk to a wonderful hike along the Rio Grande. Would stay here again!!!

We attended a 5 day Road Scholar program at this hotel. The room was good, not great. The bathroom was very small for the quality of room expected. Otherwise the room and facility is clean and well appointed. Wifi worked fine. There is a business center with computers and a computer in the lobby for printing boarding passes. The food was very good for buffet style. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel that provides the food and they have a skilled chef. The serving staff were excellent, e... Read more

I have stayed at better Best Western Plus properties. The rooms and bathroom are small. The bed was uncomfortable as well. You can also hear everything around you. All night we heard people and toilets flushing as if they were in our room. The rooms are not very clean. We let our 9 month crawl around the floor after being in the car all day and her knees, feet, and hands were almost black from the carpet.

Clean and quiet. Good made to order hot breakfast. Close to interstate. Friendly staff. Price is a little high. I would stay again if passing through. I did not like that they allowed pets. I like the fact that their Wi-Fi did not need a password. Room had a fresh clean smell to it, even through the carpet in the hall did not.

I visited with my husband and 2 boys in June 2016. The staff was friendly, the pool is nice and the breakfast is better than usual as you get $6 towards the connected restaurant. My main reason for taking away 2 stars are the beds. The front desk person said they were newer but they sag horribly and have no support. I woke up early because my back hurt so much and my super fit husband said he felt stiff and sore. We always stay at BW but I wish they would get some consistency in the mattresses.

This hotel is conveniently located close to the interstate and old town albuquerque. We came with high hopes. We were initially given the wrong room number and keys. Then we were given a key that did not work. Then our room was deadbolted so we still could not enter. After four trips to the main desk and 35-40 mins we finally got into our room. A little disappointing when you have been in the car all day and have limited time. Samantha was very pleasant.

The room was also located right next to an exit door which had people in and out of all night very noisy We stayed for breakfast and the ser... Read more

We stayed here for a family party. The rooms are big, clean and comfortable. The beds were not to firm, nor to soft. We had a roll away bed brought in for a third adult and it too was comfortable. The bathroom was also large and practical. The Wifi connection was strong and never dropped or slowed the connection. The only downside to the room was A\C which was a little noisy (although this helped to cover my sisters snoring! :) ) We ate breakfast every morning in their restaurant. Christine L... Read more

I travel quite a bit, and this time for vacation instead of business. I chose a hotel that I normally stay at for business because of the rewards, and Best Western didn't let me down! The room size is no different than any other, but the amenities were better. Instead of a cheap little coffee machine, they had a mini Keurig, which as fast and the coffee excellent. We were looking for a place to stay near Old Town, had failed to make reservations elsewhere, but found a good rate at this Best Western. The check-in staff was slow and seemed disinterested; we asked for recommendations on a place to have dinner, received mostly blank stares. The room was clean, but seemed dated. If you like white noise when sleeping, the AC units here are for you - it was so loud when it kicked on and didn't seem to cool the room efficiently. Breakfast is included in the f... Read more

My family and I were traveling home and needed to stay at a hotel for the night for rest. We've stayed at a Best Western Plus before and loved the room and experience, but this time was horrible. After 10 hours of driving through the desert, all we wanted was a nice cool room and a bed to lay in. When we got into our room, it was extremely hot and muggy. The A/C didn't work and was only blowing hot air. We called down to the desk and told them and they said they would send maintenance up right a... Read more

Clean, reliable, old, sometimes there are some kinks like a noisy refrigerator. The hallways are not air conditioned. The pool is outside. I love the restaurant, and the Free Shuttle that we used to go to Old Town. The restaurant gives $6 vouchers that can be used for anything for a $6 discount or for a free breakfast, they have about 6 selections for this. We usually get the Sunrise selection which is eggs, bacon or sausage, potatoes toast, juice and coffee. They have a bar area, and a Hap... Read more

The hotel is only about 1/2 mile from Old Town. Maybe not walking distance for everyone, but it is close. The freeway is very close too. The rooms are above average, the parking is free, and the restaurant in the hotel is quite good. You get a voucher for breakfast, where you get a free meal from a set menu or can pay a little extra to get something else. The service at the front desk and in the restaurant was as good as you can ask. I stay here when I visit Albuquerque.

We got the last room (there was a conference in town) and found the rooms clean but old.
