We arrived here following a trip south to Carlsbad and wanted to be close to Old Town Albuquerque. This hotel fit the bill nicely as Old Town is an easy walk a few blocks away. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, the staff attentive and friendly and our overall experience was good. Since we were only spending one night here, we didn't get to take advantage of the outdoor pool, but there was a nice outdoor seating area overlooking the pool which would have been a nice place to relax. Stayed 3 nights total. Shuttle from and to Airport was a nice plus. The breakfasts were excellent. Nice pool and hot tub, though I did not have time to enjoy. But just sitting there in the mild evenings was a pleasure. Room was quite large. Very comfortable bed. Across the street from a Starbucks. Absolutely no complaints.

Our stay at the hotel was for a visit to our children and grandson who was graduating from high school. We were treated with a good room. The room was close to the exit and on the first floor, which was what we requested .The room cleaners met all of our needs. They were the house keeping team on the first floor. We were in room 116. We requested morning freedom from house keeping and they respected that wish. The room was made up and clean when we returned in the late afternoon. We found... Read more

Just stayed one night. This was a pleasant surprise. Very near the Interstate but no road noise. Great pool, a little cold for us but nice to relax after a long day sightseeing. Breakfast included, great breakfast but took a while before they served it, we were not in a rush. Rooms are clean, well decorated, good bed. Walking distance to the old town and restaurants. We will come back if ever needed.

I have stayed at better Best Western Plus properties. The rooms and bathroom are small. The bed was uncomfortable as well. You can also hear everything around you. All night we heard people and toilets flushing as if they were in our room. The rooms are not very clean. We let our 9 month crawl around the floor after being in the car all day and her knees, feet, and hands were almost black from the carpet.

Clean and quiet. Good made to order hot breakfast. Close to interstate. Friendly staff. Price is a little high. I would stay again if passing through. I did not like that they allowed pets. I like the fact that their Wi-Fi did not need a password. Room had a fresh clean smell to it, even through the carpet in the hall did not.

I visited with my husband and 2 boys in June 2016. The staff was friendly, the pool is nice and the breakfast is better than usual as you get $6 towards the connected restaurant. My main reason for taking away 2 stars are the beds. The front desk person said they were newer but they sag horribly and have no support. I woke up early because my back hurt so much and my super fit husband said he felt stiff and sore. We always stay at BW but I wish they would get some consistency in the mattresses.

This hotel is conveniently located close to the interstate and old town albuquerque. We came with high hopes. We were initially given the wrong room number and keys. Then we were given a key that did not work. Then our room was deadbolted so we still could not enter. After four trips to the main desk and 35-40 mins we finally got into our room. We stayed in this hotel twenty years ago and decided to try it again. The decor is the same, but not run down or shabby. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly and efficient. There is a lounge for evening drinks which was a little noisy. There is an on site full service restaurant for lunch and dinner as well as a limited menu free breakfast with table service. Unusual, but nice. We would stay again.

This place is one of the nicest Best Western I've stayed at. Staff was excellent. Place was neat and clean. Room was really nice and the bed was comfortable. A/C kept us cool. Breakfast was in the on site restaurant and they gave a $6.00 voucher which would cover a limited number of items on the menu or give us $6.00 credit on whatever we ordered. Right next to I40 but heard absolutely nothing. Good job BW.

I generally liked the hotel, but have one big complaint. IF you need to use a luggage cart to get a car load of stuff to the 2/3/4th floors, it will be difficult. They've lined the elevators with wood and then added a wooden rail along the side. This prevents the luggage cart from going straight into the elevator like you can do in EVERY OTHER HOTEL I'VE EVER BEEN IN. The wood doesn't look all that good either. A wonderful place to stay. Fast check in....great beds and pillows. Very clean and smelled pleasant. Well insulated, did not hear other guests. The mini kerig in the room is a nice touch. Easy high speed cable connection at desk with power outlets. Lots of parking. The room hostess (Cynthia) left this little suprise to greet us.
