Stayed here as part of a wedding. Staff is very accomodating, nice rooms, many amenities (bar, fitness, pool, etc). Quiet at night so you can actually get sleep. Needed to check in early to get ready for a wedding, and the staff accomodated the wedding guests.

Check in was prompt and very friendly. Lobby was modern and welcoming. You will melt in the king size bed of your impeccably clean room. You will want to live in the modern bath with oversized rain shower head. Overall a very pleasant stay. Only complaint was the maids are pretty loud with their voices in the morning!

From the time we booked the wedding block rooms the staff at Woodcliff Lake Hilton were extremely helpful and accommodating. The hotel itself is conveniently located near a small shopping center and the Garden State Parkway. The rooms are modern, clean, neat and just the right size. I would highly recommend this hotel. The grounds are very nice and they have a lot of facilities.

Told room is on first floor which is actually a basement room with no Wi-Fi service... Poor breakfast buffet.. Charged for extra night... Still waiting to have extra night charge reversed on credit card after spending countless hours on telephone with different people... Did not meet expectations of a typical Hilton stay... Reception was good and welcoming. Thank you. Room allocation 383 was miles from reception and quite a trek. The air condition was very noisy and frankly to sleep I had to switch it off which made the room warmer than you'd want. I raised my visitors with reception - tiny flies and there were hundreds of them. Apparently someone went to the room - but on my return to sleep the critters were still in residence. Perhaps they have HHonors too! Dinner in Nicklebys was okay. Service was slow but that ... Read more

Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful; we even got a room "upgrade." However, if what we received was an upgrade, the regular room must be VERY basic. The "upgrade" was a very small room, (king bed, worn-looking sofabed) with a dated bathroom. Not really sure why these small rooms started at $149 a night....definitely not what we expected.

Not a fan. Second time we have stayed here for a reunion. The property is so spread out that it is a good 10+ minute walk from the front desk to your room; don't take an elderly person here. We didn't have a room fridge, so I called and asked for one. They brought me a dirty, moldy one that stunk. On the second day, we came back to our room to find our dirty glasses and tea cup complete with used bag still sitting around. Also, during our long hikes down the hallways, we were amazed at the amoun... Read more

Like the other reviewer we were here for a reunion. No refrigerator in the room. Beds were too soft for my taste. Room service dishes stayed in the hall forever. Housekeeping didn't arrive to clean the room until late in the afternoon. Lot's of issues with amenities throughout the property with closed or inoperative facilities, machines, etc.. The largest issue was management's failure to try to fix an issue brought to their attention regarding adequate seating to accommodate our large group's ... Read more

Stayed here on business. Staff really try their best to welcome guests with friendly smiles. Although a buffet option, i felt breakfast at $18pp was overpriced (service was not great either), only bar was open in the evenings, the food was ~okay, if i knew there were restaurants close by; i would have dined elsewhere. Facilities (gym and sauna) were not available on arrival due to maintenance and staff were really apologetic though there was no offers to alternative suggestions to compensate the... Read more

The set up was very nice! But you can see its an old hotel. Everything looked tired! Not much choice in the executive lounge. If you are in the area, it's ok to book it. Nothing exciting though! I cannot recall much of this hotel, other than its old.

Stayed at the hotel for a wedding. The hotel is well located with nice green surrounding. Being a diamond member, there was no recognition. No upgrades, no nothing, disappointed. Being a weekend, the lounge was closed and nothing offered in lieu. The breakfast was Ok, nothing great. There were parties going on in the rooms and that was disturbing. The hotel requires refurbishment.

Stayed here for a wedding. The hotel was nicely remodeled. The staff friendly, the ground lovely, some shopping close by as well as restaurant facilities on the premise. Plenty of on site parking. Staff friendly, efficient, and professional.

I have to start I am not one to complain and this is my first ever post Front staff was extremely horrible, I have requested a shuttle 6km away and have been waiting for 1hr, I called to ask status and he said the driver is not back yet? Then I asked for a number to a local cab company because I would prefer to get back to my hotel instead of waiting outside so they put me on hold for 10-15min, then a person picks up and it's conferenced to another disgruntled customer...... me and him are left... I recently stayed at The Hilton in Woodcliff Lake NJ. This is a very nice property. It is extremely clean. The staff is terrific and the accomodations are very nice. It has ample parking and a private entrance for executive level guests. I highly recommend this property. It is nicely priced for such a nice hotel.

Loved the location, decor, comfortable beds and great bathrooms. The bedroom size is very spacious. The hotel itself is really nice among with the staff and rooms. They accommodated me last minute and were very kind.

The Hilton Woodcliff Lake is a no frills business hotel that tries hard to meet guest needs. The price is right and the location is great. The one thing this hotel has never been able to master in the 17 years I've been staying there is the food. I do not eat lunch or dinner there, and instead opt to go off property. If I owned this hotel, I would be working hard to fix this problem.

Stayed overnight for a wedding nearby. This hotel is clearly a business/conference hotel but that isn't necessarily a negative. The appearance is modern and up to date and everything was clean and well kept. The rooms were what you'd expect for something in this price range. The service was good for what interaction I did have with them. One thing that did impress was the onsite breakfast, the variety of food was above average and the made to order omelettes added a nice touch. Overall a s... Read more

Initially we were impressed with the hotel layout and staff friendliness and so booked a block of rooms at this hotel for our wedding guests. Everything fell apart when we checked in the night before the wedding. Reception staff could not find available rooms for us, told us that the hotel was completely booked up and we had to wait more than half an hour before rooms were located for us, way in the back of the hotel very far from the elevator. There was no bell man on duty when we checked in a... Read more

Refrigerator on floor. No coffee table. Had to wait and hour and call 3x to get a small table delivered and be told none of the rooms had tables by couch. I saw coffee tables in rooms when walking by and door open when maids cleaning. So we were lied to. Toilet didn't flush had to wait for maintenance to fix. Bathroom very small ,door opens and toilet in the way.

Our room was very far from the main lobby. No security as we returned to the hotel at 1:30 am from a wedding and an entrance door in a deserted parking lot out of the view of the main area of the hotel was unlocked

This was our second trip to this Hilton. The staff is super-friendly, room is clean, pool is lovely (although we didn't get to enjoy it this trip). This hotel by far, has my favorite beds. I slept better here than I do at home! It's location is great in that, there is a great bagel cafe nearby as well as other dining options. There is a grocery store and other shopping as well!
