We came to Wildwood for my daughters 16th birthday (2 adults, 2 teens). The hotel was expensive but it was also a block from everything. We were right on the boardwalk and had an ocean view. Yes, the hotel is seriously outdated but it served it's purpose. We had plenty of space in the room and were provided a full size fridge and microwave which saved us from eating out all the time. The front desk staff didn't say much but our house keeper was friendly. The pool was clean and after the first da... Read more

Nice hotel in a great location!! Very clean and affordable. They had 3 beds, 1 very soft but the other two were hard as rocks. I had a great time in Wildwood. Next time I come down here I will greatly think about choosing this hotel!!

The rooms all have new beds and tile, but we arrived to find food in the fridge not ours and hair in the bathroom on floor, tub, & toilet; also, not ours. They provide a coffee pot in the room, but no coffee, cream, sugar; not even mugs. The restaurant attached was closed, but not noted on the website during booking. One elevator did not work at all and the other one had a broken door that had to be manually forced shut. The door to outside corridor on 5th floor stock and seemed to lock up. Ou... Read more

Not a luxury hotel, but it's clean, safe and one block off Boardwalk! Want to stay here again this July. Everything is in walking distance. Restaurant and pool were good also. Rooms are nice and the view is great.

This is my 1st EVER negative review on a hotel and I have stayed all over. We stayed here for a basketball tournament with a large group. I would have left if I knew I could find somewhere else that evening without having to pay a small fortune. There was hair on the toilet and bathroom floor (not ours). There was dried up toothpaste on the sink. The coffee pot did not look clean at all. I had to use my lysol wipes from my car to clean. We used our beach towels over our pillows and the co... My family and I really enjoyed our stay and we do each year. There are no special bells and whistles, but the suites are clean and the hotel is close to the beach. The front desk staff are there if you need them. I am very picky about hotel rooms and I read reviews from multiple sites. For a beach front in Wildwood, this place a pretty good and with great prices.

Very dated. Some things could not be made up. Queen size mattress on a single size bed frame. Very, very noisy air conditioning units. Ceiling tiles dirty and one actually was soak and wet and fell in the bathroom. Oh and not to mention kids above us dribbling basketballs at 2AM in the morning. Honestly, location is good but place needs a lot of work!

The views are nice from the balcony at night. There is a buffet on premises and they have decent food for a very fair price. The pool is quite large and there's plenty of room for everyone. The location is as close to the beach as it comes. It is just a short walk to the amusements. I will definitely be coming back soon!!!

Looking for a place for just a night, I was a little concerned after reading the negative reviews. However, the price was right and I booked it. We had a room on the 6th floor with a balcony and a beautiful view of the beach. The location is great as it's between two of the piers and near the waterpark. The room was fine. It had two large rooms with 3 beds (a rarity these days) which were separated by the bathroom. Made it perfect, as my daughter and her friend slept in one room and I in ... Read more

I've been staying here for over ten years, and the last few years have seen a decline in the overall level of care. I think maybe the ownership has changed from Wildwood natives to some management company. Nobody at the front desk sounds like they're from New Jersey any more.... more like Yugoslavia. The shower control in my room was loose to the point where it was unusable, and this very unclean man came up to fix it in a very half-assed way which I suspected was not going to work.. and lo a... Came here for family vacation. Been in motel before. We pick it because room type we need and the price. I found out they started renovation on 8 th floor and put in queen bed. I aaked for that and got it. Yes the queen bed squeezed in and big fridge. So happy. Perfect for our family with lots of privacy. Oh and sebastion is a sweetheart. Very nice housekeeper. Oh also love watching fireworks frm balcony. The complaints is toilet that has terrible flushing. Also the hot tubs are nice but after b... Read more

Our room had hair everywhere and it wasnt properly clean... pool and hottubs looked like they can use some deep cleaning! Building is falling apart, needs maintenance! So dissapointed this time ( we always booked there) This was our last night staying in this hotel.

Run down. Smelly. The thermostat in our room had no face plate, Completely broken off revealing mercury. Could not open the bathroom door without scraping ceiling tiles. Sink hardware broken. Outlets non-functional. Did not smell clean and floor was filfthy. Decent location. Restaurant marginal.

My husband and I had stayed here 15 or 20 years ago and were very happy with the accommodations. When we decided to return to Wildwood, New Jersey we chose to stay at the beach Terrace again. It was generally clean however we did have to request they replace one of the spreads as it appeared to be soiled. The room was more like a suite. You entered from a common balcony through a room with a full-size bed TV unit with drawers, a table and refrigerator. You then walk through a hallway which a... Read more

I was very scared to stay here after I read the reviews. So here goes my honest opinion. I asked for an early check in and we did not receive it. The room had a nice layout and was clean and smelled nice. We were in 302 on the pool level. It was nice if the kids came with us, because the pool was right outside the door. But, at night the other guests were cooking on the grill and sitting feet away from our door. The AC worked great! But, the condensation from it was leaking in the bathroom.... Read more

We had a very wonderful stay. Everything was very clean but our 3rd floor guy cleaner was very rude and had always something to say when making our service. He told us that we had to pay for a sheet change when my son had an accident on the bed. Other than that our stay was very pleasant and the hotel employees where very nice and friendly. Its very close to everything. Will stay here again.

This was my second visit to this motel this season. The pool is very large and there's plenty of room for everyone. They clean the pool and hot tubs every morning which is great. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The housekeepers were sweet. The private balcony is the best part! No one is running past you and you can leave your towels & suits outside to dry! It's cool how you get to know your neighbor. There are 2 chairs and a table on the porch which are just perfect. The front desk people... Read more

Perfect location for the rally in Wildwood. Great oceanfront views and the boardwalk. Desk staff were all nice & accommodating. Rooms were very clean but slightly dated. Deducted one star because of the broken elevator & the wait time for the other. I recommend an 8th floor room. Definitely would stay here again!

Stayed here in Sept as part of a 50 person group trip. Overall the motel has many problems. Most group members had some type of room problem. Some room lights didn't work, water leaking into rooms, room phones not working, toilet running all the time and needed a muscle man to get the shower on and off. Hot tubs very dirty, nice buffet but food cold. Coffee pot in the room but no coffee not even in the lobby for the guests. The management and staff seem to be working on all the problems but they...
