The hotel was very clean and welcoming. The staff was most helpful and informative. They helped navigate us around the area for our meetings. After check out I left a bag of very important documents and the held them for me. Thank you very much. Sylvia Tatum.

The staff were wonderful! After checking in, they recommended a great nail shop. My room was excellent.I always enjoy my stay at Hampton Inn regardless of the location. Dinner was provided during my stay. Hampton Inn definitely sets the bar high for great, quality customer service.

Great east location with several restaurants next door. Rooms were extremely clean and fresh smelling g. Decorations were modern. Very comfy bed. Continental breakfast was delicious with many items to choose from.

We had been driving for twelve+hours and hotels were hard to come by. We called and Brittany gave me a better rate than the " coupon book" over the phone and assured me we would be all set to just walk in. We were. All I wanted was a restaurant open past ten in walking distance ( Applebee's fine by me) easy off I95 and a clean comfortable room. Check. Check. Check. Rooms are very clean and the bed seems comfortable.

This location is probably one of the more worn out locations I've been to. Nothing glaring, but it's the sum of all the little things that leads to the impression of wear. Stains, dents, broken furniture, scratches, all these things add up. On the plus side, this location has the best Hampton Inn WiFi I've ever encountered. I was able to use it for a video conference that made the trip worthwhile.

During a 3 night stay, the room was not made up for the 3rd night. Arrived that night at 11:30 PM and the night clerk could not do anything about it except to bring up a couple of towels. The manager was not helpful the following day and stated that the room was not made up due to a DO NOT DISTURB sign, which is false. She simply offered a small reduction in the room rate and made no mention of the 100% guarantee.

Had to stay hear due to soccer tournament requiring teams to stay at hotels they block rooms at. It was dirty. It was noisy. It was damp. The rooms did not get serviced. The floors in the lobby were sticky. Friends on the first floor had damp floors. Another family of 6 reserved 2 rooms and got 1. Headquarters has surely not been keeping tabs on this location. Maybe they need a visit by "undercover boss"

Although the hotel was nice, I have had better experiences with other Hampton Inns in the past. The room smelled like a Febreeze bomb was set off before our arrival to mask any smells. The bed was extremely comfortable. The free breakfast was disappointing. Both mornings when we arrived hot trays were empty. When they were filled 10 minutes later, the food was burnt and overcooked.

I have stayed at this location before, the staff, cleanliness and breakfast are fantastic. I make this a stop over hotel driving from GA to CT a few times a year. I have not used the pool or fitness room, but I have checked them out and they seem very clean. If you are looking for a great place to stay with great service at a very reasonable price you should consider this hotel.

From the unpleasant GM to the non-smiling front desk staff, these people need to have a lot of mentoring if they want to get up to HILTON hospitality standards. It was very disappointing. It was the worst hotel experience I've had in 30 years. Not to mention the noise volume and my door be banged on by children and other lost guests in the hotel from 11:30pm until almost 3am!

Normal Hampton Inn experience - nice rooms, good breakfast, pool, etc. But internet service went down and that's when the lies started. "It will be back up soon", "the maintenance person will be in at 7am to fix it", "oh is the Internet not working?" sort of thing. Turns out there has not been a maintenance person on staff for 2 weeks, there were no plans to get it back up, and every member of the staff was well aware that the Internet was down. This has got to be the worst Hampton I've ever stayed in. I did the online checkin and when I arrived to the hotel, I had to ask the person behind the desk for my complimentary Diamond snack, to which she rolled her eyes before going to get it begrudgingly. The hotel overall needs an overhaul. The furniture is in poor shape, mis-matched, and gives a dirty appearance. The elevator walls were filthy, the complimentary breakfast was mediocre at best....not much of a selection, packaged items that were not very appealing, expired fruit, eggs that looked fake, no yogurt or any healthy items to choose from. Every Hampton Inn stay is always a pleasure, and this one was no exception. Quiet clean rooms, great food, comfortable/controllable temperature, and courteous service, who could ask for more. The Inn is conveniently located right off the New Jersey Turnpike exit, and is easy to find. It is nicely located to shopping, movies, and many places to eat.

I've stayed at many Hampton Inns, and this one is on par with what you expect. They had some remodeling happening on the third floor - our room had not yet been updated, but was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and attentive. If you are looking for a break in travel, staying at the Hampton Inn, in Burlington/Mt. Holly, NJ is convenient, well maintained and in a nice location. Cracker Barrel is right there as well, so between the Complimentary Breakfast and the restaurant, you don't have to go far for Breakfast, Lunch or dinner...then can be on the road (quick back to the NJT) either to your destination or back home, very easily.

The staff was friendly but this hotel is pretty outdated. The room definitely needs to be updated including the air conditioning unit. The walls were very thin, I could hear pretty much everything that was going on in the room over from me. I had to figure out how to keep the fan on so I could get some noise to cover it up. The breakfast was a typical Hampton Inn breakfast, nothing special. I will probably go elsewhere next time.

On a business road trip, fatigue set in and chose the Hampton Inn. It is an older set up and a bit pricey for the room condition and breakfast provided. The staff are absolutely outstanding and professional, by far the best attribute and reason to stop for a stay. The nearby Cracker Barrel makes for an easy meal option without further driving. If 15% reduction in rate would have been a five.
