One of the nicest Hampton Inns I've ever stayed in! Clean, comfortable.... Nice staff. Just wish that there was a mini fridge and microwave in each room. Plenty of parking and a diner right out front. I suggest a room in the back if you are looking for a very quiet stay.

The good: good location, easy to find, looks new, very clean, quiet, good parking, good breakfast, good diner adjacent to motel parking lot. The not so good: no refrigerator or microwave in room; phone in room did not work and was not fixed until after I told front desk in person three times about the problem (once right after check-in, once the next evening, and the third time the following evening).

We just completed a four night stay at the Hampton Inn Voorhees, NJ. The hotel is in a great location, a walk to a good diner and steakhouse. Upon arrival after 3 pm on Saturday, we were told that not all rooms were ready for occupancy yet. As a Hilton Honors Silver, we did not receive a preferred location, high floor room. We received a room on the 2nd floor, and had to listen to people clod-hopping above us for four nights. The hotel is very nice, almost new, and offers a very good breakfast ... Read more

I needed to check in just 2 hours early to attend a family wedding however, they just didn't come through. Check out is 12 noon, check in is 3 pm. I arrived at 1 pm and no rooms were ready and I was told wouldn't be till after 3:00. I had given advance notice of my need when booking the room and even called the morning of to let them know I was on my way but they still didn't have the room ready, and didn't even for guests that were coming in after 3:00.

We had a comfortable room, very nice when we first walked in. Unfortunately, we could hear someone walking around above us for the entire 2 night stay, both day and night, and it was very annoying. The toilet seat was broken but maintenance immediately fixed it. The remote would not work but we were given 2 new batteries upon request. The alarm went off at 6:15am for some reason so always check to make sure it's turned off - we will next time we stay anywhere. And secure a room away from the ele... Read more

Stayed 2 nights for family wedding. Staff at front desk always very friendly. Had an issue on 2nd day as housekeeping had not left any towels when she had cleaned the day before. Kinda unhandy when you realize you have no towels as you are stepping into the shower. Even when we had towels on the first day, there were only 2 towels. Also noticed in the hallway that there was stuff on the carpet that would have vacuumed, but remained during our whole stay. Lobby/breakfast area was nice and pro... Read more

Their were almost no problems beside one room having a strong smoke smell. All rooms are non smoking but it isn't the hotel's fault that someone didn't follow the rules. My wife and I were happy with our experience at this hotel. The staff were exceptional. However we were disappointed with the hotel policy to remove bibles from the rooms and the serving of artificial eggs at breakfast without letting guests know. Again eggs are not expensive. The general population is becoming much more health savvy. If the guests are informed I am sure less than 30% will partake of this.

Positives: the hotel was clean, the breakfast was pretty good (nothing fancy, but solid), and the staff was pleasant and helpful. Negatives: there was a loud humming sound and a flashing light in our room that impacted our sleep. The staff was apologetic and tried to make it up to us, but could not resolve the problem.

Hotel was clean so was the room. The pool water was GREEN in color. The breakfast was typical Hampton breakfast but without eggs. First time at a Hampton with no eggs. This is a relatively new hotel - I reviewed it a couple of years ago when it first opened and had a good stay. It is overall a nice property, I like the adjacent diner, and it could get a great review. On this stay, however, my memories are of what's not working and the response that I got from the hotel. I wrote to the hotel GM about my experience, and quickly got an apology. I think that there is ample room for some attitude adjustment and better communications, however. Check in was great -... Stayed here for two nights because of its locaction. The property if new but it already looks tired. The staff were less then friendly, no smiles here, just employees collecting a pay check. The rooms were comfortable and the ac/heat units did an outstanding job. The rooms were quiet and traffic was not an issue. Will stay here again if the location is required. New but the rooms did not have micros or the small refrigerators we have gotten used to.

The hotel was clean, staff was helpful and very kid friendly. Diner in walking distance was great. hitel/theme park package for Sahara Sams was an excellent value and extremely easy to obtain from the front desk.

I made a reservation and very specifically said I needed a handicapped room. I reserved a room with the assurance that one was available and would be reserved for me. But checking in at 4 PM it was not. My room was the farthest done the hall. I was supposed to be happy that I could park at the side door. A door six feet above the parking lot. Who designs these places? Is there really an ADA?

Super convenient location off Route 73 ... behind 24-7 Voorhees Diner. Hotel looks new, tastefully decorated, clean. Desk staff, housekeeping, and breakfast room staff were friendly, outgoing, and helpful. First floor room--across from pool and workout rooms--was quiet and comfortable. Rates are incredibly reasonable--much better than the comparable Marriott in Voorhees.
