Use this hotel for College Graduation at Rowan Universtity. Very easy to get to off of highway and very easy to find the college. Took about 30min with rush hour traffic to get there. Front desk was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good, but they kept running out of food. Only complaint was the shower curtain needed to be changed, due to being soiled and a dead bug in the window and light bulbs were blown in several spots. Beds were clean and comfortable. I can understand a hair in the drain or somewhere in the room. But I found clumps and long hair in the bathroom. Lots and lots. It was a bit disgusting. I have very short hair so I know it was not mine. There was co much that it would have accounted for all my hair. The front desk just said they would get back to me. They did not. I am a Diamond member and stay in lots of hotels on business. This is the first time this has happened in any of the Hilton family of hotels.

This was the worst experience we have ever had at any Hampton Inn, and we've stayed many times. This hotel was understaffed, our bathroom shower leaked an inch of water all over the bathroom floor, we needed extra towels to mop up the floor, we asked for another room and did not get it, we asked for a maintenance man and did not get it, we asked for them to fill the coffee bar, they did not. We would never recommend this hotel and we will never go back.

Great location and the staff couldn't be more friendly and always willing to help. They had a soccer group in from Russia and they were a little loud but their kids. I would stay here again if ever in the area.

This is not the Hampton Inn I am used to. The staff were miserable. The rooms were dirty. The carpeting made our feet black. We needed to wear shoes in the room. dust and debris were on the carpet and thick dust on the light fixtures and bedside table. The breakfast was out of bacon and waffle mix the entire weekend. The staff complained throughout the building

Local hotel great price friendly staff. Was a great place for a quick get away. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family when they visit. Close to restaurants shopping and parks. Can't wait to go back.

This Hampton Inn was not up to the standard of other Hampton Inns I have stayed in. The pool was closed for Memorial Day weekend; the outlet supporting the desk area was not working; and housekeeping did not clean the room until we had to ask on our return from being at a soccer tournament all day. The "managers" at the property seemed unconcerned about any situation. I was disappointed because this is not the norm for Hampton Inn properties.

Great hotel near to Cherry Hill and Camden NJ, Just a few miles from I-295 and the New Jersey Turnpike, yet it is in a quiet community with an olive garden restaurant across the parking lot. Clean, comfortable and reasonably priced for the area. This is a great spot for the business traveler.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! They had a great breakfast selection and the pool was clean. The pool is a little too tiny. Room was clean but the floors were damp and the rooms felt a little to small. Otherwise great experience

Little over priced for very small room. 2 double beds and small bathroom in a room really designed for 1 double. Work area/desk was small also. WIFI was so-so on speed, and often dropped. Pool was not opened during scheduled time, so that upset the kids. Staff was pleasant, quality AM breakfast (though seating was again "small").

The pool was filthy dirty and cloudy. The room wasn't completely equipped. The TV did not work. The front desk was indifferent until I voice. They said they would take care of it but there was no response.

We were treated very well and the staff exceeded our expectations. The room, however, did not meet Hilton standards. Clocks not set or not working, AC unit not working probably, broken/stripped power cables for nightstand light worried us of fire hazard.

The rooms are clean, the beds and pillows are extremely comfortable, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Better internet services would be helpful my virus protection would trust the connection. But overall a great experience.

I first tried to book this hotel online. After a bit of trouble, I called the hotel directly. The front desk was successful in booking my reservation. The hotel was clean, the staff was very friendly and the pool was great. A great family experience.

The facility is showing its age. The furniture and carpets in the room was well worn. The bathroom the same. The staff was friendly and helpful in adding an additional night due to a change of plans. Along with a busy Saturday night with many soccer kids in the place, the next night was the NBA final with a noisy crowd watching the game in the lobby - our room was next to it. I'll start with the highs, the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. But overall it is dated and ready for a downgrade to a lower class hotel. We started off with the key not working so back to the desk for a redo. Then the door did not lock without a heavy push creating a security issue. Finally the wifi was extremely slow. We probably wouldn't stay here again.

We like Hampton hotels for their cleanliness, good service, and value. This one was no exception. Our only complaint is that the breakfast area is pretty small and finding places to sit was a challenge. The breakfast foods/beverages offered were very good though.

Poorly managed hotel. The Hampton Inn flag drives business but the operation of the hotel is disappointing and travelers don't come back. The staff is poorly trained and doesn't have the tools to adequately do their job and keep the guest happy they are constantly running to catch up with shortages of towels and sheets for the rooms. Not enough towels for the pool area in June. The summer travel season. can yo imagine the nightmare for the staff!

While the staff was excellent there were many issues. My reservation was all messed up. It did get resolved in a timely manner though. The A/C in the room was great but the rest of the hotel was extremely hot. The hallways and the lobby had terrible A/C and we were told no one knew how to fix it. I stayed at this Hampton Inn along with my bridal party. We booked 4 rooms for Friday night into Saturday, one of which was extended to Sunday. After that another room was supposed to be extended to Monday for my husband and I. Saturday night we came back from the wedding and the room wasn't cleaned. Rooms were not that clean upon arrival...and the room has a musty smell to it. It almost had a motel feel to it. We asked for a new room and the room was much better. It was cleaner and had a better smell. Much better than our 1st room... Although the rug was lifting.. Lobby is nice I just think the rooms need to be freshened up...

Check in was a disaster; front desk representative had difficulty with both computers and unable to find rooms; 33 gallon trash bag on floor of ice room on third floor, ripped open with garbage coming out-seen at 5:30 p.m. and still there at 7:30 am. My husband and I now choose Hilton properties in order to use the HHonors program. This property is in serious need of updating. The woodwork, and bathroom especially have been around for a while and are hard to clean. The door tracks in the shower were disgusting! The staff at this property is helpful and accommodating!!

Please learn how to respectfully address customers especially Hilton Honors. Also, contractors should practice safety when dealing with guests. I cannot eat breakfast with loud mobs of people, kids running around the halls, and wet floors where I slipped and almost fall. Your location is convenient, rooms are good but need to work on the points from the room to the road, that would make it outstanding not just clean and convenient.

I visited the Hampton Inn in Voorhees this past week while on business. I'm not sure what hotel others that have written a review stayed at but it wasn't this one. I just spend two nights at this hotel and it was the biggest mistake ever. The cons...The pool was dirty, the beds were the most uncomfortable beds I ever slept on. You could feel every spring on your body uughhhh even my 7 year old said that her body was hurting in the morning, the bathroom had mold in the corners, the furniture its old and in really bad shape. I've stayed at this Hampton for serveral years and have seen it deteriorate. Its badly in need of deep cleaning, painting, and maintenance in the common areas and room. The only reason I've stayed at this location is for the guest access to the local Echelon Gym. I'm in search of another Hampton in the area with a local gym agreement.

The location was great, the property and amenities were awesome, and the staff was generally helpful. Keys kept deactivating and the front desk was understaffed, which made fixing the keys frustrating. The complimentary breakfast included some hot foods, which was a nice surprise. The complimentary WiFi worked great for the laptop but not for smartphones. Overall, I would recommend this hotel, especially if they fixed their buggy keys and staffed the front desk better.

Needs serious updating, Someone needs to check out conditions of rooms before its occupied.if it had been checked out before hand I think the problems would have been caught.....I think they should do a complete updating on the rooms... new carpet, new window treatments, bedding,and refrigerator. Traveled from Va. To attend my granddaughters high school graduation . We usually stay at Hampton Inns. We had a issue with housekeeping. The management team took immediately action and resolved the issue. This was the 1st time that we had any issue and it was resolved in a very efficient manner. We are planning to stay here again

Poor experience. Not customer oriented. Past visit I left item in room. Got message I had left something and called. Never got a call back. Stayed one night for my grandmother's funeral. Room was not ready at 3; got checked in at 5 and found the room without pillow cases. We had an end room for three nights on the third floor. With this location, maybe I should not have expected very good WiFi. The signal level was so low that neither my Apple 6S or new Dell laptop would connect. I complained when we checked in and they said they would have someone look at it and that they were full and could not give us another room. Found the rooms to be updated and very clean. Friendly and knowledgeable staff were all would go above and beyond to accommodate needs of a party of over 100 people with many small children in attendance. On more yhan one occasion he took over the lobby because of the size of are group and were treated with the greatest hospitality which made are groups stay a true pleasure looking foward to my next stay at your hotel.

Nick was at the front and was very helpful, great attitude and also went above and beyond to help our needs. He really went above and beyond to try and find an extra room for us and when one came available he immediately let us know. When I come back into Denver I will for sure choose the Hampton inn because of his great customer service.

Hampton Inn Cherry Hill was great. We stayed at the hotel for a family wedding. There was a small complimentary breakfast and a lot of restaurants/shopping centers nearby. There was plenty of parking. We went to Philly after our long weekend and it was an easy drive! The only downfall to the hotel was that it did not have safes in the rooms. Other than that, great stay.

Breakfast was good. Hotel staff was nice and friendly. It was smell all over, In the lobby, room, and hall way. Smell like dust, cigarette smock (Yes I know it??s smock free facility). Also bed mattresses are uncomfortable. As usually, Hampton Inn (generally) have at least couple feather pillows, this location does not have it.

Hampton Inn Cherry Hill was great. I stayed at the hotel for a class reunion in Turnersville. The complimentary breakfast was good. There are restaurants/shopping centers nearby. Plenty of parking available. Going to Philadelphia was pretty easy. Hotel staff was awesome, always ready to please. I stayed at this hotel alone & felt safe. I would definitely stay at this property again.

No complaints. Nice stay for a couple days. Daughter's liked using the fitness center. It was quiet at night which was a good thing. We all slept soundly like babies...that doesn't happen much during majority of hotel stays.

Problem was the gigantic, ginormous tv in the small breakfast eating area...the pc located in the lobby was not working for 6 of the 7 days we were there. I recently stayed here for a wedding in the area because the rest of my family was staying here too. Looking back, I wish I would've chosen the newer Hampton Inn about a mile away. All king rooms seemed to be old and outdated with stand up showers. There is nothing wrong with stand up showers, except that the grout is hard to clean, leaving black residue and making the shower look dirty. There isn't much around the area we wanted to stay in so we stayed at the Hampton Inn. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. They had everything and was sorry we didn't have a chance to use it all. Breakfast was really good and changes every day. Room was nice. Samples in the bathroom were of a better quality that I expected. Staff are super friendly. There are lots of places to eat lunch and dinner within walking distance.

I traveled to Voorhees for a business trip and usually try to stay in Hampton or Hilton. This particular location was about a mile from the facility I was visiting so it was a really excellent location and delightful staff. Breakfast was delicious also. Really great experience.

Be certain your reservation is made at the hotel of choice or a " Hilton Hotel/Honor Number. Third Party Booking Agents are now used and your Hilton Honors Points will not be accepted. This may have been an older hotel as the room was smaller than usual but renovated with tasteful modern decor. The mattress seemed firmer but comfortable. The staff were professional and accommodating.

Front desk was friendly at check in and the prices are fair, but the hotel desperately needs to be updated. The hallways are showing wear, the rooms are smaller than most Hamptons. The bathroom DESPERATELY needs a refresh. It wasn't a bad stay but not a good one either.
