Very clean and well run hotel. Easy on/off from road. Nice for a short visit. Unfortunately, the restaurants are not. Rude staff, slow service, did things like set the table even after we let them know we wanted to be seated. Spoke to hotel management.

Nice stay; clean and neat room. Had trouble getting the outlet in the bathroom working, but finally the lower one kicked in. Otherwise, all was well.

Watched the NASCAR Race at Dover that weekend. Had some beautiful das at the location. Sleeped very well! The restaurant was a sensation! Best Sushi, I've ever had outside of Japan! The first 4 nights I've booked via booking.com. Added a aditional night and they booked $25 more, than the other. This is bad Business!

We had to wait an hour to get a room. They said check in was at 3 and we didn't get a room until 4. They said they were very busy the night before and in no way tried to compensate us for the inconvenience. Will never stay at a Wyndham again.

1st: Our room was next to the gym.We heard every piece of equipment being used through the walls at all hours. 2nd: Our room was not serviced, notes in the system said that the maid said our room had do not disturb sign out, it did not, staff at front desk answered complaint with, she probably didnt feel like cleaning it!!! Too many issues to even begin to cover. Over priced for the quality. Did not have an opportunity to use the pool, but it looked to be the cleanest part of the hotel.

When I arrived to the hotel there was no one at the front desk so I had to wait. When the front desk person came I gave her my info and she proceeded to look for my reservation but kept putting me on hold due to the phone ringing instead of putting the person the phone on hold and attending to me since I was standing in front of her. She finally find my reservation 10 mins later and starts to activate the room keys. Once I get to the room the card keys didn't work due to the fact that she wrote ... Read more

We stayed here for 3 nights the weekend before Memorial Day. The room was basically clean other than some staining on the bed skirt. They didn't replenish the bathroom amenities for the entire stay and the hallway had a very strong smell. They offered free breakfast every morning but the options were limited and the service was extremely slow. No one wants to spend over an hour at breakfast when we had places to be for the wedding were attending. We didn't even go to the breakfast in our final m... Read more

My overall experience at the hotel was great. The only thing I saw that was not up to par was the behavior of a few waitresses from the I-Hop. They clearly were not happy with their treatment but they were loudly complaining about this to the front desk person in front of the guests. I did not feel this was appropriate to do.

Stayed for soccer tournament.Motel seems older but clean.Offered breakfast buffet that was probably the worst one I have had .When girl finally came to ask if we needed drinks I was already done eating, then I asked for orange juice which she said they had none.It was only 7:15 in the morning with 4 other people at buffet.Seems like minor problem to fix.

The room was clean, but it smelled of smoke as soon as you opened the door. We stayed at this hotel for a family event. The room rates were good and the area where our event was held was nice as were the servers. My biggest complaint was the smell of smoke in the room and the fact that when we made the hotel reservation, the website advertised free breakfast. There was no free breakfast and the manager was overheard telling another party who was checking in that their website had not caught ... Read more

When I checked in Katrina at the front desk greeted me with a smile and was extremely helpful with all my annoying patron requests ... More pillows, extra towels ect. She was a pleasure to deal with and should be working at a better location because the room itself was musty, and old and dark and not overly pleasant at all. The breakfast was decent as far as free breakfasts go. But over all -- the hotel needs an makeover desperately. Thank you Katrina!!!!

Stayed here with my son for a baseball tournament. Booked room through Priceline and when I attempted to check in they said I did not have a reservation while they had a paper with my name on it. Took 40 minutes and eventually ended up in a smoking room since there were not any options. Only good part of the experience is they did let me see room first. We choose to stay this hotel largely because it was advertised online to include a free breakfast for two. My email confirmation also said free breakfast for two. When we arrived we were told we could get $5 off breakfast at their new attached IHop. Told them our breakfast was supposed to be free. Was told I would have to talk to someone in the morning. Then we were sent to a room that had not been cleaned. Got different room after long walk back through hotel to front desk. In morning complai... Read more

I stayed one night on business and twice during the night, two different people were able to put their key cards in my lock and open my door and enter the room. Thank the lord both times were by accident and there was no incident however when I told the front desk, there were no apologies, just "yeah, that's a problem." Won't be staying there again.

I returned to my hometown for a visit and booked 3 nights at The Ramada. It was a pleasant stay. My room was ready early and very clean. The clerk at the front desk was very welcoming. The hotel offers 3 dining options: an IHOP, a cozy pub, and a full service restaurant. I also appreciated the in house laundry for guests. The next time I'm home, this is where I'll stay.

My Husband and I only stayed one night, in the middle of July. There's a pool in the back, but if you want quiet, make sure you ask for a room away from it because it closes at 10pm and when we were there, there were alot of kids screaming way past 8:30. The Hotel and rooms are very clean and modern. The bed was good, the pillows are terrible. Too hard and my neck was bent sideways all night. Clean, friendly and up to date. We stayed here for a local soccer tournament and they even set up a buffet breakfast for the clubs. The poor women running it looked like they were pretty put upon, but then again it didn't look like anyone was leaving tips and lots of kids were running around. Obviously my 4 star is not meant to compare to a top flight hotel, but in the budget category is was very good.

If you want to go somewhere and have a manger rudely talk over you while you're trying to talk, this is the perfect place for you. Communication among staff is terrible. I had a problem with one of the hotel policies and it took twelve hours to address. If I was ever stranded in the middle of the night and my options were to sleep outside or at this hotel, I'll be friends with Mother Nature for a night

We just stayed at Ramada while in Wildwood. Very disappointing stay. The room smelled of cigarette smoke, the check in women was rude, they advertise free continental breakfast but all you got was 1 $5 coupon per room for breakfast at the over my crowded IHop next door. When we got to our room the air conditioner was off so the room was hot and stale. I paid for a deluxe room and there was nothing deluxe about it. Disappointed.

The hotel stay was fine until we were awakened at 8 AM by bush trimming and weed whacking right outside our room. It sounded as if they might come through the wall. We thought that this was due to the fact that we had a ground floor room, but friends on the second floor were also disturbed. At checkout, we mentioned this to the women at the desk who agreed that it was early, but offered no compensation.

This property sold out to I-Hop. Each night a $5.00 credit is issued for use at I-hop at breakfast. Previously, a full choice complementary breakfast was free. Now, even though I have a $5.00 credit at I-Hop, I pay an average of $10.00 including tip. The rooms compared to nearby motels are "oldish" and often not cleaned very well. Take away my free breakfast and staying at this Ramada is no longer a value to customers.
