I was warmly welcomed by front desk staff. I was in the area for the New Jersey marathon and upon arriving, I received a goody bag for the event the next day - was not expecting this at all but really appreciated it! The staff were very social and genuinely interested in making the stay comfortable and enjoyable. The room was very clean and cozy. Lots of parking spaces, free wifi available, ample lighting in the room and HOT showers. Couldn't get any better, I'll be back! Mary did a great job wi... Read more

I am a frequent patron of your hotel. I don't know what I would do without Sheila and Mary. Sheila gets me checked in and Mary gets me checked out, all with great hospitality and a smile. My dog loves the tall maid. When my business gets done here in New Jersey, I will definitely come back.

Labeling a room "Smoke free" and allowing smoking outside the rooms in a motel where all the rooms are directly accessible to the outside? A complete joke. Having my lungs full of smoke the entire miserable night there was only topped by being woken by a silverfish crawling on my arm in the morning. I didn't bother with the coffee maker, it had obviously not been used recently and was dusty inside. The sheet had an unsightly stain that I covered with a towel so not to have to look at it. Dirty floors, bathtub and sink drain do not work and the bathtub was dirty with a previous occupant's/s dirt stuck to the sides of the tub. Dangerous bathtub to stand in very narrow space for your feet you can lose your and hurt yourself while showering. The room was not gone over before a new occupant used it. Ice machine broken throughout our, had to go to another floor to get ice. Comfortable mattress.

Mary (works at the desk in the morning) was very helpful and considerate when she helped me get into my car this morning while the sprinkler was spraying the driver's side door with water. She did her best to shut off the sprinkler system for me and when that didn't work put a bucket over the sprinkler while I got into the car. I really appreciated her immediate action and willingness to help.

This motel is a bed for the night and not much else - exactly what it is intended to be. Our room was updated and clean and it smelled nice. The beds were only doubles, not queens, so it could be a tight fit. The in-room fridge was clean and the air conditioning worked well, along with the free wifi. The location was very convenient to the parkway and also to the event we were attending. It was also close to a mall, restaurants...etc.

The room was good size and clean. The bed was comfortable. The place sits back from the road so it was quite. The location was perfect for traveling. It was right off the GS parkway, Rt. 18, Hwy 36, Hwy 35, and close to restaurants malls and shopping, movies, Monmouth Park horse racing is about 5 miles straight down the road. The room rates are fair but not a lot of amenities. No pool for kids. It's a good place for a quick stay over.

Seems like a safe area, well except for the prostitute staying next door that has 3-4 men entering and leaving every night, and the couple suspicious activities that appeared to be drug deals. So the problems: I found blood on my sheets the first night I checked in. Took them up to the front and they couldn't switch me rooms just gave me more sheets. There has been multiple spiders crawling on the walls and even one on the bed. The room, which is a superior king, is the smallest room I've... Read more

Not being from the area I relied on my fiancé's opinion of where to stay that wasn't going to break the bank. Red Roof Inn was a great option - the room was comfortable, affordable and close to the places we wanted to go. The weekend can get a bit pricey but that's normal for most hotels. The rooms were clean and comfortable; staff was very friendly and the parking was convenient. This will be a top choice on my next trip.

I have been with this Red Roof Inn for almost 4 years and i have read many good and some not so good reviews and we do appreciate them. I see that you do give the front desk staff good recognition on a job well done with their services but this hotel would not be number one with out the maids and maintenance workers too who strive to do their best to give you a clean and comfortable room for you to stay in. Wow, where to begin? I'd like to say you get what you pay for, but we paid $150/night for this place and believe me, we did not get our $150/night money's worth. We booked about 15 rooms for family that was traveling in from all over the country to attend my Mother's Memorial Service. Things went poorly right from the start. The attendant at check-in was slow and rude to almost all the customers. It took probably 15 - 20 minutes to check each person in. A person staying there came in to complain... Read more

The floor was filthy. There was a stain on the door frame to the bathroom, a stain on top of the toilet seat, burn holes in the comforter, and the light cover was messed up. You'll notice the white part of the bath mat. That's what I had to slide around on. When going on to the floor. Because of how sticky and dirty it was. Also look at the bottom of bath mat. That's the after shot of sliding around on it. So my feet wouldn't get dirty.

The worst room I've stayed in in recent memory, with the longest, slowest check-in line I've ever experienced. Friendly front desk staff, but that won't save them. Interior hallways and exterior walkways smell of urine. Elevator is filthy. Cheap, ugly fixtures and decorating, no amenities. Spent two nights here to attend my high school reunion. The room did not even "feel clean". Thin sheets, thin blanket. Furniture hasn't had a good cleaning in ages. While it's advertised as non-smoking, if you have an end room near the side parking lot, this is where all the 'weekly renter" hang out to smoke. The smell rises up to your room. He failed to state that it wasnt necessary and he failed to state that the odd number rooms were on one side and the even numbers were on the left. We could not find our room. When we went back to see him, all he said was: " Do you think I made up the roo... Read more

I think of this hotel as my second. The employees make you feel at home. What they do need is some kind of food /restaurant. Other then that they are great for a quick cchange of life and time away and not too far.

A nice quiet, clean and reasonably priced motel. The room is basic - a refrigerator is provided if you book a superior room. Only minor complaint I have is the coffee maker needed to be cleaned. Lots ore restaurants nearby.

bi-annual business trips are much more tolerable staying here: Traveling from Wyoming is quite a distance from NJ: Mary keeps the pace laid back so I don't deal with the stress of the NorthEast. So if you need to stay somewhere on business, this is the place to go

This Horrendous experience is a (Revision) of my last "wonderful Review" that has unfortunately Allowed this Disgusting health hazard to continue to do buisness as it goes straight DOWNHILL while the super sleezy MANAGER DAN, DRUNK with the itty bitty power he has, Runs this Hotel like a MOTEL SLUM LORD!! Who believes his own hype! For Example-on my last 2 trips there, DAN and his co-hort employee BROKE into my room, while I was in the shower!!!! Thank God for the chain on the door which they tr... Red Roof bills itself as the nicest economy stay and it's true. I felt like I was staying at much more expensive hotel and I was shocked at how low the price was after my Costco member discount. This is a well kept and well run inn. The room was clean, comfortable an well appointed. The staff was friendly and welcoming especially Mary and Sheila. I had a very pleasant stay, it was a great value and I highly recommend Red Roof in Tinton Falls NJ.

Rooms are clean. It's very quiet in the evening. Mary at front desk is very helpful. If you're looking for somewhere for a few nights or somewhere while you're getting work done to your home and it's going to be awhile, the red roof inn in Tinton Falls is a great option

This Inn is very friendly and the employees are great. I enjoy going to the Red Roof, traveling alone and a female, I feel very safe here, very important to me. I can't just pick one employee to praise, they all work well together as a team. That's another reason why I stay at this Inn every time I come to NJ.

This RRI was in a nice location off of the Garden State Parkway in that it was surrounded by trees which was nice because the colors are changing. If you stay at RRI's then you know that it is always clean and pretty comfortable. There are only two things I would say to the owners - 1. better coffee and 2. better sheets. Both of these items would greatly improve the overall experience. We actually had to drive a couple of miles to get Dunkin Donuts coffee because it was not even drinkable, even ... Read more

This Red Roof property is typical for the chain. You get a basic- no frills room that is clean and comfortable for a terrific rate. Treated by the front desk to a bottle of water upon check in. Coffee is available 24 hours a day in the lobby. The hotel is literally 2 minutes off of exit 105 on the Garden State Parkway. Good restaurants a nice mall, movies, and beach are just minutes away.
