We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights during our New York visit. As it was a last minute booking we managed to find only this hotel. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone for the price we paid.the hotel location is ok as it is just minutes away from the main bus stop to take you to port authority station in NYC. The room walls are quite thin. The room was neat and bathroom is fine as well.but the bathroom towels were not clean. There was no big kettle but only a small coffee maker. The room is... Read more

Very Bad. If you have a choice don't make it your first, in fact make it the last. Its not so much the dirty smelly rooms, if you can past the foul smell as you open the door, I guess you will like the stay. It is also the terrible atmosphere of the staff its like entering a morgue.!! The staff are incredibly weird, have mere lack of good customer service, but more of a somber cold mortuary!! I found this place by chance was in between moving and took the place out of desperation. But the atmosp... Read more

If you have a chance don't stay there. We stayed there for 4 days and it was a really unpleasent memory. The rooms are dirty. The smell of the hole hotel is unbelievebly bad. The bed sheets are used, I found multiple different hair and unknown blemish. I asked for another sheet, they were rude. The towels are diry and the hole bathroom too. The tables were covered with gunge. I would never go back to this place.

If you have another choice, don't stay here, firstly there was construction going on from 6 am that went on till 10 at night. A lot of hammers drills and so on. The staff is very unpleasant, and the place has an atmosphere of a morgue. Don't stay unless you have no other choice. The other thing. There is a man that enters rooms regularly, as soon as you leave the room. His claim (to flush your working tolliet!) They will not allow you to leave baggage and if you do they expect to keep your belon... Read more

Pros: - Great location if you are here to visit Manhattan. There is a bus stop at 1 min distance from the hotel (Plaze center bus stop) from where you can catch bus# 190 (fare: $3.5 one way) to visit NYC. - Good and clean rooms. Properly airconditioned. Had no complaints whatsoever. - Free parking, wifi, breakfast - We stayed here for 2 nights and we paid under $200. That is the lowest we could find in the area. FYIs: - Lobby of the hotel is not like a regular hotel lobby. It looks more like a... Read more

We traveled from Toronto Canada and used the GPS coordinates on the website for the hotel . The coordinates are wrong and put us an hour south of the hotel . In trying to find our way to the hotel we ended up in a high drug use area of Newark NJ . We know this becasue we asked some Newark police officers for assistance and they were rude and unhelpful other than telling us to get in our cars and get back on the highway becasue we were in a high drug use area . They were of no help in getting us ... Read more

it's not hard to see that this was once a run down establishment thar received a very decent renovation. It is quite apparent that this hotel is doing their best to make a good presentation to potential guests. In my case they succeeded. The room I had was large and completely renovated with an ultra comfy bed. There was a mini-fridge and microwave in the room. Bathroom was well done and well lighted with a very nice and large mirror. Towel quality was decent. Definitely must have a car to get h... Read more
