Being the best man at a wedding is quite the honor, being the best man not able to print your speech is quite the embarrassment. Barbara Shannon, operations supervisor at this courtyard absolutely saved the latter. After going through the panic of not being able to connect a firewalled computer to the internet in order to print in the lobby, Barbara came and saved my butt. Decent Courtyard, nothing special. Walls were thin, I could hear two different phone calls happening on either side of my room. Tiered high speed internet is not high-speed. Fortunately just a 1-night stay as not conducive to being productive.

My bridesmaids and I stayed at the Courtyard Marriott of Red Bank for 3 days toward the end of May. I did not pay for the stay, my girls broke it up amongst themselves, but it seemed a bit pricey to me. Hotel clean and staff friendly. Some bathroom issues upon check-in but were handled by Gary within 20 minutes. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Could use some new furniture and paint on the walls. The closet is small but worked for us being it was only a 2 night stay. Barbara at the front desk was friendly.

I give big thanks to Rene and Barbara at Courtyard for going above and beyond by recognizing that I was ill, bringing in my bags, parking my car, and calling an ambulance. They literally saved my life! It's not very often that the staff at a hotel follows up on their guests. They even came to visit me in the hospital. I will be staying here whenever visiting!

Hotel seems to be newer and very nice. Easy to get in and out of their parking lot, convenient location. Staff was super nice as well. They don't have free breakfast but that isn't a big deal to me. Overall, it was nice, I had zero issues and I'd stay here again if I were in the area.

I travel semi-frequently for work, and always stay in Marriott brand hotels. I recently found myself at the Courtyard Red Bank for an extended period (over 1 month). The clean rooms and super comfortable beds are always a given. Where this particular property far exceeded my expectations was the wonderful customer service I received. Laurie, Debbie and Trish helped me with my business meeting this morning. Absolutely the best. Professional, accommodating to revised orders and the service was five stars on point. The food was perfect, the room is exactly what you need for an early morning breakfast meeting. You can order ahead, or order when you get there. Highly recommended, I will be a repeat customer.

This hotel graciously accommodated us after being bumped from another neighboring hotel in town. Staff was friendly and quick with check in. The room was very large and clean, but could definitely use an updating. Old, worn sofa in the suite area of the room and beat up furniture. Bed was way too soft and we both woke with sore backs. Was surprised at how quiet it was. The lobby had a small bar and cafe which looked nice, but we didn't use either. Spacious lobby. No real complaints here.....

Well as a platinum member at Hilton I decide to find out what's on the other side of the fence. So I tried Marriott. Well here's my opinion in comparing the two chains. First, both chains have clean rooms. Second, in room coffee sorry Marriott, Hilton beats you hands down with their Keurigs in every room. Stayed a couple of nights here on business recently. Very nice residential location, fairly close to local restaurants. Nicole at the front desk was especially helpful in recommending a place for lunch; it was a local place with great food and plenty of cold beer.

I am a ten-year Platinum Marriott Rewards member, and have stayed at hundreds of Courtyards in the last 20 years, and I reluctantly say this was one of my worst stays. I reviewed this hotel 5 years ago, and thought is was still OK. Now, however, I realize that the property is old, tired, and dated, and the staff doesn't really care. Several members of our family recently stayed at this hotel for a wedding. I stayed a couple of extra nights. My room was large and well appointed. The bed was comfortable. There were a pool and a gym. My favorite feature was the open bistro in the lobby, which served espresso drinks all day, as well as food and alcohol. Our stay was MADE by front desk team member, Barbara Shannon! She couldn't do enough for us making sure we had driving directions, great tips on local beaches and dining! We checked out and headed to her great beach recommendation, but then rebooked another night and were welcomed back like long lost friends! She is a gem and really made this stay stand out. Good location for a short stay. Easy driving to downtown Red Bank, which is very nice, with beautiful estate properties in the residential area by the river. It is also a nice short ride to Sandy hook and to Long Branch along the coast. The rooms do not look new but they have balconies.

This is an average hotel with the average amenities. I was very happy that they let us register early because we had to get ready for a wedding. I wasn't impressed with the linens on the bed when I saw small blood drops on the comforter. Ew. The desk staff was lovely and I did like the modern style look of the reception area.The air conditioner will always go back to 72 degrees no matter where you change the temp.

Decent enough for a quick in and out stay. Easy access to the parkway was key. There was Starbucks coffee available in the lobby for early morning cup of Joe and some breakfast foods avail. Plenty of parking.

I stayed here for a wedding and had some bad vibes from staff and was unimpressed with the initial look. The girl who checked me in was a little rude because of an issue with my card, but was resolved. IN fact, she told my wife; you cant charge anything to the room because my credit card was only run for the room rate. Seriously, and this aggravated my wife a bit by her tone. Stayed here for a wedding in February. Price was right, room was clean and service was great. Not sure it's the right area to stay for the Jersey Shore as it isn't too close, but it's close enough. And it's a good value for the location. There is a pool and a cafe in the lobby area for breakfast, and plenty of parking.

We were a fairly large group for a wedding party. Most facilities are average. However gym was very basic and swimming pool also was not very good. They have starbucks in facility which was very handy. Rooms were well kept and clean

The staff at the Courtyard Lincroft Red Bank was very professional, enthusiastic and had all the local knowledge. April Martines was our event specialist and work with us for over a year with our room block, meeting rooms, and food. the front desk people Kathleen Santoro, Barbara Shannon, Kate Zampella and Mike Matalounis were all the best.
