the walls must be made of paper! Conversation (talking, not yelling), snoring, and more from the next room kept me up much of the night. Comfortable, clean suite, friendly staff, evening hospitality reception, and full breakfast are all pluses... just wish the walls were a little thicker.

Pros - just off Highway 1; convenient to everything including minutes from Princeton and Bristol Myers Squibb. Lots of free parking, updated hotel. All Homewood Suites are actual suites with separate bedrooms and kitchens with full size refrigerators. Front desk very polite and helpful. The room was a good size with new furnishings and a large flat TV. bathroom had plenty of counter space. Cons - walk to elevator was LONG. it was not conveniently placed at all. it felt like you were wa... Read more

The evening reception provided a range of food and beverage, including wine and beer. The room was spacious and clean. It included recycling bins next to the garbage can in the room. It was a bit tricky to get to it, but that's how the roads are designed in Princeton.

Very comfortable hotel; all staff were friendly and helpful. Recently completely remodeled, so EVERYTHING is new. Great value. Inside swimming pool was inviting, but I didn't have time to use it. Across road from nature preserve for walking or running for exercise.

We had not stayed at this hotel before, but were pleasantly surprised to have a spacious suite, with a well-appointed kitchen (full size frig, dishwasher, microwave and burners), a place to work, eat and lounge. Our room was clean, quiet and extremely comfortable and the staff was friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was May 30 to June 1, 2016. Suite had well equipped kitchenette with full refrigerator, range and microwave. Eating bar. Spacious living room and bedroom. Exceptionally good lighting for a hotel these days. Bath had large vanity adjacent to closet and bedroom, with toilet and tub-shower in separate room, always a convenience for us. Very hazardous tub with sloped, curved bottom. Too slippery for wife to use for showering during our stay. Plenty of towels. Excellent housekeeping. Spotles... Read more

This hotel really exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious and very clean and the complimentary breakfast and evening social were great. The staff was very friendly. When I first arrived, my key did not work, so instead of walking back to the front desk, I decided to call (I wasn't being lazy, I just had a lot of baggage with me and I didn't want to drag it back downstairs and I had just gotten a plate at the evening social). Hotel is nice for a night but not long term stay. I booked for 1 week and didn't get a welcoming experience. Rooms were clean but rooms were not cleaned daily. Front desk not friendly just doing their job with no connection with guest choosing to stay at their facility. If you chose this hotel, make sure it's for 1-2 days only. Breakfast seemed to be heated up in the microwave. One perk is happy hour during the evening!

Staying in Princeton is not easy. Homewood has a courtesy van that can take you anywhere within a five mile radius...so you don't have to try to find a parking space downtown. Even takes you to Princeton Junction to catch the train into NYC.

Great staff, great food. Staff often go the extra mile and help out. Food was good with a good spread for breakfast. The evening social was also good with a good variety of food so that one does not get bored with the same food. Kids enjoyed the food and the kitchen staff were extraordinary. They were so polite and good and would give options for vegetarians when there were no options on the menu

The hotel staff was very nice from the reception to the morning breakfast cooks. Complementary breakfast and dinner were served daily. The rooms and hotel were clean. My only real complaint is that there many opportunities for some minor repairs by a handyman. For instance: To enter our room you had to be quite aggressive with the door handle as even though the key card was swiped the latch was worn bad enough that you had to really push down hard and fast or it would not clear the door jam. Very few light bulbs hides filthy rooms. There is one light bulb in the shower area and with a solid (opaque) shower curtain, you can shower in the dark. The lack of light hides extensive filth. Looking under the bed for a dropped item was not a great idea. I found other visitor's underwear! The breakfast food was highly debatable. There were several health code violations in the heated entrees. Stick with packaged items.

I can't say enough about the amazing Sales staff at Homewood Suites. I worked with them on a very large reservation for my company and they were just amazing making sure we had the right amount of reservations. They also provided shuttles daily to the office. The only ding is that service is very lax on replenishing creamer and sugar. They also don't change the sheets.

This is my go to hotel for the Princeton area. The rooms are large and spacious. While the breakfast is not exactly 4 star, it is varied enough that I eat most of my breakfasts there. The real reason I go, though, is the nearby trail. I enjoy running along the canal path, which is very near the hotel. The fitness facility is small - just a couple of treadmills and an elliptical, so you'll need to visit a gym for a real workout.

Its noisy, right by basketball court and just plain smelly. Don't want to ask to be moved for a fourth time but this is truly disappointing.
