Delivered up to expectations for an Embassy Suites. I was somewhat disappointed in the Manager's Reception - very inferior to my past experience with other Embassy Suites, where there was more variety of snack items and drinks.

Kind of in an odd area and looks different from most ESs I've stayed at before. Not much around it as far as shops and restaurants go. Mostly businesses. Once inside it becomes more familiar. Front desk staff were friendly at check in and out. Restaurant was fair. Better food 15 min away. Close to Rutgers/ downtown. No shuttle service. Bummer. Once in the room it was clean and comfortable. Only complaint was the noisy a/c. Nice breakfast for free. I would stay here again.

I have stayed twice in Embassy Suites. Its a nice hotel and I have had no issues both time during my stay. Staff is very helpful. The only complain is Internet, they need to improve their internet connectivity.

Excellent value for what you get. Clean, modern 2 room suites w fridge and microwave. Full healthy complimentary breakfast every am. Free shuttle service in the ams and pms to local destinations. Yummy happy hour snacks and free alcoholic beverage every evening. Good quality food choices in their restaurant or order delivery from many local places familiar with their location and have it delivered right to your room.

Great hotel and amenities. Welcomed as gold member, great rooms with plenty of space, refrigerator, sink, separate sitting area for those that are not ready to go to bed. Great breakfast and exercise equipment. Internet connection needs work as we had trouble staying connected in the room.

My husband and I have been to this Embassy Suites many times. It's a great hotel for a date night. We always feel at home when there. The lobby/atrium is beautiful. We love the happy hour and the bar tender is great and always smiling. Breakfast the next morning is always good. Check in is always a breeze and the rooms are great as they have a separate living room area which we absolutely love. We will continue to stay in this hotel as long as it continues to be well kept.

High rate hotel compared to the other hotels. Hotel reception is great, hotel is clean and service is very good for Hilton Honors members. it was my second/third time living in this hotel. I ordered a delivery to be delivered in the room at arrival time but I arrived late to the hotel and I didn't get that delivery/order as the buffet hours were expired.

We have been staying at this property for quite some time and have not been disappointed. Staff is friendly and helpful and the complimentary breakfast is very good and well presented. Rooms are a nice size with separate sitting area that includes TV, sofa & chair, table with 2 chairs, refrigerator, microwave and small sink. There is also a sink/vanity in the bedroom which is a big plus when trying to get out on time in the morning. We will definitely stay again on our return trips to NJ.

The rooms at the hotel were very large and quite nice. The service from the staff was excellent, with the exception of one waitress in the main restaurant, who was a joke. I don't think I've ever received worse service in my life. But that was just one person. Everyone else was superior. The hotel was very attractive, spacious, and welcoming. While I did not take advantage of the free reception in the evening, the complementary made-to-order breakfast was outstanding. I would gladly stay h... Read more

I love the brand, love the evening reception and the breakfast. But this hotel had kids running everywhere, and the management was no where to be seen. At breakfast kids picking up stuff with their bare hands, and then putting it back. At the evening reception scooping pretzels out of a bowl with their hands, and putting them back. Several staff members observed and did nothing, and there was no management anywhere.

I would not recommend this hotel. I love Embassy Suites, but I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel. The internet did not work. They staff was not extremely helpful. Every staff person I encountered minus the cleaning staff was not very friendly at all. The cleaning staff were the only people that seemed nice enough to engage in any type of conversation.

When I reserved this hotel room for the price I found I was expecting a decent place to sleep and a basic room and breakfast. I was blown away when I walked in the doors. I was certain I had somehow arrived at the wrong place. The hotel is gorgeous! The rooms were so comfortable, even the pull-out sofa bed that my daughter slept in was comfy. The delicious breakfast that was included free each morning was highly looked forward to by all (even my picky eaters). At night the place was quiet and m... Read more

Stayed at several hotels as a hilton honors members. This hotel was okay. The location was about 45 minutes from NYC, so not a bad drive in. Bit much to do around the hotel though. The breakfast was good, but the pool was gross. Too warm, too many kids, towels laying around. The women at the front desk didn't give us our WiFi information when checked in.

I had to travel to central NJ twice in the past month for family business. This hotel is fantastic. The service is outstanding. I was checked in and out by Alexandra who was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is spotless and the room was big and comfortable. Their breakfast area is one of the most spacious of any hotel I have ever stayed in. I had made-to order eggs and French toast that were excellent. I have stayed in hotels across this country and Europe and this is one of my favorites.

We stayed 5 nights in a nicely refurbished Embassy suite. Nicely appointed furnishings, very clean and a comfortable bed. The hotel is close, about 3 miles, to shopping and many restaurants. It is also close to Rutgers University if you're in town for a football game. The buffet breakfast was satisfactory with a variety of hot and cold menu items, but "nothing to write home about." as far as quality. We only stayed one night but the hotel was clean, comfortable and accommodating. They accepted our two dogs as well. We got there just in time to catch the end of the managers reception which was good as they offered Sam Adams beer for only $2. We also had dinner. The buffalo chicken salad was very good but you may want to go with blue cheese dressing instead of the standard as it can be quite spicy. Only thing I would want is faster internet and faster elevators.

Overall very nice hotel. The rooms are very clean and the staff is attentive with the exception of the cook at breakfast. She seemed to have an attitude towards me for some unknown reason and it was reflected in the omelet she prepared for me. It was basically tasteless and thrown together with minimal ingredients and minimal effort.

I enjoyed the clean room and the fact that there was a separate sink area in the bedroom with lots of counter-top space. I have enjoyed a Premium Suite and if only for the snacks drinks and better coffee, it was worth it. I also used the digital key to get in my rooms and through most doors and it made my life a little easier. I'd probably reuse it again in the future. Definitely would consider coming back to this hotel.

Wow. As a Hilton Diamond member I usually have great experiences at Hilton properties. This hotel is loud, obnoxious and a traveler's nightmare. Upon arrival there was a huge group (approxmiately 50 kids) waiting to be checked in. Noise level could be heard all of the way up to my room. Cherry picker in the atrium while the inside plliars were being painted. You know the sound a large contrsuction truck makes when it backs up? Yep...got to listen to that for over 4 hours. I'll never be back.

Hotel was very nice for our purpose, rooms were clean and the overall appearance was clean. The staff was pleasant with no issues, internet was acceptable. The small complaint would be the many people using the morning breakfast and causing things to run out, but staff was on top of it.

Typical Embassy Suites open courtyard in center. Nice breakfast. Free drink at night in bar. Nice pool with adult hours from 10-12 Nice. Rooms are typical living area separate bedroom. Housekeeping could be a little more detailed. Being a nurse I always wipe everything down anyways but some of the wipes a little dirty after touch ups. Overall nice place to stay. Front desk very friendly and helpful.
