Hyatt House Parsippany is the best kept secret in NJ. We are looking forward to staying with you again soon. We thank you for treating us like family. We appreciate your superb hospitality, warmth and TLC whenever we are staying with you. Nice cozy and quite atmosphere nestled among the trees. The housekeeping staff are committed to keeping the rooms immaculate. The rooms are cozy and beds are super comfy. We opt to stay here vs with family because we want the peace and quite as well as the priv... Read more

We enjoyed the hotel very much except for noisy neighbors! The location is great although a bit confusing when coming from I 95. The breakfast was complete with eggs and excellent quality coffee. We'll go back for sure!

Stayed with family of four in King suite. Sleeping was tight but room and location were perfect. Free breakfast and shuttle (didn't get to use). Very clean and quiet. Limited food options but Houlihans was about 5 minute drive. Full refrigerator.

We had just come to this hotel for a night's stay, and to say that we were impressed is an understatement. This place was modern, clean, quiet and perfectly hidden. We were greeted with a smile at the front desk, and I must say the location of the desk was just beyond the front door. It felt intimate without a lot of broadcast of openness. The hallways to the rooms are long, but nicely spaced apart. The room felt like a cozy apartment that young lovers might rent after just getting married. We l... Read more

I went with the specific goal of not leaving my room to get a writing project done. I didn't explore the surrounding area other than going to an early movie one day (AMC in Morristown has reserved recliner chair seating) and hitting a Target for some last minute items. The rooms are FANTASTIC. The hallways are so large and wide. I was a little afraid that I would be able to hear and smell other people's cooking and noise but as soon as I got into my room it was like I was in my own world. Nice a... Read more

Stayed for one night for a Wedding. The staff was great about allowing me to check in a couple of hours early. I asked for a couple of specifics in regards to the room and they met them all. I would stay here in the future if I was in need of a hotel room.

Our family of 5 stayed for one night before we cruised out of Bayone, NJ. We were all very happy with this hotel and would highly recommend. Our room was comfortable, clean, and spacious. Staff were helpful and courteous.

I was here for three weeks for work and felt like home. I was supplied with a huge room, equipped with a kitchen. Attention to detail, free shuttle to work every day, various and tasty breakfast, free and fast wi fi, and the best part was certainly the bar and its super efficient bartender Carlo!

We have stayed here a few disappointing times in the past and thought enough time had gone by for them to get their act together. Apparently not. My daughter and I stayed two nights. We have colds, and used all tissues, paper towels and toilet paper...which were NOT replaced by housekeeping. AND THE DOOR LOCK DID NOT WORK! We had just the chain to use. I can't see how any one gives this place a good review, they must get aunts & cousins to write them. This place sucks.

This hotel was very nice and quiet until Saturday. It then became full of people and kids who took over the pool area.....they were loud and sloppy. I would not recommend this hotel on the weekends. Breakfast was just OK.

Hotel is nice, breakfast buffet is above expectation. Issues- shuttle was not available on some nights due to flaky employee. Hot tub not working for over a week. Had a wedding/party that was loud and took over courtyard that was supposed to close at 10pm on a Sunday , but drunk noisy idiots not controlled until they left/passed out after midnight. Wifi is spotty and slow. Rooms are nice, service is adequate. Spent one week here between house sale and relocation overseas.

One staffers guest (Martin) made this the stay from hell. Love the Hotel but was there on the wrong weekend. Management had no control over these horrible guests. Recommend you check with this hotel about guest control before booking!

In what we thought was a #1 rated and dog friendly hotel turned out to be neither. Travelling there and using their hotel as a "destination" for family for a funeral was a bad idea. The multiple rooms we reserved couldn't have been farther apart from each other and the front desk agent was unable to assist us to reassign us closer together. The room was not cleaned the next day even though we paid the pet "fee" for our tiny miniature poodle, nor were the special "amenities" for pets provided for... Read more

This hotel is an outstanding value for the price. We only stayed for one night, but I could see using the room as a "base of operations" for a number of days. Two adults and two teenagers comfortably fit into a room with one queen and one sleeper couch. The bed was very comfortable; the sleeper couch was more than adequate for sleeping. The room was more like a small suite; decent amount of space, with a kitchenette (two burner stove, kitchenette sink, medium sized fridge/freezer, coffee mac... Read more

Horrible weekend, wanted to lay by pool but couldn't due to a large religious group that took over the pool. They left garbage including dirty diapers, kids running wild no supervision over 20 people in the jacuzzi. I suggest not going there on that wknd

I left ny to spend 4th july weekend relaxing by the pool. I was able to relax Friday from 1 pm to 3 pm then the tornado hit. a large common group of guests descended upon the hotel and pool by THE HUNDREDS, no exaggeration. I was forced to leave the pool as 30-40 small children ran amuck around the small pool, mostly with little adult supervision. Saturday was worse as there was a line 30 people deep waiting for the 10 am opening of the pool. I ventured across the street to another hotel and pai... Read more

We were looking to stay in Morristown but could not find a room available so we choice this Hyatt just about 5 miles outside of Morristown. Highly recommend this hotel. Much to do in the surrounding area. Excellent choice of restaurants in the town of Morristown.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff are experienced, friendly, accommodating. The hotel is in good shape, run well. Bedrooms and common areas are up to date, fresh and tidy. Complimentary breakfast buffet is generous. Price and location are good. We'll return when traveling nearby.

Our 3rd floor room overhanging window leaked terribly beginning at 4:15 a.m. The loud dripping put an end to that night's sleep. Based on the stained sheetrock, clearly this had happened before so the room assignment was questionable at best. We were reassigned to another room where the toiler presented challenges. That said, my greatest disappointed was no offer of a discount nor reduced rate upon check out...this after 3 nights there and a bill well over $500. It's hard to endorse a hotel ... Read more

Back in Parsippany on business and actually looked forward to returning to the Hyatt House. Comfortable, well-thought out rooms staffed by personable customer-service oriented individuals. Inviting well-stocked bar with friendly, intelligent mixologist. Decent bar food. Excellent atmosphere created by front desk and Carlo who handles the bar with an expert's skill. Highly recommended!

Very nice accommodations for a business traveler. Friendly and courteous staff, and very accommodating after a long day. Carlo in the bar was superb. The bar offered an excellent selection and Carlo is a superb mixologist! Nice surprise for a reasonably priced hotel option. Will definitely book here again.

Hotel was great. Bartender Carlo was very nice and catered to a large group. The hotel was perfect and I would recommend over any other hotel in the area. Thanks Carlo! Hoping to come back for work as soon as possible and have the luxurious stay I had this weekend.
