Chose the hotel due to location and good price I got through HHonors. Housekeeping and maintenance were outstanding. Had an issue with the shower that maintenance fixed as soon as I reported it. Parking was also excellent. Never had an issue getting a spot. In-room dining was better than I expected. Guest rooms are a little dated and could probably use a face lift. There are better Hilton chain options in the area.

I have been a HH member since 2003. Was Diamond for many years, but currently a Gold member. I stayed at this property for three weeks prior to my recent stay. I checked in at the front desk late in the night on 5/9. My reservation was for 3 nights. Though I requested for a top floor at the time of reservation, they gave me a room on the 3rd floor. This hotel appears enormous, but it's actually rather good. The rooms are a good size, the reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Facilities are good. There is a well-equipped gym and pool, and a good bar and restaurant (a Ruth's Chris Steak House). Wifi was fast and consistent.

Room was clean and modern. Bar/lounge area was large and had different areas for groups. Staff was friendly and helpful when we wanted to order delivery. Lots of food options between restaurant, bar, and hotel shop. Pool was clean.

Its very difficult to appreciate a beautiful place such as Hilton Parsippany when high expectations were met with one disappointment after the other. The worse thing my husband and I experienced during our over night stay was a guest coming into our room in the middle of the night while we were asleep, with a key the front desk had given them..Horrifying!!! Very good and comfortable accomodations. Rooms very clean and spacious. Staff was very attentive and helpful. Bartenders very friendly and patient with bridal crowd that showed at end of reception. Prices very reasonable.

front desk did not have room ready at 3:30 well after promised. They handled it very poorly. Manage did eventually resolve the problem but it was a shame the experience was made so stressful by having all the check-in problems to begin with.

Stayed here for a night and couldn't have been more pleased. Very pleasant interaction with each and every hotel staff member I encountered. Hilton Parsipanni was one of the nicest I have been to! It's very well kept, clean and the staff was always wonderful and soo friendly!!!

I recently stayed at the Parsippany Hilton. the service is always top notch. From the condition and cleanliness of the room, to the breakfast that was delivered to my room and the staff is always first rate. The staff is friendly and attentive. My breakfast was huge, far larger than I had anticipated. the room was perfect, clean, and comfy, especially the bed.

I recently stayed at the Hilton-Parsippany NJ on business. The room, staff, amenities were second-to-none. The Ruth's Chris steak restaurant was excellent as well. Overall the experience was first rate and I intend to lodge there again in the future.

This is a very large hotel, high lobby ceilings, great pop art that is subtle, modern elegance, a spa, two pools and a great bar. Ruth Chris is here too! Rooms are standard, but mine was very quiet, and great Hilton comfort. Very professional clientele. I will definitely come back here!

Stayed here for 4 nights. Was very impressed with the accommodation, modern and clean. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and everyone always had a welcoming smile from housekeeping to management. The pool wasn't open on our visit, but as the weather was nice they put loungers out just for us. This hotel is very appealing and sleek in its look and has excellent helpful staff. The bed was comfortable as I have come to expect from Hilton properties. Depending on your needs, there are a couple of things that might create issues; 1) the room was very dimly lit, even with all of the lights on. Hotel staff were helpful and room with large couch was great (great room design), very spacious. We ordered room service which included ordering 'chocolate chip cookies and milk' (as stated on the menu). However the cookies were a variety (no chocolate chip), including nuts! The following day we let the front desk know and they were very apologetic and gave us a discount on the room service bill.

I have stayed here several times and it is consistently good. The executive lounge does a really nice job with plenty of fresh fruit and options. Rooms are quite and seems recently remodeled. The gym is also very nice and usually not crowded. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is the restaurant is Ruth's Chris. The bar is nice but the dining staff is just rude. Our family had such a wonderful experience here we can't wait to go back! The staff here went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable during our stay. Both pools were clean and bathrooms kept immaculate as well even with a huge Irish music competition going on!!

Staff here are great. Bar area is really upscale and nice atmosphere. Ruth chris steakhouse is on site. Rooms were modern, clean and overall well design. If you are lucky enough to get into the concierge lounge this where they are very different than the marriotts. Exceptionally nice, some private areas to discuss business overall the best one i have been in. Pick this hilton over the short hill location, much better bar area.

This is a pretty nice business hotel and could be a good family / vacation hotel too, but, oh, well, not really. We visited recently and had two very good nights and two nights of nightmare. Dark, dingy rooms. Elevator is really far from entrance. The Hilton Parsippany has the Worst internet I've ever used. The location is extremely Difficult to get to. I had to drive around in circles every time I drove back to the hotel. Mediocre staff.

Dirty, disgusting. No supervision. They cater to selling as many rooms as possible to a specific group and don't care about anyone else. Glass alcohol bottles at the pool, cigarette smoking, paper and food thrown in the pool. No one does anything. Several complaints made to the front desk and nothing. On Wednesday night around midnight the fire alarm went off. No one would pick up the phone at the lobby or operator. When I walked down the stairs to the lobby, no one could provide any clear information on what had happened and then we were asked to return back to our rooms. Thursday night when I returned to the hotel (checked out on Friday), I found that my room was not serviced (bed not made, towels not replaced, garbage not cleaned etc.).

We stayed here for the Fourth of July weekend with our two kids. The room was so clean and the staff was very professional. The kids loved that there was both an indoor and an outdoor pool. The lobby is very welcoming with computers and TVs available for guests to use.

Nice rooms and facilities, what I would expect from a Hilton. This change to CPexpress for room service is NOT a good change. Pre packaged in plastic containers and microwaved over cooked meals that comes in a paper bag. Even the cocktail will come in a plastic cup. Without question the worst room service dinning exoerience for $60.00.

This place has been redecorated since my last stay. The main restaurant is a Ruth's Chris which, at least for me was very disappointing. The lobby bar is nice and offers areas that are sectioned off, some with TV for private conversations. There is a large selection of small plate choices (which I should have chosen over Ruth's Chris) and shortly they are adding full meal entree's. The place is very clean. And they have Ruth steak house. N a breakfast buffet. But it was very expensive for the little food they had. And the check in were but friendly at all. Very clean tho they are not all on Same page they told us different things.

The place has been redone top to bottom. Looks more like a "W" Hotel in NYC than the traditional Hilton you would expect in the burbs. Great property. Beautifully appointed rooms, Ruth Chris' in the building. A massive lounge that makes great cocktails. Great atmosphere. The shuttle driver is so nice here, front desk staff are always welcoming and oddly enough...they make one of the best PB&J sandwiches i have ever tasted here. :) Random, but it's the little touches that make you feel at home. Hilton was very nice after the renovations! I stayed there 2 years ago and the rooms were not as nice! Only thing I could suggest is to put an outlet next to the tall mirrors. It would be helpful to have that to get ready of more than one person is in the room.

Having stayed in another hotel of the Hilton group in P'panny, this one finally met my (European) expectations in terms of comfort, style and what I got for the room rate of in total 200$. We got this room through TripAdvisor for a REALLY good price. We stayed here while traveling from Niagara Falls to NYC. The staff was very professional, rooms were very clean, beds are just awesome, and breakfast was unbelievable. I would highly recommend this place.

On a recent trip to the Dover NJ area my wife and I had to cancel a pre booked hotel in the area (totally unsuitable) and we found this hotel on trivago at a suggested price. It looked good so we went to check it out - low and behold they had a vacancy and the price for the walk in booking was $ 40 cheaper than the Internet price! Visited this property for an event. It was a large, attractive property inside and out, and worked well for the event. Ate at the property's NRG cafe, which had a special menu for the event. Very pleasantly surprised. The food was excellent, far surpassing what you might expect from event food meant to serve large numbers. Did not stay on property, but I'd definitely consider it in the future.

There should always be staff scheduled to handle the baggage needs of the guests. Early morning departures...no staff scheduled...even though this was an international conference. Rooms were supposed to be ready for incoming guests by 3:00pm. Yet guests were sitting in the lobby until almost 5:00 before they could get their room assignments.

I went for the weekend with friends and family. We took out 3 rooms. As soon as we got to the hotel on Friday afternoon the disaster started. Our rooms were not ready for 2 hours. Visited the hotel for a weekend wedding in town. Apotheca Bar within the hotel had a nice server (Jade), however we waiting over 20 minutes for mediocre sliders and while waiting had the privilege of seeing all the fruit flies in the cut fruit used on the bar. Gross! Hoping the rest of our stay will be better. Good selection of brews on tap though!!!

I booked 3 weeks in advance a double room with a view of the pool for my cousin and I to stay in for her birthday weekend. Thinking it was the hilton it would be a classy experience where we wouldnt have to worry about not having everything we needed for a great time. This is a great opion if you are around the area. Price could be lower but definitely would stay again. I have couple conferences coming up and this would be my first opion where to stay. Hopefully I could get a discount in the future.

Excellent facilities. Staff outstanding. Highly recommended. This was a great location for the ORG Convention. Easy to find and access to the property from the Interstate and State Hiwaywas good. Would stay again. Exceptionally clean.

The stay was ok. Hotel was pretty busy. Towels were always missing at the pool areas. Rates for the same room types varied greatly. It was nice that we could eat by the pool areas but it would have been nice to have a lifeguard on duty to enforce the hotel rules. There were more chairs needed at the poolsides too. It would have been nice to have chairs by the poolside area outside the room where we could sit and have coffee in the mornings.

I'll be back, this hotel was clean, comfortable & relaxing with quality food & service. They have the delicious & famous Ruth Chris Steakhouse in the hotel, bar at your "legal age" disposal, that can all be charged to your room!

This hotel was recently renovated and is beautiful. From the lobby to the rooms very modern and up do date. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were fantastic. The air conditioning was nice and cold too. It was a very enjoyable experience and I would recommend this hotel to anyone

This hotel has been newly renovated and is beautiful. Very Clean, great staff and food.The rooms are a great size and very comfy with enough room for your clothes!! There is a fridge in each room and I loved that the coffee setup was totally in a different stand.

Here is 5 reviews in 1 since its our fifth visit this summer! We really enjoy the weekend discounts, great indoor and outdoor pool! Always treated well, good service excellent restaurants and beautiful newly done rooms!!! Thanks for a great summer!

Paid for services that were not honored as a Hilton Gold member. Needed to request services; service staff at front desk seemed over-worked; inconsistent with other Hilton branded properties in the area.

This hotel was nowhere close to what I would expect from Hilton. The service was horrible, especially the morning front desk crew. They acted put out by having to assist customers. The first morning I asked about the complementary shuttle to the nearby business parks. After explaining where exactly we were going, I was told sure it was available. I had a confirmed reservation at the Hilton Parsippany. I was going to arrive late, so I checked in through the Hilton app earlier in the day and received my room number. When I arrived at the hotel, later in the night, I was told that they sold off my Checked In room to someone else and instead had a room available to me at a La Quinta 20 minutes further away from the location of my meeting! I am still staying at this hotel and have 3 more nights to stay here. We are at a trade show so we are a captive audience. I made this reservation several months ago and the hotel is full, so unless I find another hotel in the area there is no way I will get another room. Very satisfied with renovations and overall hotel facelift. Very warm and welcoming atrium with nice and comfortable couches!! Speedy and efficient check-in and very friendly staff! I always enjoy my stay there every other month! :)

This place is over priced and rundown. I wouldn't recommend it. Fair warning. If for some reason you are forced to stay here, avoid at all cost the urge to order room service, I've literally had better food on an airplane.

We were staying here for a trade-show. The rooms look recently renovated, but there is a strong musty smell, and my room (on the 5th floor) was pretty noisy as it overlooked a roof with AC units for other parts of the hotel. The bar closes at midnight, and we were informed we could buy another beer from the hotel shop; which was stocked with everything except for beer! I am surprised that this hotel has not burned to the ground. I had a poolside non-smoking room. The sliding door opened out to the "Lanai", however, the door itself had a greasy residue on the glass and looked as if it hadn't been cleaned for months. The sliding track on the bottom of the door had dead spiders in it and once you opened the door, the cigarette butts that littered the ground were a harbinger of things to come. Its a very large hotel in a convenient location near major New Jersey roadways .The rooms were well equipped and quite comfortable . Free wifi to Hilton Honors Members worked very well . The staff was excellent as usual . On premesis was a Ruth Chris Steak place for fine dinning otherwise you need to drive a bit for restaurants . Since the hotel is quite large you may have a long walk to your room . I generally prefer smaller hotels yet was satisfied with my stay .

I stayed here for a trade show which was held at the hotel. Mostly the staff were great, however my room did not have a functioning phone or toilet during my 3 night stay. I reported both a few times, the staff did not seem to care to correct or offer concession. The meeting rooms and hallway are musty smelling.
