"We had arived to the hotel On Dec.23/2011. Nice hotel we realy loved it....Got our nice room as we booked. Next day the hotel wanted to charge us again ,even we showed them YOUR conformation of ful paid receipt, they didnt believe us. I had to call my visa card and conform the visa charges,it was just extra hassel .
On our way back from our vacation on Dec.31/11, we booked our stay in the same hotel with Book it com.and requested in the hotel Dec.23 /11 for late arrivel at 2 am on Jan 1st/12, since we planed to stay in New York for New Years Party. After all we had arrived to the hotel at 9:47 pm Jan.31/11 (planed originaly to arive next morning at 2am Jan 12) Cheked in the hotel and found out our room was taken even we paid fully through you 3 weeks ago and it was not refundeble!! We had to call the manager, since they had no 2 dbeds room availeble (we were 6 People)
After all husle we got 2 roms with 1 king sizebed, 2 rooms conected togeher, however one of the toilets in our room was pluged up and we were afraid to use it!!! Called for a plumer 2x at 1 am in the morning since we couldtn use the bathroom!!!! The rooms were qiuet dusty. We just couldnt understand ,how it was possible to give away our fully paid executive 2 dblb room ,even we had requested the week before our stay with late comming and the same room as we had on Dec.23,2011 (our first stay). as well next morning they wanted to charge us again for paid room through you. The receptionist tried to contact your office ,but couldnt reach anyone. We realy didnt have good experience with booking with you ' Book It com.'"
