Thought this hotel was a good value (free Internet, Breakfast and Evening Reception). The room, though fine, could use some "refreshing" --- seemed a bit old and dated. Staff was very friendly and welcoming.

For at least 20 year my family and I have made this place our weekend getaway from good old brooklyn, it's changed over the years, some improvements and some disappointments. It's great for birthday parties and extremely reasonable for weekend getaways. Free buffet style breakfast...check it out for the $ it's worth at least a try!

Hey guys. Expect the pool to be overpopulated by children splashing and throwing footballs. It's not really enjoyable for everyone especially if you have younger children. I would suggest going around 9pm. Breakfast was good. I suggest getting the breakfast to order versus the scramble and other food made. My AC was broken :( it was overbooked and they were unable to give me a double suite...... YEAH but you get what you pay for ? They get an 8/10. Staff is super nice. Parking and wifi is free.... Not horrible but worn. The furniture is damaged. The room smelled like smoke and the linens were frayed. The breakfast was ok but on the weekend was like a circus. People were rude and unruly. The pool is the best feature. It is warm and so pleasant. The staff is excellent - and I would give them 5 stars!

Not well cleaned and overall room quality was run down. The room had dead bugs in the bed and hair from the previous guests. I called in the issues and did not get contacted back until I followed up several times. They did get me another room but did not help me to move, just dropped off and picked up keys and told me the new room number. Service was not great.

I had a blast with my family on June 29th. My husband and I celebrated our 9th wedding anniversary. One of the staff members Kyshad Clark gave us a slip for a slice of cheesecake. Our first room that we were assigned had a smoky smell. The front desk promptly switched our room without any issues. The one bedroom suites are quite large and good for families. This was a beautiful hotel. It's looks like a garden on the inside. The breakfast was okay. I felt like they were hiding the bacon and cheese. I should have known when I walked in and was forced to sign a conduct and behavior policy that this place could get rowdy. There must have been some sort of event. Young children (ages 3-9) were running around the hotel unsupervised and making extraordinary noise. Thank goodness I was staying in a suite that had a separate living room, because I needed two layers of walls and doors to escape the noise. The carpet in each room felt damp and generally unclean. Embassy advertises a two hour social hour every night, but when you check in, they give you ONE free drink ticket to redeem in a long line at the bar. I am ok with one drink, but they should tell you that. Front desk is overwhelmed on weekends. Traffic is bad around the hotel. Great location, atmosphere, and decent breakfast. We weren't impressed with the frozen spinach for omelets but the variety of food was good. Our room had nail polish around the sink and the refrigerator did not work (never got cold) and left a big wet spot on the carpet. We were offered to move our room since the floor was wet (unfortunately it was late at night our 2 kids were settled) or we could use the hotel fridge. I don't know why they just didn't offer for us to use the fridge in th... Read more

My husband and I came to this hotel for a wedding. When we arrived check in was fast but right in front of our room was (4) bags of garbage that smelled. We told the front desk twice and it took 1 1/2 hours for it to be removed! Along with this, the room smelled so old and like stale cigarettes. The furniture needs an upgrade. We were more than happy we only spent one night. Not a great experience and we both woke up the next morning feeling congested.

Tired looking hotel that is overdue for major renovation. Room has a stale smell but I am unable to open window as it is blocked by a screw (it is supposed to open a little, but position of a screw makes it impossible). A maintenance engineer came but could not get the screw removed, just managed to scratch and bend the metal. Hotel is apparently sold out and no other room is available. I declined offer to odorize or provide fan as that would make things even worse No itentions to stay here ag... Read more

Excellent accommodations at this hotel AND it is pet friendly. The one-way streets and ramps make it difficult to find the entrance of the hotel; but real easy to exit hotel parking lot and get to highway.

I have stayed here many many nights and have always been happy with the accommodations and service. However this time, the room was in the back of the hotel and I could hear the traffic. The free breakfast was very good and the lady making the omelettes did a great job. The hotel is being dated and could use an overall.

Our condo unit had a major water leak and needed repairs. After I called the front desk they assured us we would be accommodated. Long story short we were there over a month and the staff was wonderful. They serve a continental breakfast 7 days a week from fresh fruit to fresh pastries, juice, soda and great coffee. Overall if anything ever happens to our unit again we will be going back. Thank you to all of the staff at this location you all deserve a raise!!

This was our first stay at an Embassy Suites. Everything was top rate. Room was large and quiet. Bed was comfortable. The free breakfast was a notch above most with made to order omelets and a larger selection. Even though there were several buses of high schoolers there, breakfast went smoothly. Nice stay.

Drunk people all over hotel. Police had to be called at 3am. My children and her friends could not use any of the amenities because there were too many drunk people. The security guards were no where to be found at 3am when a fight broke out with more then twenty people involved. When we checked out in the morning they basically ignored me and would not even apologize for our terrible experience.

This hotel was chosen because of location and online reviews. We could not have been happier. The hotel met and exceeded out expectations in all areas. We arrived late, had not stopped to eat, but was able to order room service and the food was outstanding and obviously prepared fresh. The complimentary breakfast was good and a great way to start the day. Thank you.

Decent place to stay but it has aged poorly. Overdue for renovation. Complimentary breakfast is good. Interior ambiance is semi-tropical with nice seating for gatherings. Pool looks nice though I didn't use it. Pullout was uncomfortable. Room furnishings are in need of replacement, and bathroom fixtures, as well. Tub drain was broken so I couldn't take a bath. Location is convenient.
