This was a turn of the century boarding house that has been turned into more of a hostel than hotel. But at 1/3 of the price of any other place in Ocean City it's a good option. We were in room 32 on the 3rd floor, so had a quiet 2 nights. Many families packed into rooms so generally it's busy! The room and bathroom are tiny, had a double bed, small TV, small dresser, no chair. It was clean, the linens are basic. It has a window AC that we ran on high the entire night, and worked well. There is... Read more

My wife and I wanted a quick getaway for our anniversary and your establishment met our needs. The room was comfortable, clean and the AC worked. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was awesome and the price was right. We will definitely book with you again.

We stayed two nights. As advertised. Friendly desk staff. Poor cleaning staff. We experienced the same hot/cold shower temps. Lots of steps. Did not try the pool. Very limited parking. Did not eat the continental breakfast as we slept in both days.

You won't like it here. The wifi only works on the first two floors. When I wanted to use the computer downstairs and asked for help I got a dirty look from some of the staff. The "breakfast" offered to guests is a frozen Eggo waffle you have to toast yourself and eat on the porch outside. The shower in our room was not working properly. I had to use the one down the hall. Water from it got all over the floor, and after coming downstairs I learned it had flooded a family's room. I felt mortified... Read more

Do not stay here!!! You would be better off staying in a tent. We've stayed here twice, both times because the price was cheap, it is NOT worth it. The management is rude and there are people constantly drinking and making noise. The rooms were disgusting and had clearly not been cleaned as our beds were filled with sand. Do not stay here. To give you an idea of the kind of place it is, high schools host their after prom here because it is so cheap and no one enforces any rules

The good: Close to the beach and the boardwalk Close to several restaurants Quiet Outside porch is fine for hanging out. Front desk folks were friendly. The bad: Very old and pretty dirty. They could really use a vacuum a little more. Bring a sleep mask. Only small blinds on the window so it was perfectly light in the room at 6:30 am. The only evidence there was a cleaning staff was the envelope asking for a tip. It takes a good 5-10 min to get hot water to the third floor. Wi-Fi service is poo... Read more

This is by far the absolute worst place my family and I have ever stayed. The Manager "Tom" was very rude. I was burned by the water in the shower because they fail to inform you that the water system is set up like an old house, if you are showering and someone in ANY OF THE OTHER ROOMS flushes a toilet or uses the water for any reason it messes with your water. We stayed for 2 nights and heard nothing but complaints from other guests. The place is dirty, there was toothpaste all over the air c... Read more

This is a nice place to stay just for a day or 2. Right down the street is the boardwalk and there are also a lot of cool places to eat near it. The beds are comfortable and the workers are really nice. So, this is a nice place to stay for 1 or 2 nights if you don't have a beach house in Ocean City!

We took our kids for a week, best decision ever. The kids loved the pool, there is even a grill by the pool that guests can use to cook their food which was amazing when you have kids who get hungry often. The hotel was nice and quiet at night, clean, and super close to the boardwalk (2-3 blocks?). There were so many little restaurants and icecream places in the area and the surrey and bike rental was literally right around the corner. The staff was very friendly even with the kids and was helpf... Read more

My boyfriend and I were very excited to go to Ocean City. While the hotel is important, we were looking forward to the beach, boardwalk, and minigolf. What we needed was an affordable place to sleep, a shower with hot water, a toilet, and air conditioning, all hopefully within walking distance of the beach. This hotel met and even exceeded that. My biggest issue was the shower. When you're at the beach, having a good shower is imperative. It's a small shower with a stubborn showerhead. It did th... Read more
