We just stayed in Apt 1, and this place should probably not be open to guests. We needed something last minute with a separate bedroom, so our options were either here or paying at least $300 per night at the Biscayne. In retrospect, I'd pay the $300 next time. I did read reviews before going, but they seemed kind of nit-picky to me - spotty wifi, hard mattress, odd fixtures, etc. We're no strangers to staying in places that are just a step above camping, as we are generally modest and adventuro... This was a turn of the century boarding house that has been turned into more of a hostel than hotel. But at 1/3 of the price of any other place in Ocean City it's a good option. We were in room 32 on the 3rd floor, so had a quiet 2 nights. Many families packed into rooms so generally it's busy! The room and bathroom are tiny, had a double bed, small TV, small dresser, no chair. It was clean, the linens are basic. It has a window AC that we ran on high the entire night, and worked well. There is... Read more

My wife and I wanted a quick getaway for our anniversary and your establishment met our needs. The room was comfortable, clean and the AC worked. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was awesome and the price was right. We will definitely book with you again.

We stayed two nights. As advertised. Friendly desk staff. Poor cleaning staff. We experienced the same hot/cold shower temps. Lots of steps. Did not try the pool. Very limited parking. Did not eat the continental breakfast as we slept in both days.

You won't like it here. The wifi only works on the first two floors. When I wanted to use the computer downstairs and asked for help I got a dirty look from some of the staff. The "breakfast" offered to guests is a frozen Eggo waffle you have to toast yourself and eat on the porch outside. The shower in our room was not working properly. I had to use the one down the hall. Water from it got all over the floor, and after coming downstairs I learned it had flooded a family's room. I felt mortified... Read more

Do not stay here!!! You would be better off staying in a tent. We've stayed here twice, both times because the price was cheap, it is NOT worth it. The management is rude and there are people constantly drinking and making noise. The rooms were disgusting and had clearly not been cleaned as our beds were filled with sand. Do not stay here. To give you an idea of the kind of place it is, high schools host their after prom here because it is so cheap and no one enforces any rules
