"i did not like the hotel from the moment i walked in due to the odor. the place was not a clean place and it had a bad odor that hit you at the door. there was one lady that checked me in and one that cleaned my room that was very nice. but the rest of the staff was not pleasant at all. one thing i must say in there favor is that my sister left two diamond rings after checking out and we called that and they found them where she left them and give them that to her. i am writing about the bad things so i thought i will tell you about that because they did not have to give them back. i would not recommend that hotel to anyone. "

"Upon arriving the room that was given to me didn't lock. The staff was kind and gave me a different room quickly. The sheets on the bed were torn which I didn't notice till late at night before I went to bed. I put on the heat late in the evening and started trouble breathing This would mean that dust was being blown out of the heating ducts. I turned off the heat in order to breath. In the very early morning (I had an early flight) I took a shower. The water built up all the way up my legs. I had to keep holding the drain up in order for the water to flow down. It wouldn't stay up. It was a very annoying shower as I had to keep letting the water out.
I had broken my toes and had asked the night staff if the shuttle could let me off closer to 'United' as their shuttle has only one stop for everyone. He said he would talk to the morning staff and ask if they would take care of it. The morning staff had not heard about it. I did speak to the morning staff who was nice and talked to the driver. As there were 2 stops that needed to be made in the morning the driver agreed to stop at both stops. The morning staff was concerned (understandably) that the driver would think that he was being paid to ask for the special request. But he did talk to the driver anyway. As it was late Saturday night and early Sunday morning it didn't seem realistic to speak with anyone. I called Monday to speak with a manager. He spoke to me but said he couldn't help with any compensation as we did not book through them and that he didn't know how much I paid. He did offer a discount for the next stay, but as I don't plan to be in that area for a long time I told him that it was not necessary.
