Changed hands since the last time I was here. It wasn't good then, and it's even worse now. Thankfully, the restaurant is still good because it's your only option aside from getting delivery from who-the-heck-knows. I had 5, yes FIVE pizza delivery flyers that had been slid beneath my door. So when was the last time this room was cleaned? The hotel itself is outdated, in need of renovation. Everything is just poor quality, from the bedding to bathrooms, toiletries, and hallway carpets. The HVAC ... Read more

The rooms were filthy and caked with dust. The ceiling in the shower had a board missing so you could see the wires.

It's a great hotel near the airport. Shuttle was on time. Friendly people. Only downside. Didn't pack any shampoo or soap in overnight bag. Room didn't have any when we got up in 4 am to get our flight. Took a shower with no soap.

Checked in 1st room, TV did not work. They moved us to 2nd room and there was no towels. The bed almost flip over when my husband sat down on the bed. The bathroom was nasty. Will never stay there again.

Spent 4 nights for work at this hotel. I almost missed the lot due to the short and unassuming signage. The lobby was bright which allowed me to see some of the wear around the edges on the carpet and wallpaper. The staff more than made up for the lack of beauty. The front desk staff was so welcoming and helpful that I quit noticing the other stuff. Additionally, the server I had every day for breakfast was a joy to see because she was so friendly and kind. My room was comfortable, clean a... Read more

We did the Park/Stay/Fly package. Staying here pre/post our flights to and from Belize was an awesome decision. Room was comfy and the shuttle to/from the airport was convenient and timely. Our only complaint was on our pre night, late in the evening, the maintenance man was banging down the hall, and then sprayed something noxious down our hallway. We needed to open outwit dis in freezing temps in order to air out our room before I became sick! We called the front desk and were told the manage... Read more

I was a little nervous as we traveled to go to this hotel. We were in a pretty sketchy area. Then, we entered the gated parking area and everything else was perfect. There was a great onsite restaurant, hotel was clean and modern, shuttle to and from airport was flawless. Park and Fly fare was the best I found when shopping around.
