Fairly new hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. We took our 2 collies and the suites are perfect. Provides enough room for everyone . Location is behind a large shopping center and can be hard to find. Excellent area to walk your dogs. Just hate the extra large fee for our dogs!

Second time staying here. The room was fine. But we called after leaving to check whether we left a piece of clothing in the room. The person we spoke to said that she would check the lost and found and get back to us. But she never did.

This is the second year we have stayed at this hotel while attending an event in Philly. Staying directly in Philly is extremely pricy. This hotel is about 14 miles outside the city. even if you aren't heading into the city, it is surrounded by plenty of restaurants, shopping, and fun. The hotel is extremely clan, the rooms are excellent, and the beds are comfortable! Some of the best nights sleep we've had in a while! The complementary breakfast is delicious and provides a wide variety of choic... Read more

Very nice, clean, spacious rooms. Breakfast very clean and open. Outside patio nice, good for socializing. Kids had a nice time playing basketball. Wish they had an outdoor pool. We went as a lacrosse team so was nice to beable to sit outside at the patio wihi le kids played in the courtyard.

What a great experience from start to finish! The desk staff who checked us in were professional and gracious--so nice. The rooms were large, well appointed and clean. And, all of this was on a very busy weekend with hotel at capacity! Great value.

it is not really pricey but for a reason, it is old and the appliances inside is also old and it needs more cleaning and the style needs some sort of rehabilitation however the stuff is great that would make things much better

This hotel is fine. Clean and the staff is super friendly! The breakfast crew both time I have stayed here are wonderful. Front desk is willing to help you with all things! Problem is the sleeping as it is right on a major road that has traffic 24/7. Bring your ear plugs.

The front desk staff was helpful on the phone and in-person. We arrived in the very early morning hour and left near the same time. Each time the staff was friendly, alert and helpful. Our room was clean and well serviced. The location is tucked away behind a shopping center so you can get to what you need if you've left something home or would like to grab food from the market or dinner. While it is not just over the bridge from Philadelphia, if you plan to visit the city, it is a fairly short ... Read more

This is a very nice hotel. It's a typical Homewood Suites with a breakfast and dinner. I have only two complaints. One, the eggs were like the cubed, fake, tasteless eggs one knows all about if you have ever stayed at a Hampton In. Otherwise, with the exception of Friday, there was a very good selections. The dinner meal; however, was fantastic. Fantastic variety and quality. I just ended up eating dinner food for breakfast while I was there because of the eggs being disgusting. The only oth... We stayed 2 nights with 2 children. We were pleased with the cleanliness and location. The kids were happy to have their own TV and we were happy to have a separate bedroom with our own TV. Con: The breakfast could use some gluten free and dairy free options.

My family of 4 which included 2 little ones under two years old stayed for a long weekend. We came for a mini vaca to explore Philadelphia and the surrounding area. We had a pretty good stay. The suite was spacious. Having a kitchen and separate bedroom is what we needed. The kitchen was stocked well, would have been nice to have some dish soap there. The hotel seemed pretty clean. There was a used bar of soap in our shower, which is kind of gross! The breakfast was hit or miss... Nothing exciti... Read more

The check-in process was smooth, however, upon entering the room, there was a stale smell that made me quit uncomfortable. Worse than that, as I stood in the kitchen area, I felt my foot was sticking to the floor...Looked down and there were the separate areas with an army of black ants. How disgusting is that! We checked out immediately and went to the Westin for the duration of our visit.

It's a very nice place to stay, it's like a mini apartment. And you get free dinner and breakfast too. The dinner wasn't really appetizing but I think it's wasn't the best choice for a meal (pho) for them. Breakfast was yummy however and I love staying here.

This place is a 10 all the way! The rooms were nice and very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Patrick Monsees, the manager, he is excellent and met all my needs. My granddaughters loved the pool. I would highly recommend this place.

We have stayed here many times before and were always pleased. We thought this place was consistently great, but not this time. We started out having a wonderful evening at their managers reception with Mike and Dequan. We have favorite restaurants near by, but will stop by the reception for a drink before we go. Usually these meals at Homewood are not very good, but when sampling some of Mike's food we were amazed! Even though we had dinner plans we couldn't help but eat his food! We got to the... Read more

2nd visit. Good clean place. Friendly staff. We come back to Jersey to visit our families each year and we liked the place enough to stay again this year. They need to get their Room Care Staff in order though. Comp breakfast is good [try the make your own waffles]. They were doing early AM main't on the pool so didn't get to use it but the area is kept nice. Rooms are comfortable for a couple or small family. We have stayed at this hotel int he past and we loved it because it used to be clean, it has a breakfast bar and a evening social. We also place high value on hotels with gyms, which this hotel has. This year, unfortunately, the room service was terrible, the gym was hot and I had a bottle of perfume stolen. The location is convenient and the indoor pool is nice if you have kids.

The Homewood Suites attempts to be something that it is not. It is a perfectly adequate, but unexceptional, hotel that can be used for longer stays. There is a pool and fitness area, which are pluses. Breakfast is included, but is average to below average. The "evening social" is appreciated, although varies widely in palatability. The rooms are clean and well maintained, each with a kitchenette.

The staff is kind, however I was quite surprised to have asked 2 times to change the sheets upon my check in. They took care of it and the rest of my stay was fine. The location is tucked away and quiet, My bill was paperless, which helps save the trees.

Visiting with a cousin in mid-Jersey around Berlin and Mt. laurel, we found this hotel's location to be perfect. We also used the hotel as a base to visit the Glass Museum in at Wheaton Village in Milville. I just wish the breakfast buffet and evening social had more items without cheese. I hsve a dairy allergy. Plain eggs either hard boiled or scrabbled would have been perfect but that had scrabbled only one morning. But the staff was wonderful --- very polite and attentive. This particular Homewood Suites is unlike the others. Appeared to be poorly staffed during a busy weekend. Rooms are small and or bathroom was very musty and smelled. Glad we just stayed one night. Breakfast staff was also short in supply and resulted in non replenishing of items.

My first night, we had a room that was very closed from busy road so you can hear cars passing by (Room 208). The next day, I went to the front desk and spoke to a lady about switching room. She said; "No problem we'l moved you right across the hall (Room 207)". All you have to do is pack your things and moved them in the middle of the living room. And when we came back to the hotel, all those things never happened. That lady lied to us. She never moved us. To make matters worse, they mo... Read more

My first stay at this hotel was significantly less than satisfactory. Many people from my office traveled to NJ for a meeting in nearby Cherry Hill. In my room, every time the AC blower came on, there was an odd noise that sounded quite similar to the alarm sound that I use with my iPhone. So as you can imagine, my rest wasn't all that restful, which is quite a shame because the room is quite nice - the sound proofing is excellent, given this hotel is right next to I-295 - and the people were ...
