This is really a poor establishment. Room has no bath tub and no place to put your clothes. The breakfast is also poor quality eggs sausage and potatoes only no selection. People were very accommodating but the room was not user friendly. Under renovation

Hotel under renovation, too much dust. Only 1 elevator working, way too slow. Room was nice & clean - but dead bolt sis not work. Staff very friendly & helpful....If we knew about the renovation & security issues, we would have reconsidered booking this hotel.

Despite the low price, the room was extraordinarily clean, and all the staff were friendly. The room itself still retained a faint renovation smell, which was fine overnight, but became abusive the longer I stayed.

The renovations that are currently in process at the Hampton Inn are really nice. The bathrooms have a high tech look to them. The guestrooms themselves are great!. The staff is super. I saw the manager talking to guests in the lobby asking about their stay. They seem like they really care. We chose here because of the hot breakfast offered. It was very good with omelets, hard boiled eggs, waffles and more Room was clean, bathroom excellent and beds were very comfortable. It took a while to figure out the heating unit but it worked for us. Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful and so is breakfast attendant. Hotel under construction. A/C was broken in the first 2 rooms I checked into, the second blowing out hot air with the temp set in the 60's. Wifi in the second room not working.Huge interruption. They told me I was going to stay in a 1 bedroom suite and I ended up in one room with no paper toilet tissue or soap and a relentless smoke alarm ringing every 2 hours for 5 minutes. They told me they would have tickets to saharas sam with the stay and when I got there they told me they didn't offer the tickets at this time but when I book the room they didn't mention that then. This newly renovated Hampton is a perfect place to stay for soccer tournaments at Tuckahoe, about 30 minutes away. The style is modern and clean. They've really done a nice job with the renovations. Included breakfast is good, typical Hampton Inn.

We had the misfortune of staying at this hotel the same night as a rowdy wedding party. Our room was on the first floor facing the pool which "closed" at 10pm or so we thought... Visited for a lacrosse tournament. Rooms are brand new and very clean. Breakfast items were plentiful...oatmeal, eggs, bacon, homemade waffles including fruit, bagels and several other items. Pool could use a facelift but everything else was great!

Perfect hotel for taking your family. My daughter and I, along with most of her team stayed her for a lacrosse tournament. The facilities are very clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. There is plenty of shopping and food in the surrounding area.

Hotel seemed overall "soiled", floor in room was "sticky", sink drain stuck closed. Milk in container for breakfast was sour. Simply not like other Hampton Inns i've stayed in. Staff nice, but hotel was more like a Motel 6 with a Hampton Inn sign on it.

We have never been disappointed in a Hampton Inn stay. The beds provide an excellent nights sleep. The location is excellent. it is close to the new Jersey Turnpike. It is also close to a Cracker Barrel restaurant.

It is on a beautiful tree lined street and plenty of free parking and everything is perfectly maintained. the pool is pretty and clean and has plenty of clean towels there too. the Carpet in the halls is so pretty. My stay was pleasant and I would recommend. Newly renovated hotel. Had initial problem with one of my rooms not being ready on time. They offered snack restitution but I think %age reduction in rate would have been more appropriate since they were aware of my arrived at least 8hours before check-in time (I had wanted to check-in earlier)

Very nice stay, the day bed and foot rest was a plus. The bedding was top notch. The coffee was excellent, desk rep said it was S & D coffee. Many choices for breakfast and well stocked. We would stay here again.

This was a wonderful hotel. Looks like they had recently renovated and the outcome was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone. We had a long room with a sleeper sofa. The staff was friendly and our room was great.

Our staff for our three day convention was made even more lovely because of the staff and hotel rooms at this Hampton. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We all felt very well received and no one had a complaint. The front desk guy was very funny and yet professional. We also had a few requests, including more towels. (we used a lot) But each request was received with a smile and fullfilled right away. We will stay here again, hopefully next year.

Smelled like garbage everywhere. More like a Motel 6. People and breakfast were good. Just felt grimy. No privacy in the bathroom with sliding door. Key card didn't work. Elevators smelled. Pool was gross.

My stay was fine. The hotel was booked due to the DNC, but the staff was great. Location was good too. My only complaint is that the cleaning staff missed some trash that was left in a drawer. The drawer was see through, so I'm not sure how that happened.

First of all, i've never ever stayed at a Hampton Inn. This particular accomodation was one of compliance. True, room looks like it is newly refurbished, BUT the smell everywhere is so UNclean & UNfesh. Smells like a nursing home. IT is convenient to Philadelphia. There were no problems with the stay. It was a great value for a low price. Our room had no tub, but I don't need one. Rooms were clean and functional. Free breakfast and Wifi makes it an even better value.

The floor tile was very dirty and very sticky. I had to moped the entire floor using one of the towels from the bathroom. Carpet floor was very very dirty, All around and behind the head rest and furniture. I had to take the vacuum from the hallway and vacuumed the floor myself. The bed sheets and bed were not clean, we had a lots of itching in our bodies every night.

Serve it was great until you say I had to do 200 words. The hotel was very good I thought was thoughtful however the air-conditioning did not work properly. Your condition simply would not cool the room probably turn down run all night which was a little bit uncomfortable. We hurt to have really fresh eggs for breakfast.

Twice I've recently stayed at this hotel and on both occasions had a room at the end of the highway (different floors) and in each instance the wifi is absolutely awful. If I was lucky I could connect up to 5 mins, most times I could not find the signal whether using an ipad, laptop or cell phone. Accommodations were not of Hilton caliber. So many other hotels in this location - stay somewhere else unless you need the points. DIRTY pool with no towels on a hot summer day. Bed was hard as a rock. Not the usual Hilton linen.

Traveling to Richmond we decided to split our trip with a stop in Mt Laurel NJ. Clean, comfortable and a very helpful, pleasant staff. So very nice to not have to hunt for breakfast the next morning. The continental offerings were many and we were quite satisfied with our choices.

Arrived 30 minutes before breakfast closed. NO FOOD LEFT and was told NONE was going to be restocked. Turned away from breakfast. Staff would not address issue and several guests were standing and waiting for someone to place even a muffin on the tray. This is unacceptable for a Hilton property. Even though Hampton has a 100% satisfaction guarantee and I complained to the desk clerk, no resolution was offered.

I stayed here on 9/11 during a business trip. Check in was quick and the woman at the desk was pleasant. The room was very clean and recently updated. I didn't have time to stay for breakfast, so during check out I asked for an on the run breakfast. Again, the woman at the desk was pleasant and handed me my breakfast to go and asked how my stay was. There are numerous hotels in the area but I willl be choosing this Hampton Inn when in the area again. The price was very reasonable.

I just stayed at The Hampton Inn while visiting a friend for several days. Normally I stay at another hotel in town but they were booked. Very pleasant greeting by the staff when I arrived. We stayed five nights while visiting family. This place is very clean. The beds are very comfortable. Shower is great. Staff are friendly. There is a good selection at the breakfast buffet. The price was reasonable. Could use a lighted sign on Rte. 73. Otherwise, no complaints. Recommended.

Great service; had couple issues with room but nothing major. We stay at Hampton about 2 dozen nites a year and at this hotel several times a year for 1-2 nites each and will continue to do so Issues were limited bath towels and uncomfortable loung chair; also no guide for tv channels, an inconvenience Good locTion and great service but rooms could be improved. I stayed at the Hampton Inn Mondays through Thursdays from November 2015 through September 2016. I very much enjoyed staying there. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and everything is immaculate. Sandra, the General Manager, and Nick at the Front Desk were wonderful and always made me feel like this was my home away from home. I very much appreciated their smiles, warm welcome, and nice conversation. I highly recommend the Hampton Inn Mount Laurel.
