This hotel is out of town, new jersey. You can reach it only wth car. Staff is cold, not so friendly. The room is old style furnished with a kitchenette. It is a normal 2 stars. Breakfast is at the minimun.only, tea coffee and muffins. Price is fair enough.

Reasonably priced, clean and spacious. The only negative things I have to say are the staff wasn't very friendly, the breakfast was just fruit and packaged muffins and our room smelled like syrup!? But we did have a kitchen. I'd definitely stay here again.

I made a booking with this hotel through Booking.com. It was for September 14 to September 15. My family and I drove four hours and enjoyed our day at Six Flags Great Adventure. After a long day we went to Extended Stay America 101 Diemer Drive, Mount Laurel NJ 08054. The front-desk person D'Shaun immediately told us that he doesn't have any bed with 2 double-beds. D'Shaun also blamed Booking.com for this problem and he stated that the best he can do is give us two separate rooms. He said I... Read more

Facility is older and in need of a face lift. $80 plus $25 for our dog got us a full kitchen, and a breakfast of fruit, granola bars, coffee and tea. 1/2 mile down the road in Mt Laurel, the same $80 will get you a much nicer room at LaQuinta with microwave and mini fridge and your pet stays for free! Breakfast includes omelets, sausage, waffles, yogurt, bagels, and more. Very new and great service. I used to stay at Extended Stay every time we visited Mt Laurel....no more. LaQuinta is a m... I booked a SMOKING room for a friend staying in town as a one resident stay for three nights. He is a male and I am a female. Without my permission (room in my name-again-female), the staff knowingly allowed him to change to a non-smoking room. I was charged $267.00 because he supposedly smoked in the room. While I understand policies, I have called management a total of three times explaining the situation. I did not smoke in the room, the staff KNEW the room was in my name and knowingly put... First the bad. Food left over from previous occupant in the fridge. Indicating housekeeping overlooked when cleaning. Hallway was smokey and room we got was a smoking room because they didn't have any room left, and it was a extremely smokey„??so call ahead if u want to have nonsmoking room„??the good is that the room was spacious, and bathroom was clean„?? no coffee maker, but a stove. You can ask for pots and plates from reception I believe, but we only stayed one night. Breakfast is s... Read more

Made reservations 1 week ahead for our return drive from NC to MA knowing we would face limited availability with a dog on Memorial Day weekend. Arrived at 10pm to be told our room would be available in 10 mins because it was being cleaned. Check in starts at 3pm. Why is the room not clean?? 15 mins later-not ready. 30 mins-still not ready. Desk clerk gives us cards to a different room but that's not ready yet either. 1 full hr later he switches us back to original room and says we can go up. It... Read more

The room (206) was beat. The headboard had not been dusted in months. The counter tops are food and juice stained. The worse part was the mattress was urine soaked, not stained, soaked! As I sat on the bed, we all know to pull back the covers, the sheet appeared to be unstained and clean. However, within second I was soaked through my clothes. Upon lifting the sheet the mattress appeared to have been used as a urinal. Obviously, the cleaning staff failed and no apology from management. ... Read more

This was my first and last time staying at any Extended Stay America Properties. What a colossal disappointment. I was not expecting a 5 star hotel, however as the rate was $160 plus tax/per night, I certainly expected better than what we received. We stayed for one night (one night too long). We were in the area for a family wedding and needed somewhere inexpensive and relatively clean for our 1 day stay. When we arrived to the room, it smelled musty and unclean, but since we were in a rush to... Read more

I looked at the review after I booked my stay - have to stay I was concerned. Upon arrival, I had a low expectation but it isn't really anything unusual. In fact, I find it a bit better than average. We got a room on the top floor and it was fun by best western type of standard. Nothing unusual but it's clean & usable. There were free grab & go breakfast included. Wifi was slow. Like the location thought (we were visiting diggerland / sahara sams) Note that there are two extended stay side b... Read more

So I booked this hotel this past week. I go and check in and go up the elevator to the room. I get off and the 2nd floor smells like a nursing home. I'm usually highly tolerant so I'm just hoping at least the room is good since I don't plan on hovering around in the hallway anyway. I walk into the room and the comforter on the bed is visibly dirty and dingy. It's brown where it's supposed to be white. We go back down to the front desk and the cleaning person goes up and she even says she saw it ... Read more
