We recently spent the wknd at this Doubletree Suites Hotel. Although it was comfortable, the hotel and rooms are a little dated and in need of refreshing. Breakfast and lunch were very good, but dinner was poor and pricy ! The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Free wifi as a Hilton Honirs member was a good perk. The hotel was very conveniently located to our grandson's sporting event. The warm cookies upon arrival is a nice touch.

We were traveling and needed a hotel at the last minute. Called the Hilton Hotel we had booked for the next night to see if they had an openings. They were booked solid, but the representative quickly found us a room at this Doubletree for an excellent rate. We had a late check-in and everyone was very accommodating. We ended up with a suite, very clean and spacious. Bed was fantastic.

This hotel doesn't live up to the other doubletree hotels we stayed in. The biggest reasons: 1) Our room was boiling the entire stay, even had someone up to help and said the thermostats are on their way out! Doesn't help the location of the thermostat is located in a direct line of a major vent, make it think the rooms much cooler than it actually is. (Doesn't take an engineer to figure that one out). Our room was 84 for most of our stay... 2) We thought our door key failed so we ran back and fo... Read more

I have stayed in many same quality hotels and have never had such a bad experience. The fact that unless you want to pay close to a hundred dollars on awful breakfast to feed your family in this place you need to go elsewhere. I have never not had complimentary breakfast when staying in a hotel like this. It was over $15 per person to eat what they call a "buffet"!! Pathetic they should be ashamed to charge this amount for the awful food NEVER coming back

We stayed here for a family vacation while visiting Diggerland and Sahara Sam's in West Berlin, Adventure Aquarium in Camden, and museums in Philadelphia. The location to reach all of those attractions was central and convenient. The immediate neighborhood is mostly business parks and some rundown retail, except for a new and very clean Starbucks with a drive through (convenient in the morning). Otherwise, decent restaurants are in other neighborhoods, but not more than 10-15 minutes away. T... Read more

This hotel is different from your standard DoubleTree - it's more of a garden type setting - only three floors and quite spread out. There are entry doors around the exterior so you can park near your room - if you are not in a car, ask for a room that is close to the lobby area so you don't have so far to go. The rooms are nice and the setting is peaceful. It was nice to have breakfast available in the morning, and they were very mindful of your need for speed (or not, if you have more time ... Read more

We stayed here while visiting Sahara Sams. The hotel is 1 minute from the turnpike, and a few minutes from the waterpark. EVERYTHING is close by, eating, shopping, leisure, etc. The hotel is clean, and has great ammenities. I had a King suite, which slept 2 adults, 2 children and 1 baby comfortably. We used the gym and pool, with 0 complaints. Definately a go, when traveling with or without family. The front desk staff is awesome.

We stopped here for a couple of nights during our move to Connecticut from Georgia. The rooms were great for traveling with kids! This hotel is absolutely wonderful. It is somewhat old, as is everything in the northeast. But the bed, the pillows, the shower, and the fact that you have a refrigerator and a microwave in your living room more than make up for the age. Absolutely the best night's sleep I have had in a hotel. The ONLY improvement I would suggest is to add full length mirrors in the rooms. I depend on that when I am dressing. But other than that I would rate this stay a "10".

The fire alarm went off twice in the middle of the night, once after 2 AM and once after 5 am.. Then, housekeeping banged on my door at 8:15 to ask when I was leaving. It was the worst night in a hotel in my life.

We stayed at this hotel for a birthday bash in the area . Several of us met here for breakfast and stayed talking till lunch! The location was nice it is right off the turnpike and walk- able from the Greyhound bus . The staff were excellent, and the rooms as well. This would be a great place to stop if you are passing through NJ. It was quiet and clean. There is a restaurant in the hotel with a bar also.

The front desk staff couldn't have been more friendly, both at check-in and check-out. The room was very clean and very spacious! Our only complaint was that the door to the mini fridge was unhinged, and posed a safety issue as it almost crashed onto our feet. However, we notified the desk on checkout, to which they promptly wrote a repair request. We would definitely stay at this location again as it is easily accessible to the highway, as well as close proximity to Philly, where we have family... Read more

Banquet and service fabulous. Thank you. As the organizer, everyone, especially the servers, help me so very much. Kindness and understanding was overwhelming. I was offered solutions to problems, and they sure do know what they are going! Will be back for a wedding reception.

The Doubletree in Mount Laurel actually was a pretty good value for the money. We paid 129 for two double beds and a small suite area. The overall suite area was a bit dated as was the bathroom but overall, I would definitely stay here again. It was clean and the staff quite responsive. The restaurant satisfactory and the overall accommodations quite satisfactory. We had an event here with over 160 people and quite pleased overall.

My husband's 50th reunion was held at this hotel. It was fabulous from the food to the rooms. The Saturday night event was extremely well done! Thanks for making a great weekend the best! We would definitely suggest this hotel in the future for any type of venue. They really know how to entertain!

We love staying at this Doubletree and this visit was no difference. Great staff, the rooms are extremely comfortable. The restaurant is good but a little pricy. The bar is cozy and comfortable. A place where you can have conversation and a good relaxing drink. There are many outstanding restaurant choices in the area. Thanks to Michelle who went out of her way to make sure our stay was perfect. By far this is the best hotel in the area and we will continue to stay there during our return v... Read more

I continue to select this hotel as my choice of hotels in the Mt. Laurel area. The staff goes way above and beyond - making you feel at home. The bar is awesome, with exceptional customer service. The restaurant is incredible from breakfast to dinner! Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. Should you need anything during your stay, the front desk staff will do what they can to accommodate. I cannot give this hotel enough stars!

The front desk agents were very rude, short, and unorganized. Its not a very warm welcoming place. Its makes you second guess why you're even staying there. The tone in to which i was spoke to and treated is very unacceptable and I'll never return to this property.

We wanted to have a quite beautiful location where we could relax all day after our wedding. We were lucky enough that my parents booked us two nights at this lovely hotel. The room was spacious and had amazing natural light and a view of the garden. We forgot that we were in NJ and really felt like we had gone away on vacation. Beds were very comfortable and the hot tub was just what our muscles needed after all the dancing!! Breakfast with fresh omelets and fresh fruit were perfect.
