The housekeeping did not change the beddings from last the guests. The bed was full of hair and dirt marks when I wanted to get into bed after a 16hrs flight at 1am. I requested to change the beddings and they made a security guard to come and I end up helping out for the change and it took more than 45mins for him to come back n forth for bringing the clean linen. When checking in the receptionist didn't tell me a price just charged my card was not aware I was charged a 50 deposit even when booking the room wasn't made aware. They blamed booking.com which I have used that website for many of my stays with no problem what so ever!The manager did not seem to care or take responsibility. This hotel was very nice and comfortable. The rooms were cozy, super comfy beds, cable TV, free high speed internet. Excellent amenities: Fitness center one of the best I have ever seen (my gym-rat boyfriend was content), Business center was good so I got some work done, laundry room, parking, great location, close to trains and stores/restaurants. i booked this since its tagged as 3.5 stars. When we first pulled up to the supposedly lobby/ main entrance , I was shocked .... Didn't even looked like it's in business , found that we were supposed to drive to the back as its under constructions... Puzzled but still checked in .... Everything is OLD .... awful experience. Only 2 out of 4 elevators working- spent too much time waiting for elevators which stopped on too many floors because of not enough service. Incessant window cleaning by loud motored cherry pickers with shrieking warning sounds. Hair in my breakfast bacon. Took 50 minutes to get a sandwich from understaffed bar/restaurant. I have stayed here in its prior life and it as ok. I get it, they are really trying to make it better, but you have to know that it is very out of date and there is construction. It is right next to my office, so it is just too close to pass up. It needs gutting, not just a renovation. People are nice and helpful, just know what you are getting.

I stopped into this very lovely hotel because I was lost. Nicole Adams at the front desk was so nice,and David Frolich actually led me to my destination in the service van!! The hotel was under construction during my stay which made it look fairly messy and slowed down the elevators. Normally, this would make me hate the hotel that I was staying in. This one was different thanks to amazing staff. I would go down to the bar/restaurant there each night after work with a few co-workers and Poco would just make the place light up. Hotel is currently being remodeled. Hallway carpets not clean but location to the GSP is very convenient. So far...I liked it better when it was the Woodbridge Hilton The APA added Bidets in the bathrooms which are nice

My guy & I stayed at this hotel July 4th weekend. We got a great deal on the room, only $100 for the night including taxes and fees! But the best part by far was the room. Very spacious & clean, comfortable bed & the most amazing heated toilet seat!!

This place is under renovation and the only reason we stayed was because this was the hotel reserved for a wedding. The hotel is under construction and when we arrived late day and wanted to take a nap there was jackhammering going on below. Luckily we were on the 7th floor, so it was more of a buzz noise and we were able to take a nap. I stayed here as part of a wedding party which I believer were going to be grouped together. This certainly was not the case as we were split across three floors. There was a lot of building work going on and only two of the four lifts were working the 4 days I was there. The hotel is defenetly trying to improve however and they have plans to revamp further rooms and the bar area. Room 920 was very clean, fresh and quiet. PS Ten out of Ten for the bed and pillows.

They are currently undergoing renovations. I stayed in a room that was not renovated but found it to be very clean with comfortable bedding. Nice gym but aging exercise equipment. Hopefully that will also be renovated. Only two of four elevators seemed to be working. There seemed to be a restaurant off the lobby but was only open for breakfast. They said there was room service but no menu in the room which I thought was weird so I never ate there. Would stay again.

I've experienced the hotel bar prior to beginning of renovations and am excited for the makeover. The staff, specifically Poco has created a wonderful environment and experience every time we visit. Despite the renovations and transitional period the service is great and the staff is always extremely friendly and attentive. We look forward to experiencing the new bar!

The best part of the APA Woodbridge is the staff in the Bogart Lounge, headed by the wonderful Poco. Visitors are always greeted with a warm smile and instantly feel welcomed. Poco and her staff are simply amazing and are the heart of the APA Woodbridge.

Poco is the best! She and the rest of the staff always make everyone feel like family. My friends and I will definitely keep coming back. Very good food there too. Looking forward to the newly renovated bar!

It was dark looking from the outside, which was a bit off putting. Easy check in, friendly staff, nice sized room. Housekeeping did the bare minimum. I found hair in the sink, shower and bed. Then I got to open the curtains and it looks like Freddy Kruger had a fight with them. I understand that you are under renovations but the place looks like you've given up in the process. The carpet looks like it hasn't been cleaned in so long. Yuk!

I stayed at the hotel for a night this past weekend. The only real sign of construction that I noticed was the group of elevators out of service. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. The check-in was easy, the bartender was friendly, and the heated toilet seat was divine.

Checked in for a Friday thru Saturday weekend business meeting. The staff was very attentive and personable. The elevators, however, are slow as molasses in January. The room was very large, clean and comfortable. Would have liked a mini fridge, however.

We joined a tour group and they used this hotel to place us before our next day tour in NYC. Room is decent, nothing to rave about. I was surprised to find that the toilet seat is heated, nice touch but not for a summer night. We stayed here 2013 when it was a hilton. it was fantastic then, its BETTER now!!! Completely renovated, everything was new! mind you,SOME SECTIONS are still under renovations, but by no means do they or does it interfere with your stay. its not loud. everyone is polite, friendly & helpful. very very poor customer service (specially at the front desk with the attitude).....no hot water and no explanation why???? no managers to be seen....gym flooded (on going problem apparently)....internet on and off....pool area disgusting......tv had to be fixed on my arrival, can't turn off my AC , poor menu for lunch..... 2 exceptions : David, the bus driver was very nice and helpful the young waiter at breakfast also very helpful

The staff, especially Naz and the rest of the catering staff, are very accommodating. I understand they have a new chef as well and the food was really good. The renovations are coming along nicely. Looking forward to seeing the facility again when they are done!

We were on a bus trip and this was the hotel we were scheduled to stay in. The entrance was a little iffy, it is on the back side of the hotel. No big problem, just a little confusing.
