W hoboken is just over the river with the best view over Manhattan. Excellent hotel room and staff. We stayed there more than 5 times and it is always pleasure stay. Highly reccomended and easy to reach the city by train.

Just stayed at the W this weekend with my wife, son was on a scout trip, catch up time! It was great, we stayed in a Fabulous room with a great view. Went out for dinner to a local restaurant, Amanda's which was good ( their new restaurant Halifax is opening this week, which looks very exciting) We ended up dancing the night away in their nightclub Lulu's which was packed with a good crowd Thank you we will be back Julian

I have stayed here almost a dozen times & each time it is wonderful. The location is perfect, on a side street but still within a few blocks of all of the shopping & restaurants in Hoboken. W Hotels are 5 star boutique style properties, and this one is no exception. The lobby is beautifully appointed with long sofas, decorative items, an easily accessible front desk, and a Whatever Wherever Whenever desk right there. The hotel is well maintained, in great shape, & they do all of those little tou... Read more

Very nice hotel. Often stay in Mid town Manhattan and as a change up, this is a terrific choice. Very easy to get around in both NJ and can take the Path to Mid town or a ferry. Local restaurants are very nice and great views of Manhattan. Delightful boardwalk for running or walking. Nice gym too.

This by far one of my favorite W's in the NYC area. It's definitely worth the short commute into Manhattan if you want some peace and quite but you don't want to be too far from the city. We stayed in the Fantastic Suite which was a one bedroom, one and a half bathroom, separate sitting area, balcony, and a gorgeous view of the Manhattan Skyline. We were here on a quick couples trip and it was worth every penny! I am a room service junkie so of course, We ordered room service which came in les... Read more

What a nice hotel located just across the street from parks and the Hudson. Absolutely awesome view of mid town and lower Manhattan. just a 5 minute stroll from the PATH which will get you into Manhattan., Additionally just two blocks from a Starbucks ( they had complimentary coffee in the hotel which was awesome) and a few blocks from Carlos Bakery if that's your thing. If you spend a bit more time than average in the room, definitely go for the rooms with a spectacular view. Its worth it. The... Read more

We had some really nice views but the rooms are pretty tight especially the doubles. GREAT location, fun restaurant downstairs called ZYLO with really good Sunday brunch, The staff was very friendly and we willing to even run out and pick up some toiletries that one of the people in our party forgot. Its just a few blocks from the Path into the city so it a very convenient spot if you are needing a room in the Financial District or 33rd but don't want to pay manhattan prices. Overall it was nice... Read more

Functional hotel with great views of Manhattan, impersonal Lobby and bar area, adequate for functions, catering for wedding was amazing and DJ suggested was great, however if I was staying as a family it was a bit cold & impersonal. On day we left the hotel was rammed and not enough staff around in lobby. Rooms were clean and well stocked though wasn't impressed when door knock was a maid at 11 am asking when we were checking out ( time allowed midday ) .

We were very pleasantly surprised by Hoboken and by the W. The restaurant has outside seating with a great view. The farm to table food and service was outstanding. The entire property is dog friendly and when it rained our dog was allowed in the dining room. The highlight of Hoboken is the riverside walking trail. A secret is to go through the transportation center and follow the trail all the way to Fort Lee for a serious walk

Wonderful hotel in a wonderful location to explore Hoboken and easy fast access to New York City. Stay here and save money from staying in NYC with better views of NYC than you can get in NYC. Leonard at the front desk did a great job making us comfortable and gave us a great first impression of the "W" as it is our first time staying at one.

I had been to New York this June for my small vacation. And apparently decided to stay at W Hoboken. Its a amazing location to stay especially when you want to be close to the city with a spectacular view. Service desk was amazing, they were very friendly and helped me with whatever I needed during the stay. Maids ensured that the rooms are clean on daily basis. Room was very comfortable with required amenities. The best part was we could click amazing pictures of the New York city light in the ... Read more

We have stayed in other W hotels and have been unimpressed by the staff, particularly in New York where they were too impressed by themselves to care about customers. But the Hoboken property was lovely and staff members were very helpful. We had a handicap-accessible room which was good, with a nice view of New York City. The riverfront area is beautifully developed and feels very safe. One big negative: they charge for internet access! Didn't think anyone did that any more.

This is a wonderful hotel who knows how to take care of their guests. From the moment we pulled up the staff were extremely friendly and helpful without being pushy. The valet opened our doors and and offered to help us with our luggage. We were warmly greeted at the front desk by the friendly agent who knew it was our anniversary. She upgraded our room and 10 minutes afyer we were in our room we get a knock on the door and they delivered this beautiful tray with champagne chocolate dipped straw... Read more

Been staying here for 5+ years. Outstanding location with the best views of NYC!!! Rooms are getting very worn out but there is a renovation coming soon. Restaurant recently renovated but the menu doesn't seem all that different, at least for breakfast and lunch. Food is good but we usually head out to the dozens of restaurants within a 10 minute walk of the hotel which typically offer more choices and better pricing. Hotel staff is fantastic even with what seems a high turnover in the past... Read more

Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights on a business trip. As an SPG Preferred Guest member, check in was fast and smooth and was assigned a great room on the 15th floor overlooking the Hudson River and a fantastic view of midtown Manhattan. Across the street is a walking path along the river that leads to the PATH Hoboken station about 5 minutes away. Nearby, about 2 blocks away, is the commercial district with a wide array of shops and restaurants.

Mostly a very clean and comfortable stay. Great views from the rooms, good dining options, nice spa, and a great location. The best hotel in a great town. Plenty of places to sit in the lobby and on the second floor, whether you want some food/drinks or just to unwind. Very comfortable beds and couches.

I stayed in the W for 2 nites this month. I have family here from Fl and thought Hoboken would be a change from NYC The front desk personnel were all outstanding from our initial checking in till our check out. The room was spacious and immaculately clean The maid came a little early to clean our room one morning. I asked her if she could come back in 10 minutes and she gave me a huge smile and said " of course no problem" That smile and friendly attitude made such a difference!! Also we left ... Read more

We stayed at W Hotel in Hoboken in July of 2016. I??ve never taken the time out to write a hotel review good or bad mainly because I travel for work & for the most part never experienced anything that deserved it. However, Luke the manager at the W Hotel in Hoboken inspired me to step out of my comfort zone. I??ve never had to deal with someone that was so unreasonable and unwilling to work with customers to make sure they enjoyed their stay. It was my one-year anniversary with my girlfrie... Read more
