The room was very clean, large and comfortable with a sleep number bed. Staff were very friendly and the chocolate chip cookies at check in were so good. The hotel was near several restaurants and the area of town was nice.

Very dissatisfied....I've always liked the radisson and I expected them to go Alitalia further to make my trip more pleasant than it was with all the issues I was having in my room. I would not recommend this hotel

The good stuff - This property was very clean and well kept. Staff was friendly and helpful. We ate breakfast there after a wedding and it was good. The bad - The sleepnumber beds were not good at all - I would now never buy a sleep number, nor would I stay at a property that had them. Get rid of these horrid torture devices and this rating becomes a 4.5.

I booked this hotel for my family who was traveling to this area for a college graduation. We had the reservation for 4 months. We found ourselves in an overbooked situation however the hotel did try to notify us. We did found out before we arrived and they were going to accommodate us at another nice hotel not too far away. In our situation it would not have worked because of a tight schedule. The hotel went above and beyond to help get us in and did it in a way that the other people that moved... Read more

This is secobd hotel in a month without a tub. When booking 5 months in advance I asked about the king rooms having tubs and was told they did. At check in we entered the room and no tub. Bed also sucked.

Room was very clean and updated, nice walk in shower. Staff was very nice and helpful. The drinks at the hotel were VERY overpriced, so bring your own drinks! The beds are sleep number mine did not work though. I was there for a wedding and the food was excellent and it was a beautiful place for a wedding.

This was our first stay here - it was terrific (we're Marriott customers). We were upgraded to a very nice room (#401) and enjoyed excellent service. The front desk was so upbeat, helpful, friendly, service-oriented - we'd stay here again in a heart beat.

Very convenient location; across the street from a Wal-Mart, and several good restaurants and local bars/grills. Huge shopping mall and a horse race track - hello?? Excuse me? how can this not be OK? Stay here; rooms are expensive, but you are in Jersey, and on top of that in the hometown of "The Boss"!! Rock on

This hotel needs to be updated and cleaned. Then they should teach the staff about hospitality. I have been going to this hotel since 2009 and even then it it wasn't updated. The carpets are worn the furnishing are old it needs some paint and on top of that it needs a deep cleaning. The staff is unfriendly and rude when you ask them about an issue you might have. The only reason I have gone back in the past years is because it was the only place around. I guess from now on I will be driving ali... Read more

On a trip to NJ we were in the Freehold area and stayed at the Radisson for a few nights. The hotel is very clean and well kept and although located near easy access to a number of main highways, it was usually quiet. The desk staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms were bright and well appointed with a number bed, but I couldnā??t get ours to work. Regardless, the beds were very comfortable. Nice room, very clean, bathroom very clean and well stocked. Room was to loud , you could everything going on. The door had a 1/4 - 1/2 gap at the bottom that let in to much noise. Why did my hotel statement have to be slide into my room in the early AM. I'm a light sleeper and found that to be disruptive.

I was here for a family event. Never got an email confirmation for the booking. Tried to call Friday at 2pm to confirm a late arrival. Got in operator phone loop x 3-4 on both calls and then after being put on hold, got a human being. Staffing is clearly skeletal as when I arrived around 10pm, there was one desk person dealing with multiple check in and phone call issues. The room was "ok". One room was freezing and the other hot. This was fixed on thermostat but neither was close to any kind... Read more

I would suggest for all to watch their payment history on charges from the hotel. Also, don't expect a deposit back. I have still not been paid back the 100 and 50 dollar deposit from this hotel when I left the room in amazing shape just as I found it but with a bed not made.

The hotel was really nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. They should mark the entrance because we had unloaded our luggage in front of the wrong entrance which looked to be open but was locked. Spacious rooms but looks outdated. Worst of all I did not receive my club carlson points because I did not book directly.

This was an excellent place to stay when I was visiting my son and his family that lives close by. We stayed for nearly a week and so we took a suite, which turned out to be a great choice for us. This hotel was not at all what I expected for the price. I have received all the amenities they offered plus more from other hotels. I understand that it is very convenient if you have an event such as a wedding there but they should just jack up the price because of convenience. That should be part of the service.

My experience at the Radisson was perfect. We booked this hotel as our wedding venue (our wedding was in the Emerald Ballroom) and couldn't be happier. The rooms were clean and neat and the hotel staff was friendly and very accommodating. The hotel itself was very quiet and there was never a moment where we could hear the people in the other rooms around us. We have no complaints at all about our stay here and would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

The room was okay. The sleep number bed had issues. The bathroom is tiny. We were lucky to find the place because so many trees covered the signs and building. We managed to hit a night when the fee was I've $250. I was shocked when this did not include breakfast. It has been awhile since I stayed at a motel without breakfast included. The buffet looked tempting, but $15.95 seemed a bit steep.

It was surrounded by great restaurants and a Walmart was even across the street in case something was forgotten or you wanted to load up on snacks to visit the Jersey Shore. The wife and I stayed here while attending a friend's wedding in this hotel. The wedding ballrooms and decorations were excellent and everything was well organized. The hotel room itself was roomy, but the carpets need a desperate upgrade, it was dengy with a musty smell. Also the AC unit was very loud and kept waking my wife and i, it also did a very poor job of maintaining the room temperature. Neither did the room have a microwave. This is a nice hotel with Sleep Number beds. Only problem was that there was a loud high school baseball team staying on the same floor.
