Filthy, shady characters hanging out, checked out after 2 days when original reservation was for 7 days. Ever time room card key was used, had to go to front desk for new card as it seems only worked once. Could go on and on but will not as there is too much to list!!!

felt like i was staying somewhere out of a horror movie and for $150 a night, a 3.5 star rating and the "Days Inn" name, i couldn't believe how run down it was. was afraid to sleep in the bed because of how dirty it appeared and the fact that it felt as though any min there would be drug dealers and gangs knocking my door down. complete rip off, will never ever ever stay at a days inn again.

The hotel was old and had the Goodwill clothing smell. It was clean and staff were friendly, but it was overpriced. Other hotels at the same price were in much better shape.

I stayed over one night for the Seafood Festival. The stay was very comfortable. The room was very clean. We were also a bit early and a room was made available earlier.

This property is a detriment to the Wyndham name... pool was not operational, the property is in run-down condition, and I had to get my key re-done everytime I left the room and came back. I would NOT recommend this property to anyone I know.

I stayed at this place for two nights and it had a very friendly and helpful staff. My family was extremely satisfied with the treatment. The room had appropriate amenities for a comfortable two night stay at the hotel.

Filthy and outdated. Bed uncomfortable Rust and bugs in bathroom. TV was OK. Furniture uncomfortable. Dark and dingy. Outdated. Tear the motel down.

Not a bad stay but not worth $120. The bathroom had holes in the walls and the lamp was falling apart. I stepped on glass while walking to the vending machines. The front desk was polite!

This was a last minute booking on Memorial Day weekend, so I was thrilled to get a reasonable rate at a Days Inn. A well known chain. The site showed a picture of a beautiful pool, and it was mentioned as one of the amenities. My children were looking forward to it. When we arrived, we asked about the pool and we were told the pool was not open. Big disappointment! The outside of the hotel is run down and not very nice. The best thing I can say about this hotel is that the rooms were clean. A... Read more

I rented a room ahead of time because this hotel was not far from the Raceway Park. I thought ok, they have a refrigerator and microwave in the room, they have a pool and they have a restaurant. Great for one night. NOT. The office was dingy, the windows were dirty, $146 total for one night with 2 queen size beds. Holes in the walls that were poorly patched. The air conditioner was filthy. I was told on June 10th, with it 80 degrees out that the pool was not open. The light in the bathro... Read more

I would recommend the Days Inn, in Freehold to anyone looking for a place to stay. The rooms are great and comfortable and the customer service is amazing, especially Roger. He is extremely friendly and very helpful. All of the staff there are very nice and accommodating. If you are running late checking out, they are very understanding and give you the extra time. They are always willing to work with you. The rooms are very clean as well and they have free Wifi, which has strong signal. If you ... Read more

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was the dirtiest place I have ever stayed. The room was dirty, there were spider webs in the corner of the room and a spider with web behind the bathroom door. The bathroom door didn't close unless you either slammed it shut or had to hold the door knob and lift the door up slightly to get it to close. The ironing board was soiled with stains, the walls were poorly patched with plaster and weren't even repainted. Half the water from the shower head ... Read more

I came for my Uncles funeral and only had reservations for one night. When I got to the motel after traveling 7 hrs I asked if I could extend my reservation to 2 nights the gentleman said no problem , the room I reserved was a room with 2 double beds because it was less expensive , he asked if I would mind a king size bed instead of the double at no extra charge. I told him I wouldn't mind. Then asked if it was possible to check in because it was only 10:30 and check in is not until 2. He said n... Read more

I didn't have much of a choice in the way of a hotel that would take a dog but believe me I wouldn't of even brought my dog there after I saw the place. Could use a little updating, it was pretty skeevy. I slept a few hours and got up and left, I didn't even want to use a towel or soap or a cup of coffee

Take it from a local who has lived in Freehold for 30yrs, no one beats days inn. They are priced competively compared to other hotels/motels in the area. Days inn offers more quality and quanity for your buck. The rooms are very large and clean and the ac is ice cold. The staff is very friendly. I stayed at at 9 motel which is much smaller with no breakfast for the same price. I also stayed at capri motel which is disgusting and had bed bugs. The rooms at days inn come with beautiful tvs and nic... Read more

Well, we made a last minute decision for the 4th of July and this was the only affordable option we found left. It was a roof over our heads and there were no bugs but it was definitely NOT clean. The bathroom was pretty gross and looked like the light switch cover had never been wiped off it was pretty crusted with years of finger prints and dirt (and no I'm not a clean freak nor a nit picky person). The continental breakfast was ok with the exception that both the orange juice and the apple ju... Read more

I stayed here while bringing my daughter to the area to visit a friend. Upon seeing the outside of the hotel, I was hesitant- it could use some renovation. But, after checking in and seeing my room, I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean, tastefully decorated and the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. I had reserved the room earlier in the day and was pleased to find that the air conditioner in my room had been turned on prior to my arrival (it was a very hot and humid day and ... Read more

I was fortunate that my business trip brought me to the Days Inn in Freehold, NJ. The management staff from the beginning were very helpful with first my accommodations and also with any questions I had regarding the area and getting around. The entire staff were very friendly and professional in every way. I needed in the end to extend my stay and they made what I thought might be a problem for me into an easy solution. I can't say enough about my stay. Oh yes, and by the way, my accommodations... Read more

Dissatisfied with this. Paid $150. Arrived on this 102* day, and no air conditioning. Far worse, we're here with three children and pool is closed. Room smells like a combination of musty basement and mothballs. We would've left, but their were no other affordable options for our family.

The hotel towels were not clean and I found blood on 1 of the towels. The room smelled old. The bathroom doors were not clean. The room was dusty. The building itself was old. I feel I was tricked because the inside of the hotel looked nothing like what was reported from the hotel's website. I informed the check out clerk about the bloody towels but he didn't resolve my issue and did not bother to apologize. There were no other hotels in the area with availability and I felt forced to stay. This... Read more
