Staff was very helpful, courteous, and quick to take care of our demands. Front desk check in was prompt and supplied us with the room location we wanted. The only downside of the hotel was the restaurant service that was very slow.

My husband and I checked in, the front desk receptionist was so sweet , the rooms were nice and hotel was very nice. The only disappointment I have was I attended my cousins wedding and the service that was provided and the wait for the food was not acceptable. Our tables had to ask three times for a cup of coffee. I was the man of honor for my best friends wedding which was hosted here at the Windsor ballroom and my time there was amazing. The staff was very accommodating and helpful throughout the day. The maître d' Ty really went out of his way to make sure that I got everything that I needed to make sure the bride and groom had the best wedding ever.

We stayed at the property on a Thursday in May and really can't say very much in the way of negative comments. Check in was a breeeze. Staff at the front counter was pleasant to deal with. Ensured that we were placed on a high floor away from vending and elevators and that our request for a rollaway was honored. Room was very clean and well appointed. We recently just booked 54 rooms for my son's and bride to be wedding this past Saturday the 21st of May. I worked primarily with Amanda Calabrese who was more than helpful, knowledgeable and so very kind. Words cant express. Not only did she assist with the rooms but she also took care of the private bridal parlor for the bridal party which was lovely. I was superbly impressed with this hotel! The rooms are immaculate and gorgeous and the service is just incredible! The staff is attentive to all your needs and they do everything they can to ensure your stay is a pleasant one. Definitely a winner!

I picked this hotel because it was close to six flags. It is nice but needs some up dating . The staff is nice and makes your stay comfortable. The room was ok but the air conditioner was leaking and the floor was wet.

I stayed here on a recent trip, The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Silvie checked me in and i was even impressed that I got a call from her to check if everything was okay in the room (it was). The hotel is clean and rooms are nice. The breakfast is excellent Again, all staff members were very, very friendly and courteous. I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing accommodations along I 95, south and not bound. As usual what an experience, traveled from Scotland so approx 20hrs in Air and cars and queues. Then the Front Desk team. Almost a fight to see who could check us in first...Silvie or Brandon. Mr tenacity won as Silvie tried to think why she recognised us.. It was so quick we did not have time for any banter or frustration, just got a room key.. whoops 2 keys as I had Son jack with us. I frequently stay at this hotel for work. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The Front Desk Staff bends over backwards to make sure you have everything you need,(irons, towels, linen, etc). Sylvie is always my go to person. She works the front desk and goes way beyond her normal duties to make sure everything is perfect. Thanks to the whole staff to making me feel welcomed when I am far from home.

We were assigned this hotel for our LAX team. I never like being told where to stay but i was pleasantly surprised. The lobby was immaculate. Check-in was breeze. They were very accommodating in getting each player on the same floor. Not an easy task with over 20 kids. The adjoining room were very convenient for such a large group. This is one more awesome place to stay, with friendly host greeting you at the moment of arrival to fantastic food at both ends of the day. Nice, clean facilities with Brandon and Silvie A. working the front desk in a professional manor. Great parking, plenty rooms, and many many more extras to make your stay exactly what you want!

Checked in on a spur of The moment whim Sophie at the desk seen that I was a spire elite member she immediately upgraded me to a king Jacuzzi room my stay was wonderful the staff was wonderful being a spire elite member I got a complementary breakfast food was great thanks again Sophie the grandbaby had a great time in the Jacuzzi

This hotel is very nice and low cost. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean including the nice bathroom and the hotel even gave me a free upgrade. Great place to stay!! If I came to town again I would stay here. They even have a onsite bar and restaurant.

We always stay here when we go to Six Flags we arrived early and our room was ready.the room was big and well manteined, a bit too noisy fan in bathroom. Unfortunately the room was at highway side so a bit noise from outside, too! Breaftast very good. Staff gwntle and helpful.

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at! The rooms are filthy, they never change the sheets, never clean the carpets and the service is horrible! The management talks about their guests and in a very condescending way! Stay away from this hotel!!

I waited 35-minutes to check in to this hotel, even though there was another employee working behind the check-in area, but she refused to help with 7 people in line waiting to check-in. When I finally checked in you would of thought this employee might at least apologized for the long waiting time, the answer is "no"! She was was clueless to the waiting time and after I checked in the line was still 7 deep. What happen to customer service?

Overall, just ok. The mattress was uncomfortable. Our room keys did not work twice. The walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors next door. Not enough towels at the pool area. No restaurants nearby except for one onsite restaurant.

I have stayed at this property on 4 different occasions, overall the rooms are decent and clean and has free WiFi. Spent two nights for a family event. On checking in one person was at the desk trying to cover a long line of guests while also answering the phone and taking reservation. We were told there was no gift bag for us. After dinner returned to find the same situation but with very loud music making the wait excruciating. Would not recommend for families with small children. No microwave, no refrigerator, carpets are extremely dated. Bathroom had hair from last guest. Call ahead and see if there is a scheduled event in their conference room. The noise from music is LOUD. If you have to stay ask for a room away from the main floor. The people at the front desk were very nice. I was disappointed that there wasn't a complimentary breakfast. Even a muffin if nothing more. Room was very clean and had a nice smell. I just would have liked something for breakfast without having to pay $20.00 for a buffet.

This hotel has an incredibly shady practice of publishing a really high meeting room rental to make it look like a competitive rate when they give you half off. Unfortunately they fail to disclose the fact they are going to still charge you admin fees and taxes on the ridiculous rack rate that you ultimately didn't pay. We stayed here overnight en route to Boston rooms very clean check in staff OK did not inform us rate did not include Breakfast which was expensive and worst Breakfast we have had in US toaster took 5 mins to toast bread Coffee tasteless Orange Juice nasty Sausage Patty tasted like plastic no staff around when we entered had to go and ask out the back for someone to serve us

I stayed with my family (2 adults/2 kids). We booked the stay as a promo that was offered through the Six Flags website. Lobby: Very boutique like, all white well taken care of. Excellent place to stay. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Silvie A at the front desk was very professional and friendly. The stay comes with breakfast. There is also a Keurig in the room. There is plenty of parking. The hotel is very close to NJ turnpike. It is very conveniently located. I will definitely be back and highly recommend it to everyone else.

We stayed at this hotel on a Saturday night in November 2016. There was considerable noise from traffic whizzing by on the NJ Turnpike which is just 100 yards from the hotel. It was too loud to sleep, but turning on the (relatively noisy) HVAC drowned out the traffic noise with a different noise so it worked out OK.

Very nice hotel with great staff behind reception and nice rooms. I would stay there again for sure. The bar is nice and the food is great with a good menu to choose from. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.
