Had 2 stays here at this hotel, one in a regular king size bed, and one in a one bedroom suite. Suite was like an apt. Both rooms were clean, comfortable and surprisingly reasonable in price. Both rooms had coffee makers, refrigerators and microwaves. The suite had 2 TVs. Staff was very friendly. Kris, manager, checked us in and made recommendations for dinner, that did not disappoint. He was very helpful. Parking lot had many out of state cars, but did not hear any noise from anyone. Hotel is ... Read more

We stayed at this Courtyard on Friday evening. It's located around Cranbury, in the greater Princeton, NJ area. It's located right next to the New Jersey Turnpike exit, which is convenient, otherwise it's in this area of New Jersey that's primarily huge warehouses and farmland. This Courtyard had pros and cons. We found the tv remote control in the room didn't work. That's a negative. We called the front desk. One of the front desk personnel came up quickly, found the signal sensor and ... Read more

Stayed for a night for business. The hotel has no surprises, it is very representative of the brand and level of hotel. It was clean, staff pleasant and fairly close to the highway and not far from Princeton. My room was spacious, perhaps too spacious but there are worse problems to have. The style and furnishings are dated, have a very 90's feel, but wasn't tattered or dirty. In the morning there was a nice cafe with a good variety to choose from and nice seating area. I don't think you woul... Read more

We stayed in this hotel by pure chance en route from DC to NYC and what a pleasant surprise. Friendly front desk staff who were super helpful; clean room, comfy beds. It was better than the Hyatt I had stayed in when in DC but at a fraction of the price. Not sure I will ever be in Cranbury again but if I am I will stay here!

My wife and I stayed at the Courtyard Cranbury this past weekend. The hotel is very inviting looking. When we arrived, we were greeted by a very friendly front desk person. All the staff that manned the front desk were friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and modern. The mattress in the room was wonderfully firm, BUT the bed spring was pretty worn giving a very uneven sleep. The bathroom had beautiful tile on the floor and walls, BUT the tub spout was about 3/4" away from the wall and the ex... Read more

Just got home from two day stay. Clean quiet room. All employees we encountered couldn't have been nicer. Bistro food very good but would have liked it to be open later at night. If you call ahead the order is ready very quickly. Would reccomend to everyone. We were upgraded from original reservation so had microwave and refrigerator, sofa bed and larger room. Price for second night was misquoted when reservation was made on phone however, resulting in higher cost. This was a trip for a funeral ... Read more

The staff was wonderfully friendly and polite. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The lobby and halls all smelled fresh and clean. I wish that they offered free breakfast, but the breakfast and coffee available for purchase was delicious.

Can't say enough about the exceptional customer service. Check in Fast - polite.....courteous. Rooms were clean. Hotel has a little I would say mini bar that offers a small menu and drinks and breakfast in the morning. I would have to say for the $$ spent on the room there was no free coffee or breakfast included. That would have made it better.

Being a Courtyard, they are not always in my price range when I am in the area. They had a good rate for a weekend in July and the staff (Kam at the front desk, Sydney in the Bistro) is great and always so helpful. Aside from some loud/rude guests, it was a great stay. The weekday business crowd is so much more courteous. Thank Courtyard!

The staff here is phenomenal. They are very kind and very willing to help any time you needed their assistance. During my staff I had to change rooms and when I requested to have my room changed Chris from the front desk was very friendly and hospitable. Quickly he came to the current room and put us in another room. His kindness will be the reason why I will return to this location. Thank you Chris and staff for being so friendly!

We stayed here for 4 nights. It was a terrific visit. My only complaint is that it is too far away from ANYTHING! (the closest McDonalds is 7 miles away!!!). The staff couldn't have been any nicer...it was a breath of fresh air every time we came and went...they always greeted us with a smile.

Well This hotel is located right off Jersey Turnpike. It is easy to get to. However, it is located in the middle of no where. No restaurant or shopping around it. More like a place to sleep type of deal. The room is dated but clean. Staff are friendly but with a twist Two major issues I have with them. first is that they do not store your luggages. Staff told me that they do not have proper security to watch over guests luggages. You are on your own if you can not check in and you need to run... Read more

My husband and I stayed at the Courtyard for 3 weeks, while he attended a class for business. We totally enjoyed staying at the Courtyard. The staff was friendly and took excellent care of us. Especially Selina at the front desk and Gloria, our maid, we're wonderful. During the day, while my husband was in class, I used the indoor pool, the outdoor patio, and the fitness center; all very nice. Even the laundry area was clean and easily used.

We stayed here for 2 nights and the hotel and employees were lovely. We chose this hotel as we wanted a place convenient to the NJ Turnpike. There really isn't much around in the way of shopping or restaurants, but you can have meals at the bistro right in the Courtyard.

Used the location as my office for 2 days. The staff is friendly and helpful. Liked the peace and quiet at this location. Working during the day and sleeping at night, had minimal to no interruptions. Rooms are clean and plenty of everything you need is within short driving distance.

Stayed here with family for 2 nights to visit Six Flags Great Adventure. The staff could not have been more friendly, and really made our stay an enjoyable one. The room was clean and comfortable with enough space for the four of us. The food and drinks at the Bistro were tasty, prepared well, and delivered quickly. The prices were a little on the high side but we were happy as the accommodation itself was not expensive. All in all, a great stay. A big thank you to all the staff for making u... Read more

At checkin, I was greeted with smiles. The front desk staff saw the exhaustion in my face and checked me in quickly and without taking offense to my incoherency. Every time I came in and out, I was greeted by people who genuinely seemed to enjoy their jobs and were always helpful. In the morning I got word that my uncle died and I broke down in tears in the lobby. This was an awkward moment, but the hotel staff salvaged it. The woman at the desk came around and gave me a hug. I was so grateful... Read more

The title sums it up. There is nothing particularly special at the Courtyard to highlight --- if I were pressed on the best amenity I would say it is the friendly staff (and in NJ this was unexpected)--- but there was nothing wrong either. It is exactly what it feels like - a hotel for business travelers or weary souls that stumble off the road. There is no luxury and minimal personality but it does provide a good night's sleep. Because there are no nearby restaurants, the bistro in the Co... Read more

I have stayed at many Marriott properties that pretend to be "Green". Do not have a hanger in the bathroom asking me to hang my towel "which is good for the planet". I have tried to hang on shower rod, the towel rack and even hide in the closet. They wash it every day, Either stop advertising that you are being a good steward of our natural resources or simply follow the proper protocol Thanks
