Room with king size bed totally wheelchair accessible Even with a credit card secured advance reservation,we encountered a problem. We are used to problems when we travel due to the particularities of needed special accommodations and hand controlled automobiles;we try to roll with the punches. However the general manager,Ms. Pat Smith, straightened everything out in a matter of an hour, and delivered everything to our satisfaction. I stayed at the Hampton Inn with colleagues to allow us to attend a meeting in Clinton. It is right by the I78 junction 15 and you can see it from the road which is reassuring if you don't know the area. Check-in was efficient and my room was large and equipped with fridge, microwave and comfortable bed. The bathroom was also plenty big enough and everything functioned well with a particularly good shower. The hotel is showing its age somewhat but seemed clean and well maintained. Its a goo... Hampton Inns are usually a notch or two above my budget. But events conspired to put me in the Hampton Inn Clinton on a recent family trip. I loved it. The place looked great, the beds were big and comfortable, the breakfast included hot food -- definitely a cut above normal roadside fare. And Clinton is a lovely area. I found a nice walking trail just five minutes away (by car). Only complaint: The entrance is a little confusing. Some of the guests were partying in the lobby and got a little lo... Read more

Great customer service at the front desk. The room was nice, however, when it was time for bed, I noticed the sheets were stained. Maybe they were clean, but who wants to sleep on stained sheets. We booked a room with points, were provided a choice of room online, booked a room on the 4th floor facing the pool. The room was clean, well taken care off, and quiet. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast provided is similar to most similar hotels. The wireless internet connection worked well. Overall we were very satisfied, and would certainly stay there again if we find ourselves in the area.

I don't usually review Hampton Inns because they are across the board consistently swell. The beds are comfortable. The staff is friendly. They have that waffle maker thing that so impressed my friend that he bought one for home. Some Hampton Inns are a little more detail oriented and some are a B plus while others are a C. During travel there comes a time for rest, and so many places are not as clean as they use to be. Even with the name, some are still bad. This Hampton was very good. Clean room all over including hall ways and lobby area. Beautiful scenery inside and out. Also patio outside for eating. Wal- Mart and Crackel Barrel close by in walking distance. My wife was also impressed.

I typically love The Hampton Inn; Hilton Honors member and all. This one was just ok. The service left much to be desired. I will say that the front desk staff was very friendly and mostly helpful. My biggest issue with this place was the housekeeping. We stayed 1 week, and each time we came back to the room after a day out, the housekeeping was mediocre. Well I found a gem in the middle of nowhere. I am not trying to talk about the small city of Clinton but I have never traveled there and I didn't know what to expect. The hotel was in an ideal location and it's neighbors (Cracker Barrel and Wal-Mart) where two establishments that I needed (dinner and cold medicine) and coul... Read more

I will definitely return again... With working for the State and needing to be on time for my next shift after getting off late from a double shift. It was a pleasure not to drive over an hour back home after midnight. Just went across the street to the hotel and rested. Great!

Convenient location to so much that Hunterdon County has to offer. Staff is incredible, every time we have stayed there. Property is very well maintained. Can't recommend it enough. They don't have a bar or restaurant but there are some excellent dining establishments very nearby. Clinton House, Farm House at the Grand Colonial, MountainView Chalet, Pittstown Inn, all very, very good.

This was our first visit to the Hampton Inn in Clinton. This is one of the better Hampton Inns that we have stayed at. The room was actually better than some of the Hilton Hotels I have stayed in. It's worth try in! Enjoy!

Beautiful, modern hotel. Very clean, friendly staff and wonderful breakfast. We will definitely come back whenever we visit our family in Flemington. Beds are comfy and rooms are quiet. Also pets are allowed, which is nice.

There was still an hour to go on the food service, so it appears that no one was checking what was available. The room doors are heavy and made a very loud slamming noise. Once cleaning staff was in the hallway, there was no way we could sleep in. We heard them talking as well as letting the doors slam themselves. More road signage would also be he... Read more

Hampton Inn is a repeat stay for us when in Clinton NJ! Staff has always been helpful and friendly. The complimentary breakfast is great! We chose the Hampton Inn originally because they allowed dogs, now no longer having a dog we still use the hotel because of the cleanliness!

A nice place to stay, with clean rooms, but hallways smelled smoky. The room was good though. Continental breakfast met our requirements, except for cold and very hard boiled eggs. There was oatmeal, toast, bagels, cereal, fruit, yogurt, juice, coffee and tea as well as hot chocolate! Nice warm chocolate chip cookies in the late afternoon.
