I've stayed at this location before and it seems to be going downhill. The room needs serious updating and it had the aura of not being well cared-for. The room was non-smoking but somehow the aroma of cigarette smoke was coming into the bathroom. The TV was an old CRT and reception was iffy. Fortunately I didn't have to spend a lot of time there, because it wasn't a place to relax.

The staff were extremely friendly. For the price it was totally worth it. Breakfast was kind of lacking with just toast and cereal. Someone also burnt their toast so the fire alarms went off. Good to know they work! All in all I would stay again.

I stay at this hotel frequently for business obligations in the area. While the rooms are due for a much needed upgrade it serves it's purpose after a long day of meetings. I love the pool area when it is open. Front desk staff is very helpful and friendly. However, the $100 room deposit is making me search for other hotel options in the area. I realize some guests may have ruined it for others but the fee should be waived for Wyndham rewards members or frequent guests. It ties up my card for ... Read more

Visit to the conveniently located property was terrible. Rooms are not clean. Staff acting as if taking care of you is an inconvenience. Property requires major makeover of both the rooms and the staff. Can't begin to say enough negative things about this experience.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable and the breakfast was totally lacking. There was only sweet cereal, no decaf coffee or decaf tea, no pastries or no waffle maker. The only other food was toast. Every hotel that I have been in over the last 5 years had a waffle maker.

I reserved 2 rooms. One room, the refrigerator didnt work so my food spoiled. They changed my room but I could not check into the new room until the next day after 3pm. I was switched to a room that cost more and was not charged the same rate as my original room for being inconvenienced.

For those on a budget that want a clean, nice hotel this property is a great place to stay. New carpet in hallways and rooms. TVs are old regular ones. They definitely need to upgrade them soon. Breakfast is simple, no hot items. Check in staff were friendly, cheerful and accomadating. Free parking, highway location near major roads. Outdoor pool is cold and its a nice size area with chairs. I would reccomend this for short stays on a budget.

Hotel updated and clean. New rugs, wallpaper. Furniture in good order. Refrigerator, coffee machine, and microwave. Beautiful, clean pool. Best exercise room ever saw in any hotel, even resorts i have stayed at. All new equipment and flooring. Felt very comfortable there. Close to restaurants (diner across the street), Red Lobster, Perkins, etc. Breakfast did not include hot food.

Bathroom door lock didn't work. The bathroom was dirty. Main window had a crack from one side to the other. The air conditioner knob didn't work right, cooling mode only worked on max. The card reader from the pool area back into building took about ten tries to get back in or stay locked out in the courtyard. The microwave started flashing and smoking after a minute of use. Breakfast was toast and jam packets.

Room was clean but the place has a tired old feel and look. Funny smell in the hallways. Breakfast was sad as there was only 2 kinds of cereal and toast. Wound up going to McDonalds for breakfast. I remember when this place was built as a Holiday Inn and it had a full-service restaurant in it. Now it's a shadow of of it's former existence.

They do as little as possible here. This time the refrigerator in the room leaked. The surrounding floor was soaked. Called front desk. Will have maintenance come take a look. Never showed. Called again 3 hours later. Came this time. Sorry can't do anything until tomorrow. ( After I was checking out) They do the bare minimum for breakfast. Even water down the juice. Book elsewhere if you can.

I visit at least twice a month for business. This place is ok. House keeping and maintenance could do better. Check in is always a surprise. Some days they want a hold on your credit card, some days they don't take it. Some days you need photo if, some days b no id nor even signing any paperwork is necessary. Sometimes when they put a hold on cc it drops off in a day or two, sometimes in a week!!! The garbage lined up by back door is gross, and most of the time my key card stops working.

Believe the reviews you read about this location. It is in dire need of refurbishing. Very dated and old. Some rooms still have old tube televisions. There is a musky chemical odor throughout. Luckily by turning on the air conditioner was able to get it out of the room. My room was clean and the bed was a bit softer then I like it but comfortable. The hotel is right on the highway, near Bridgewater, perfect if you just need a room for the night and to get back on the road. It was easy to find with good signage. The room was clean and up-to date and the price was very good. Blackout curtains made it dark and quiet for a good night's sleep but I still heard a lot of noise from within the hotel, particularly the hallway. There is a very inviting outdoor pool that is open from 9am-10pm for which you need to get passes at the front desk. ... Read more

Rude customer service, acted like I wasting their time. Blood stains on the sheets. Yes, that's right - blood. I'm assuming human but unclear. Smoke detector not functioning. It had a dirty, dingy appearance overall. Free breakfast consisted of bread slices, fruit loops, coffee, and orange juice. The best part was the price and the pool was in good shape.

The only outstanding thing about this motel is the outdoor pool. Service is consistently mediocre. Breakfast is awful. Rooms are adequate, in terms of cleanliness. TV selection is awful. And the vending machines are broken, seemingly for years on end. The last thing is kinda bad, as the motel is on the highway, with no convenience store in walking distance.
