The heat was not working in my room. After an hour later report the issue the maintenance man came with a small space heater! It didn't warm up the room.

First of all, the front desk staff was very rude and unprofessional. They gave my boyfriend and I three room keys that all did not work and we had to keep returning them, also the hotel itself was run down and not updated at all. Our bathroom door had a huge hole in it and the room was dirty. I would seriously not be staying here again. I would not recommend staying here at all.

We were very unhappy with appearance of the hotel. There was a smell to the room and there are of the hotel was horrible no where to obtain something to drink we had to drive 20 minutes and on top of that we had a dog barking in the room next to ours all night . We were celebrating our 7 year anniversary we really don't like to complain so we just made the best out of it but next time I will choose another location this is not a 4 star hotel more like 1.5 if at that.

Leaves you more money to spend in A.C. And the waffle breakfast and eggs and sausage on weekends sweetens the deal!

When we arrived they told us that our room was canceled because the card was not accepted (brand new Wyndham card) so we had to settle for a king bed for 4 ppl and we had to hunt someone down at 1130 at night for a fold out because they were not bringing it! When they came in to clean all they did was remake the bed and did not remove trash

I feel hotel should supply room with microwave and refridgerator. I wasn't to please with the open closet space. Also shuttle bus should be free all year around. They should consider hiring Non-Smoking driver for the shuttle van I am asthmatic and was overcome by cigarette fumes in the shuttle van I used which is not good.

After arriving at our first hotel booked, it was not up to even the minimum standards. We called around the area and were able to actually go and view a room at the Ramada, suggested by the front office staff. We were absolutely surprised at the accommodations in the building. The front desk staff was more than helpful in assisting us with the room temperature, the television stations and making sure that we had extra towels and anything else we needed. I would highly recommend this hotel to any... Read more

Room was filthy and smelled like mold, other guests and locals were loud and abnoctious. We constantly had people knocking on our door and running off. Parking was horrific and ended up having to park on the grass were it was pitch black. The tv was fuzzy as hell and if it wasn't fuzzy the picture was so dark you could watch anything not to mention the WiFi was sporadic at best.

We stayed here thankfully one night only. The room was stinky, cold and only one lamp was working. When we saw the room we just prayed for the morning to Keaton's never come back:( I don't recommend staying at this place
