Stuck in AC due to canceled flight. Hotel voucher from airline. Looking for just a one nite getaway, the Ramada was the perfect choice. Stopped in, checked prices, used my AARP discount and we were in our room! Room was very clean, but most of all mattress and pillows were amazing! Slept great! Nice complimentary breakfast next morning and we were on our way. 2 miles to casinos and all the action of Atlantic City. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Even though I paid over $100 for one of the memorial day weekend, the customer service was horrible. My room didn't have towels at all. When I called them they said they will bring them but they brought them after two hours. Front desk was not polite. Frontdesk and their supervisor were fighting in front of me, which was not cool at all.

I had a great time and ATLC. Ramada was a great price so that was a perk. A shuttle usually available also a strong point. There is a nice pool too which was great and staff basically have you privacy. However my hotel room was not vacuumed before our arrival. We got a smoking room and there was marijuana seeds on the floor in several areas. I did not bother to call the front desk because I figured even if they dropped the ball that day it would certainly be vacuumed the next day when our room w... Read more

I chose this hotel for a quick one night stay during Memorial Day weekend because it had an outdoor pool. I arrived on Friday and found the pool empty with hoses strung across the parking lot to fill it. I booked the room for five, listed ages and everything. We went into our building, which looked and smelled like an old dorm, including the faint smell of weed. When I arrived to my room, there were two double beds, so I figured they meant it was suitable for five with a rollaway. I called for... Read more

i booked online to stay at to hit atlantic city , booked a king bed smoking with pet , the reservation was accepted , paid for and ready , BUT when we got there it was a catastrophy . Dont get me wrong , the room itself was actually pretty nice , however , they have a double edge sword , the building that pets are allowd in , is all no smoking , and the building that is smoking , are no pets allowed ! so you tell me how they booked me ? we went to the room first , noticed there were no ashtrays ... Very pleasant at check in and check out. For the first floor to be smoke free smelled of cigarettes. When asked for additional towels none were delivered. As per the brochure for continental breakfasts was unsatisfactory with stale baked goods, no eggs or sausage, waffle batter was watered down, and fruit was not fresh. No other foods were available. Such as yogurt or oatmeal.

Recently stayed at the Ramada West Atlantic City for a family vacation. Hotel was not exactly what I expected...long story short the pictures online make it look better than what it really is. The rooms were "okay" in terms of overall quality. There were a few spots in the ceiling that appeared to have leaked before and looked like the wall paper in that area was molded. There was no refrigerator in the room although it was listed on my reservation confirmation. When I asked for it I was told th... Read more

Room supposed to be smoke free - smell of smoke right as the door was open! Both the chair in the room and the bathroom door had cigarette burns. Ice machine didn't work had to go to the other building. Morning staff nice - night staff, the driver checked me in and was not welcoming only told directions on how to get to room - end of discussion. Not the best or cleanest Wyndham resort I've ever stayed in, thankfully it was only for one night.

The staff was great, but this place needs updating. There was only one 3 prong plug in the room and the Fridge and microwave were plugged into one socket via extension cord. The pool is filled when only one family gets in. The back door to the rear parking lot works on your way out, but you can't re-enter because the card reader is out of order. The toilet is too low. The tub has high sides and no grab bars to assist getting out. The place is clean but old and tired.

Hotels OK for short stay need new rugs in the rooms and hallways. The breakfast buffet was just something to get by instant waffles bagels toast etc. it's good if you have to stay overnight in Alantic city but I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you want to stay a couple days. I would personally only stay there for emergency purposes.

The room smells like smoke, I couldn't sleep the first night because my bed had bedbugs. I was uncomfortable, my body was itching, I have marks and bruises on my body. I want to the front desk to show them the bedbugs and I ask for the manager on duty which I didn't get to speak.

My family and I stayed at this hotel on our way to a trip to Cape May. The pool was a decent size, and the breakfast was okay. However, when I went to the restroom I saw mousetraps! I was startled by this sight and ran out to tell my husband. On the way out, we also saw a jug of bed bug insecticide in plain view of the guests! To add on, there were a couple of matresses outside, leaning up against the building, which in and of itself is suspicious, draw your own conclusions... and that's when we... Read more

Beware this hotel has 2 buildings, one is side of the road motel quality however the rates are the same as the other, nicer building. Hotel did not provide us with a bath mat and we were given a hand towel when we asked for one. If you want more towels you have to make an even exchange and if not you'll be charged for extra towels. Woman who did Housekeeping didn't understand English well - causing a misunderstanding with a towel request. Bed was made with the blanket first then a sheet. Blankets aren't always washed between Guests - but sheets are. We told Housekeeping of this problem & unfortunately bed was made the same the next day. The side door was never locked requiring the room keycard to gain access. The sink faucet leaked and the faucet filter needs cleaned. The AC/heating unit was very noisy. The so called high speed internet was not high speed, only my smart phone and not my laptop could access the internet. The shower control allowed some water to run out of the faucet while the shower was being used. I would not recommend this hotel nor have any desire to return.

"As soon as we got to the front desk to check in, the desk lady did not acknowledge us as we waited behind a woman and a teenager who were having difficulty checking in (something about expired credit cards and payment). the guests and front lady desk went back and forth for about ten minutes before we were "greeted". We stayed here over the weekend of Sept 9 for 3 nights. I was happy with the cleanliness of the room and the friendliness of the staff. The reason for only 3 stars is that we were placed near room 710. The girl in this room has quite a thriving business with men coming in and out at all hours of the day . . . . . and night. If you have a car this is a decent place to stay altho there are some places to eat close by you are centrally located near all different places to eat as well as the casinos. Beware if you are going to take a cab to the strip it is $25 for less than a 5 minute ride. And the $5 shuttle the hotel offers told us they were closed because they haven't had a call in 4 days. Room was comfy, tv was nice, fridge and microwave definitely helped!

I stayed on the 2nd floor it smelled like marijuana when I made a complaint the house keeping lady confirmed & said some of the rooms are for smoking... My confusion was when you get off the elavator it says "smoke free" I think they should have a smoke free floor that way their is no confusion. if I would have known it was okay to smoke marijuana at the hotel I would have stayed somewhere else...
