"First thing, when my niece and I checked in the gentlemen checking me in ask for a Credit Card , he said that it was just a temp. $100.00 hold, I dont know what the heck for but whatever 9 hours of driving I was tired so I gave him the card and He said the hold would release when I checked out . Fine. So I find out the hard way that I would not get my $100 back until 7 to 10 business days, LIARS ! If they would have told me that from the start instead of being dishonest I would not be so upset. I also thought it was CRAZY that we had to pay about $12.00 for 24 hr of internet access. I mean every other hotel I have been to has always had free internet . Room was small we were in the New Orleans area, The staff was friendly but that doesnt make up for the misinformation. I will not stay again."
