The room was nice, but we were next to the ice machine and venting machine. We stayed on the 8th floor, but really wondered if it was the party floor. It was very loud, drunk people running in the hallway, at one point there was a female screaming from the top of her lungs and banging on someone's door for at least 30 minutes, mind you this was at 5 something in the morning. Dogs in the hotel. On 2 occasions we almost stepped on dog poop. We left the hotel and came back a few hours later and the... Read more

I'm here for memorial weekend 2016 and they charged me $200 for security deposit just because I used a credit/debit card than I found out they over charged me because security deposit is $150 and on top of all this I won't even get my money back until 3-5 business days after I leave this place is scandalous

Came for a convention and was pleasantly surprised at how nice the hotel was. Rooms were comfortable and well appointed. Parking was very conveniently located on site and there is a nice pool and hot tub which is a big plus. The hotel was only a few minute walk to the boardwalk and casinos where there is plenty to do and lots of shopping on the way. Our only complaint was being next to the ice and vending which seemed like the popular place to be at night.

We stayed two nights at the Sheraton Atlantic City Convention Center Hotel over Memorial Day weekend. We were not there for a convention but rather to visit Atlantic City and attend a concert at the Borgata. Despite the busy weekend the hotel did not seem too crowded or frantic. I was looking for an affordable hotel (by Atlantic City standards) that was still clean and in a well populated area. I had researched the casino hotels right on the boardwalk and the Sheraton was much less expensive.... Read more

We were pleasantly surprised by our wonderful experience here. We were not expecting to have a view of the skyline and even the ocean. The lobby is beautiful. The service was great. There is even an interesting exhibit on the Miss America pageant! Would definitely come back!

I wanted to share my unpleasant experience stay at the Sheraton Atlantic City Hotel during my Memorial weekend stay. Starting from the moment I pulled up on property. I pulled in the front of the property of course no place to park not even for just 5 mins to get my room key and drop off my luggage, because I wanted to go back out again, but I felt as if I was being harassed by the valet or bell man asking me 20 questions about what i was doing? where i was going? how long i was going to be? I have stayed at this property several times in the past. I always use Valet Parking. They take the car to an enclosed garage and lock it I know my car was locked as I have an App on my phone that details the condition of the vehicle. When my car was returned to me on the 21st of May, I noticed that my jacket and hat were on the rear floor, not seat as I had left them. OK, someone applied the brakes harshly and the item fell. WRONG. I then noticed that an expensive pair of gloves were missing. I... Read more

The price was right for what we got, extremely nice staff. One of the problems was when we opened the door to the room we got this smell of a dirty wet rag moldy smell UGH!! Told the cleaning staff that was still on the floor, she came in and sprayed the bathroom with air freshener smelled a little better but that night as I was brushing my teeth I could still smell it. This hotel is great, it's off the strip so it's more quiet and relaxing - a good place to unwind / sleep at night. It's only a short SAFE walk from the casinos, beach, Boardwalk. The staff that works here is amazing. Checking in was easy, the woman at the front desk was very sweet and helpful, she even gave suggestions for dining, clubbing, etc. The bellhop's are very personable as well, on our way up to our room our bellhop informed us of the past of the hotel, (it has a Miss America theme). ... Stayed here for one night recently with the family and had a less than comfortable stay. We arrived around 11pm and still had to wait more than 30 minutes to be assigned a room. I know they were fully booked, but is still amazed me it took that long to get me my confirmed room, while others checking in where being accommodated faster. I am not the highest level with SPG, but high enough I would have expected more. It didn't get much better when we got to the room. The furniture was showing ... Read more

My family recently stayed at this hotel for a weekend getaway to the beach. The staff at the hotel were great and very welcoming. When we first arrived in our room we found that our television had no remote control, so we called down to guest services and they brought one up, only to find our TV didn't work. The repair man came right away to fix it. After he left it still wasn't working. We called again and the repair man came right back to look at it. After trying to fix it for about 30 minutes... The staff is friendly, convenient location close to shopping and restaurants, easy in and out parking and clean rooms. Stay here for a few nights to spend your money in the restaurants and casinos, but don't expect a great bed. Very old mattress with lots of wear in my rooms (got 3 rooms for my friends and I). Pillows also very flimsy and left us with stiff necks, but we got what we paid for.

My wife and I booked the Sheraton AC for our wedding block of over 90 rooms for our large wedding at One Atlantic. After some back and forth on corrections and lists and extras our hotel stay went off without a hitch and the hotel was extraordinarily accommodating exceeding our own expectations! With all of the traffic and things going on, the staff were professional, kind, patience and extremely helpful. There isn't anything bad I want to say. The check in was supposed to be at 3pm. I arrived around 1pm and was able to check in. I liked the lobby and the fitness center. The lobby had Ms America dresses on display and that was really cool to see. The fitness center is large with plenty of machines. The pool is indoors and a fairly decent size. No one was in it. This Sheraton took care of their Lifetime Platinum Members well. That is the fact. My request for room upgrade using my Suite Awards was properly accommodated my wife and I ended up in a lovely suite. The only problem with this suite (room # 1202) is the housekeeping. The bath tub with the whirlpool option is nice, but would have been excellent if only it was clean. This batch tub was "full of SOAP SCUM" from the previous user - it was downright disgusting. Sheraton personnel have a very respectful mind set when dealing with customers from the front desk staff to the cleanup crew. I can say from the 3 times I stayed here I have received nothing but kindness and can I help you attitude. The beds are very comfortable and clean. The club lounge personnel have always been bending backwards to make your requests an easy event. Tje front desk management team will make your stay an unforgettable experience. We stayed there for only one night before flying back to the UK. Good rooms with 2 double beds - clean crisp linen. Coffee and tea facility in the room. Iron and board. No fridge though. We did not try out the pool. Facility dated, but the I guess that is the overall impression of Atlantic City.

I often go to AC for concerts and shows and stay at the casinos because I just thought it was easiest, even though the rooms are dated and remind me of the '70s. This is a nice place. Very good for the money, the rooms and view was very nice. This place is very central and not for from the beach. The only thing was the pool was a little small. It was really more for young kids. There are shopping and eating places all around the hotel, so you don't have to eat in the hotels restaurant.
