The 'Pool After Dark' is open day and night. Lots of relaxing, pool volleyball and day drinking going on during the day. Then at night turns into a club, have DJ's (not sure if it's every night though). The casino is large, it's not as classy as Borgata but was fun and I'll def stay here again. Rooms/Beds were comfy, no complaints.

Upon my visit to Harrah's I played three card poker constantly, and I was shocked when security requested dealers to pay me more money for my winnings. In other words, when I had a good, winning hand, I was paid a certain amount by the dealer. But, because security was watching, it was discovered that the dealer unintentionally paid me less than what I should've gotten for my winnings. Hence, security contacted the floor manager to say I wasn't paid correctly so the manager told the dealer to... Read more

Terrible experience for once out of about 25 times I have stayed there. I still have good memories at and with harrahs, it's just that the once bad time has affected my view of harrahs slightly. I will still recommend harrahs to others but I will be forced to mention that one negative experience I encountered

It's tough for me to rate harrah's since i'm a 7star member. The rooms are nice but outdated and sammy d's is awesome when getting a late night meal drunk but other than that cocktail service is slow when in the high roller pit.

Stayed here for 4 days at a conference. The staff was very receptive to every need.. Recieved a beautiful room! Iwould recomend this to anyone! They had a shuttle to Ballys and Caesars that went from 10A to 10:30p every day. I took it to Ballys everyday and went to the boardwalk. There is so much to do. If you get bored, there is something wrong. LOL

Stay in the Bayview and Waterfront Towers they're better quality rooms than the Marina side. TThe pool area is awesome and the seafood buffet is the best somewhat of a long wait for the buffet so get there as soon as it opens.

Great for an overnight or several days. Have to try Dos Caminos on a Wednesday: excellent margaritas and food! Pool experience a real plus and service is great! The variety of slots will keep you more than entertained. I do wish they still had salsa night though - great music and mix of people.

There is a good variety of slot machines, but not a lot of table games open during our recent stay. PLUS, all table games had high minimum. The Poker Bar, our favorite spot in the casino, was closed during our entire stay. Security reported that the bartenders refused to open in because the new floor "smelled"! Hmmmm...hire new bartenders!

We stayed at Harrahs on July 4th to see the fireworks. Unfortunately they were canceled due to rain. Be aware that the parking deck is quite a walk from the hotel registration area which requires you to walk through the casino with your luggage in tow. For Husband's birthday, treated him to a stay at Harrah's since he really enjoys their Poker Room. SO if you are a poker player this is a great card room, and play can go on for hours. But watch out! you may be getting to bed in the wee hours only to be woken b4 7 AM with some crew making tons of noise with drills and various electric power tools. I kid you NOT!! The repair, maintenance lasted well towards 8am. We were in the Marina tower, 14th floor. Who's call was this to have this drilling et... Read more

Beware of deals offering low priced rooms in Atlantic City. Harrahs bills itself at a resort; and to an extent, it is. The casino is nice, good variety of restaurants and wide selection of rooms. That said, we encountered problems at every turn. 1- Check-In: There are way too few front desk employees to check in all guests. Even high rollers had to wait. The line was reminiscent of a them park's top attraction. 2- Our Room: Old, worn, and stained. We booked a room in the "Waterfront ... Read more

I get a little less every year. I have been a diamond for several years. No more anniversary coupon book. No more offers for shows. No more offers for buffet. Cut back by 3 months on card expiration. So it seems like you are done with me. So i"m done with Caesers casinos.

Definitely a good place to stay if you want something more affordable than the rooms on the boardwalk. I felt that the whole environment including the guests were more approachable and friendlier. The staff walk around the casino providing more drinks at a reasonable pace. Overall it was a great experience.

Do not stay at the Harbor Towers. Those are the worse rooms, very dirty they smell and very outdated. I had a terrible room I could not sleep in that place they gave us because it was so filthy I've never in my life been in such a filthy room. Thank goodness we were able to get transferred to a new room in the Waterfront tower the following day which are much better updated rooms. The buffet is the best in Atlantic City in my opinion, met a great manager there, the food is great, the staff very... Read more

Appears to support a conclusion that the crap games are not random. That goes for all Caesars Properties in Atlantic City not just Harrahs. Although Harrahs is the best of the three it too falls short compared to Resorts, Taj Mahal, Trop, Golden Nugget and Borgata. Sorry Caesars my position comes from years of gaming at all the above mentioned properties. Caesars Properties finish last!!!

Your BOGO sinks. When we take the time and effort to travel to AC, we expect you to feed us. Along with your BOGO, it has been become harder to earn Reward Points. As a result, we have spent most of our time and money elsewhere. We are not likely to maintain our our Platinum status.

For as much as AC is struggling, there are little things Harrah's should pay attention to that would help them. 1. Our room's AC unit broke in the middle of our stay. 2. There was coffee spilled on the carpet from the previous guest that got onto my sister's clothes 3. Customer service needs major improvement!

First upon check in my room was filthy. The glasses were dirty and someone forgot to flush the toilet after they used it. I wanted to play craps. I asked the dealer at the table for assistance. Yes he assisted me all the while placing side bets for himself. I was shocked. I walked away from the table. Very disappointed at Harrah's this stay.

We have a group that comes here once a year and we use Harrah's as our base of operation. Rooms are adequate, food is decent. Craps table personnel were not the best. Had to check and correct them on payouts a few times. Bar staff at main bar were friendly except for Wayne. Pool is not very accomodating. People put things on chairs to make sure they can come back later so you cant really find a place. Sam's food is good, friendly staff.

Harrah's is off the boardwalk, but their free shuttles make it easy to get there. There is a nice variety of restaurants on site-from very casual to formal. Rooms were clean and everything worked well. My room had a mini-fridge which was convenient for keeping extra drinks cold. The slots weren't to friendly, but that's why it's called gambling.
