As Wyndam/RCI timeshare owners, we are always looking for new destinations. Upon arrival at Atlantic Palace we were not disappointed. The entrance is inviting and the staff is friendly. The studio units are superb. Our unit was very modern and appeared recently remodeled. There are hotels on the boardwalk but this is the only condo building. Right in the heart of things. No need for a car, saves you rental fee plus $8/day parking fee. The Jitney Shuttle cost my wife and I $20 from the airport.

Spent the other weekend here and was very happy with our stay. Our room was nice but the view of the ocean from our window was not the greatest. Room was alright but not as nice as last time that we stayed. The elevators are the only bad thing that we found so far, they are very slow, especially during peak times.

Resort was nice, could use some updating. Plenty of supplies to use for week. Staff was very friendly and helpful EXCEPT for 1 front desk employee - Sonya/Tonya. Very rude, belligerent and downright nasty. "Changed" shuttle schedule and left us waiting for 45 minutes outside for our shuttle to train station. She is obviously the one other reviewers have complained about, since all other staff very helpful and friendly. Needs a major lesson in customer service. Pool and restaurant not open ... Read more

We stay here every 2 years and always have a great vacation. We own a time share and the hotel is very nice. Great views of the ocean or the city. The pool is nice they are adding a spa to the property. They are right on the boardwalk and just a few steps to the ocean. With in walking distance to everything.

We spent from Friday night to Wednesday morning here. The staff are very nice and helpful. The 2 bedroom unit we had was clean but could have used a little more TLC. Just little things nothing major. We were on the 21st floor and had a great view of the boardwalk, ocean and city night time views! I would suggest the higher floors so you don't have just parking lot views. We were easy walks away from any casinos and restaurants. Also not far from outlet shopping and of course boardwalk sho... Read more

Can't beat the location. But we planned our trip around the pool and fitness center advertised on the website when we booked months ago. No mention at booking that these would be closed indefinitely. We found out a sister property nearby had a pool available but only some guests at our hotel were eligible to access it (not us apparently). Having that as an option would have been nice. And maybe setting up a small temporary fitness space while yours is down would be nice.... At least informin... Read more

The studio unit was great. We had an awesome view and the room was updated. So many things to do in this area. There is a great beach right in front of the hotel and Land Shark Beach bar is 2 blocks away. They serve some great drinks. You might want to try a Pink Cadillac. Ate at some great places which included Angelo's, Kim and Kelsey's and Oyster Creek Inn. Of course there is some great shopping nearby. A friend of ours was visiting Atlantic City for the first time via a timeshare in this property. She invited us and our two kids to come stay with her, but since she was in a studio, we decided to get our own room. We scored a one bedroom suite, 2 nights before arrival, via Expedia. The price was good - $192. The only drawbacks: having to pay separately for parking, and the check in/check out times (check in at 4pm; check out at 11 - meaning a whole 20 hours on the property!). I didn't rent a car because I was only there from Sat morning to Mon afternoon. Didn't need it. The hotel is perfectly situated right on the boardwalk. Pros: Got a good view of the beach and boardwalk, close to the boardwalk, room have a mini kitchen and most of all they provide a lot of towels. Cons: Customer Service sucks, bait and switch tactic on pricing. They charge you $100 deposit, if you pay cash, you will get it AFTER A MONTH, if they do return it. Decent stay! Good front office staff; clean rooms; good location. Only wish their fitness center and restaurant were operational. Atlantic city itself there's not much to do but the property was well maintained m, etc. I am an RCI member and stayed in a studio as we were just the two of us. Amazing view so all in all a decent property.

we checked in today. So far, check in staff has been unpleasant or helpful. As well, room isn't updated, fans are noisy and the bathroom has a broken shower door. We love Bluegreen normally. This has been the most disappointing to date. The size of the 1 bedroom suite is decent.

The room was spacious and clean, had a huge window with a beautiful view, a jetted tub, a kitchenette, and a sofa couch. Friend booked this for his birthday, so I'm not sure what rates were compared to other places that weekend. Check-in was kind of odd because the hotel shares a lobby with a time-share place, but it was efficient. Older guy in the (included) parking garage was friendly, everyone else was effective but flat. Went here for any overnight stay. We stayed in the studio suite. The room was clean. Really nice view of the beach. Check-in was a little shaky. The woman forgot to code our key cards so we couldn't get in our room. Then we had to wait fifteen minutes to get an elevator back down to have her code the cards. The resort has a great location, right on the Boardwalk; you can walk right outside onto it. Upon arrival, there really isn't much in the way of a place to park while you check in. Pulling up to the hotel in the porte-cochere, we were told we couldn't park there...even to check in. So we had to park on the street in what may have been a no parking area, so one of us stayed in the car. It wasn't a very good welcome/first impression. Ok, so if I could have made this a 2.5 I would have. It wasn't terrible but most hotels or timeshares I've stayed in had more of what I would call "basics." I was surprised to see as many 5-star ratings, however. If you want a cheaper place to stay that's clean and you don't care about much else, then this place would be fine for that. But I tend to expect certain things at hotels and timeshares. Me, my husband and son were staying with my parents for a night so this review is based on that. I d... Read more

Everyone from check-in to any members of the staff that we met on the elevators or in the halls were also friendly and always asked if we needed anything.
