"I booked one night where they offered lots of great perks - free parking, food credit, spa pass, drink vouchers, etc. When I checked in, the front desk said they did not add the perks to my reservation. The front desk manager, is quite possibly the rudest and most anti-customer service oriented person I have ever dealt with. When I showed her the print out of the offer, she told me that anyone can make things like that with a computer, implying I had lied and made the perks up. I had to wait until after midnight and a shift change to FINALLY get a manger who was able to assist it getting partial credits (and he was at least professional!). When I got to the room, the light switch didn't work, and the previous guest's room service garbage was still on a table. In the bathroom, there was a ton of dirt on the floor which I mopped up with a towel - I used the towel that had an odd orange stain on it. This seriously was an awful experience and I will never stay at Ballys ever again."

"I was pleasantly surprised. I was told that Bally's wasn't such a good choice, but I had a great experience. We booked a Dennis Luxury King room. Check in was quick and smooth (arrived around 8:30 PM on a Sunday), the staff was courteous and helpful, our room was very clean and the bed was incredible. I don't know what kind of mattress it was, but it was fantastic! The bathroom could have been nicer. I was expecting a tiled shower stall and had a tub/shower, but the shower head was so strong I didn't want to get out of the shower. We ate breakfast at Six Bistro and again it was a great experience. Food was delicious and our server was great. My only issue, which kinds of doesn't count against the hotel, was with the drunks, but that's Atlantic City, so what can you do. They're everywhere. I would totally recommend this hotel based on this weekend's experience."

"Have always arrived early to AC hotels & if the room was available they allowed check in. Bally's charged us $10 tax for this. If I didn't pay this it would have cost a bell hop tip to store the bags. I wasnt the $11.50 but just the idea of the situation. Not good customer service to put this extra charge on when the place was like a ghost town!!
Never had this in Borgata or Trop. Aside from this it was a great stay."

"My trip to bally's was ok, first of all I had reservations for the Dennis side and I was placed on the claridge and with one phone call the mistake rectified and we were placed on the correct side. The staff was willing to put us in the room before the check in time but due to the labor day weekend volume they could only pre book one of the two reservations andthe other was made at check in time. The staff was willing to spend that extra minute to make sure the u knew where u were going because the hotel is big. The rooms were great on the Dennis side, recently updated. Good vides all weekend, I would defiantly recommend ballys as a place to stay."
