Not even sure where to begin..so many issues. We just got back from a two night stay. Was my Sons birthday and we met some friends and family. My son and I are certainly not big gamblers. I think that has a lot to do with many of our issues. That being said..the people meeting us in AC are gamblers. They gave up on ballys/Cesar's/ Harrahs a long ago. I should have followed... I booked thru total rewards, and was given a special rate. I had also been sent an email offering upgrades for a l... Read more

Long line checking in. Ladies room off lobby was closed the entire time of our stay. There was a ladies room off of the casino area that was so discretely labeled it was necessary that you be directly in from of the door to see the sign. That bathroom was not properly attended to. There are no other restrooms in the casino area. We were assigned a room in the Dennis Tower, quite a distance from the elevator. I love staying at ballys because it's clean and neat every time... It's in a good spot on the boardwalk and they usually have decent wages for table games.... The pool smells like heaven with a sauna and 7 hot tubs... But you have to pay to use the pool even if you stay there... The pool has an outdoor deck and is the most relaxing part of my vacation.... I plan on going back real soon especially if they give me another comp stay....

We were here on business and although our first room was dated it wasn't a pleasant view of the rooftop we asked for a ocean view and that made the difference in our stay. According to our group the Jubilee section is the newly renovated part of the hotel . We have been to Vegas a couple of dozen times this was a change to be able to walk on the boardwalk and view the ocean .During our function we were impressed with the food quality served at all events and the customer service received.

Took my family visiting from Seattle to Bally's for a one night stay. They loved it! Rooms were a nice size. We all had fun in the beautiful pool. The adult kids danced the night away at the beachside bar & dance venue. Would recommend Bally's for a great family get-away!

Visit late June. Crowds not as busy as in earlier years, AC has lost a number of visitors over the years. Bally's has a great look and feel inside, the room was clean and the beds comfortable. I did like the Total Rewards drink ordering from any slot and the prices are there to see. Had breakfast at Buca di Beppo and the buffet was great and tasty. I like the fact you can traverse between Bally's and Caesar's Casino without going outside. The Boardwalk is always nice to walk up and down. The bea... Read more

Walked right out door directly on to Boardwalk. Perfect. Guy Fieri's Chophouse was a good choice. Great burgers. Better wings. Check out was done over the room TV. Overall a ... Read more

Don't expect a lot for the money you spend on a room here. This hotel needs a serious update. I would not recommend it when there are so many better more reasonable choices out there. Not happy. Our room key's didn't work which made moving around the hotel freely difficult for my husband and I. The walls and doors are paper thin so you can hear everything. The wall paper is peeling everywhere and the carpets are dirty and dingy looking. When you sit at the bar and play video poker you still have... Read more

Staff if wonderful, accommodating, friendly and helpful. There is shopping, restaurants, entertainment, bars all over the hotel so you don't even have to go outside unless you want to.

I reserved this room through Priceline and my receipt said paid in full. However, upon check-in I was informed by the front desk I would still be charged resort fees and parking garage fees. Also, if you check in before 3:00 PM you'll be charged $10.00 for an early check-in fee, even though 2:00 is the standard for many hotels' check-in so 3:00 PM is not early at all. Our room was great though-polite workers.

I checked into the hotel at 3 pm. I was told my room was not ready and they would call me when it was ready. When I did not hear from them, I called the front desk at 4:30, 5:30 and 6:30 and was told my room still was not ready. Finally at 8:15 pm I went to the reception desk and was told my room was ready and the receptionist did not know why I did not receive a call! I did not even receive an apology for ruining my day. This is unacceptable and terrible customer service.

You check to see if your reservation/room is ready. they will charge you, now, $11.00 to put your name on a list to get your room before 4pm, regular check in time, heck the beach day is over at 4pm. So you say you pay the 11.00 dollars, and they "SAY" they will text you when your room is ready. Guess what, you guessed it, they don't text you. Recently stayed at Ballys, was fortunate enough to get a waterfront room on the 42 floor, all I can say is WOW! The views of the Boardwalk and Ocean was breathtaking. Had dinner at Guy Fieries which also was a great experience. I will say that some of the rooms can be a nightmare with views of a brick wall and severe updating so be sure to ask ahead of time. Caesars and Borgata do an overall better job running a casino. Police the non-smoking areas. Change the carpeting in the elevators. While you have the most beautiful club in Atlantic City and the food is good, you need to stop being so cheap. Serve bottled water and get bigger plates. Need to make too many trips to put food on our plates. And many seniors are handicapped. You're being very inconsiderate or JUST DON'T CARE.
