Rooms are spacious and very clean. Excellent continental breakfast. Friendly, accommodating staff. Check in/out was a breeze. Room rates a little costly but well worth it. Would stay here again and would recommend to others.

Hotel has some issues, like random wood pieces falling off the wall in my room and the ac not going below 75. However they were quick to fix these things and they were nice. The breakfast is always good and the location is perfect to get anywhere you want.

Once again it's been positive stay at the Hampton. The staff was very welcoming and showed great hospitality. Even though we did have one concern, it was quickly resolved and the entire staff treated us like royalty. Our kids enjoyed the heated pool and the free breakfast is always a pleaser. This hotel is well kept and clean. Like other Hampton Inns it offers decent sized rooms and baths, complimentary breakfasts, free wifi, and convenient luggage carts for transport of luggage to/from your room. This hotel is located in the Neptune/Asbury Park area just off the Garden State Parkway. Parking is convenient to the building's main entrance. The breakfast offerings at this hotel were nicely displayed and the service area kept very neat.

Beds were very comfortable and bedding was great. Only one walk to restaurant which was not the easiest access since had to go over walk over an overpass. Great hotel as long is dinner is not important.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hampton Inn in Neptune, NJ. The location is great: very close to outlet mall, nice restaurants, and not too far from the beaches. We also liked the hotel: very friendly staff, comfortable beds and pillows, and the free breakfast is an added bonus. They also have refreshing lemon water in lobby along with free apples. The pool and workout room were perfect for us.

The staff was really wonderful at this hampton inn. I checked in online and everything went smoothly. There was a problem with my keys and two women came up immediately and gave me new keys. The beds were fine and the room was spacious. I used the fitness center and was thrilled it was empty. One of the women who helped with my keys came ASAP when I complained that the fitness center was too hot and adjusted the AC. They gave me a late check out on my last day. My wife and I stayed 2 nights here (5/27 and 5/28). We were in town for a Saturday evening wedding and decided to arrive a day early (Fri) and spend some time in the area. Well located hotel, near shopping and access to the shore... It's a go to when visiting at Seabrook Community for my Mother. Good internet and free breakfast is convenient and well done. They keep it stocked and clean.

Toss out the budget on this one. The place is brand new, clean, nice staff, free delicious breakfast. The beds were clean, crisp sheets and a large selection of pillows. Was able to "chill" the room down to a frosty 65 degrees for deep sleep overnight. The gym was reasonably equipped and the pool is delightful. Apparently you PAY for all of that and a lot more than I had imagined!

Beautiful renovations leave you feeling like you're staying in a high end hotel. We were really impressed with the updated rooms, spacious bathrooms with beautiful granite countertops and stylish common areas. We didn't get to use the pool, but it seemed like an awesome amenity. There was 24 hour complimentary coffee which was a huge plus :) We will be back when visiting the shore!

The Neptune/Wall Hampton Inn is quite a nice hotel in a great location near the Jersey shore. I have stayed here several times and the staff have always been friendly and quite helpful. They are very attentive to the needs of their guests. The location is fabulous with the outlet mall just 2 minutes away and the Jersey shore beaches within a close driving distance as well.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. From the minute we walked in we felt at home. The hotel was extremely clean and the room we stayed in was immaculate. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be staying at this property again.

This appeared to be a fairly new hotel. It was very nice and clean. It was very reasonably priced compared to hotels closer to the beach, yet it was less than ten miles from the beach. The only issue we had was getting a gps address that would work, but we solved that with a call to the motel.

I stayed there three nights and wish I could have stayed more. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, with high-end furnishings and bathroom fixtures. The free breakfast was wonderful, with a wide selection of food... from waffles to fruit. And the staff was helpful and friendly.

By only complaint was the room was not cleaned one day. Not sure why! Other than that we had no syrup for pancakes or waffles and no juice at 8:30 in the morning. I traveled with my 8 year old so we went out for breakfast.

Front desk staff upon arrival informed myself and my partner along with our 18 month old child that the room we reserved was not available, and that we would be placed in a handicap room. However we reserved a room with two queen beds, and the handicap room would only have a King, After speaking with the guest service staff about the fact that we did not reserve a handicap room and paid a large amount to money for a room with two queen beds they insisted that the handicap room was an upgrade. We stayed here over the 4th holiday, and Found a friendly staff upon arrival and the hotel and the room to be exceptionally clean and very up to date. Breakfast was great , lots of variety. If your looking for a casual place to eat go to Pete n Elda's the pizza was outstanding.

Originally selected this hotel for the price and because I'm a HH Honors member, but my family and I quickly realized it's a fabulous hotel in a convenient location. 10 minutes from historic Asbury Park, NJ and 30 from the Seaside Heights Boardwalk it's the perfect hotel for a Jersey Shore vacation. As an added benefit it's a Hilton hotel which means you'll experience all the luxury you've come to appreciate from Hilton. Can't say enough good things about this hotel!

I usually stay with the Hampton a few times a year when I am on a project in the Asbury Park area. When I do I book with Hampton in Neptune. It is close to the NJ turnpike and right next to the outlet mall. If you are looking for good food there are some spots within 5 minute drive. Comfy rooms, easy check in.

This hotel was perfect for a little getaway to Long Branch and Avon by the Sea. I wanted to be near the beaches but not pay the ridiculous prices to be on the beach. This was more than fine. The drive was 10 minutes to Avon, which I really like. The hotel was very clean. The staff was so friendly. And the breakfast was more than adequate. Definitely recommend. Plus, you have outlets and restaurants right there too.

This is a Hampton Inn not a Hampton Inn and. Suites. A bit aged. It's location provides lodging for folks planning to go to the beach. Breakfast offerings were very good how ever the seating area is very small comsidering this place sells out frequently. Look for special rates for AARP. AAA etc. The pool was being repaired which upset the young folks and parents looking for a close fin thing feor the kids. I would stay here again if I needed to be the area again

Hotel accommodations and service was excellent. I needed a hotel that was clean, safe and close and this hotel was that and more. Would return without a doubt if I wanted to be close to the shore (within a 5 minute car ride) but didn't want to pay lots more at a place that was not as clean or new!

Amazing service. Incredible. Comfort? If I could transfer the furnishings and linens into my house I would. Room was clean and refreshing. You are RIGHT NEXT TO the Jersey Shore Premium outlets. Room was quiet and I was even near the elevator. Didn't get to use the pool. Only complaint I had was WiFi is really slow. I recommend this property 10/10.

Location is ok, right off the GSP. Not close to the beach if that's important to you. Staff is knowledgable and friendly. Rooms are very nice. Internet ok also. Breakfast was terrible. No hot items were available. The attendant said they were "coming". After waiting almost a 1/2 hour I gave and took a couple of the muffins. They were stale. No tops for the coffee cups. Very un-Hampton like. The rate was quite high for the location.

Staff is always engaging and pleasant. Rooms are clean new enough to feel comfortable. Hotel is close to several good restaurants. I have stayed here a dozen times due to its proximity to one of our locations so I get to use the services here several times a month. Never any issues with my stay and I am always greeted with a smile and a welcome.

Good location about 15 minute drive to Asbury Park and right next door to large outlet mall. Premium internet worked really well with very good download speeds. Perfect for business travellers. Free breakfast was above average in terms of choices, compared to similar offerings from other hotels.

Was looking for a last minute home base for a weekend down the shore. This was perfect. Newly built (or refurbished) and very clean. Great bed. Excellent free breakfast and wifi (although it was slow). Was just 10-15 minutes from most beaches and 20 minutes to fresh seafood restaurants right off the boats in Point Pleasant. Would do again for sure.

Disgusting!!! Dust, and grime everywhere. Bathroom had visible mold growth in the shower stall. Common areas were no better. A gentleman ahead of us at checkout had the same complaints. Never again..." Do not waste your time, or hard earned money here.

This facility was perfectly located to the Shore Beaches and great and Jake Short restaurants across the street from NJ Premium Outlets up the road from Walmart Target Marshall's Home Goods Bed Bath & Beyond just an overall great area. I stayed at this hotel for one night, arriving around 8PM. The staff were extremely gracious and friendly! My previous experience with New Jersey has not been favorable. This stay has improved the average! The rooms were clean and nice, like most Hampton Inns. This will be my hotel of choice on my return visit!

My husband and I spent 3 early September days here. Most of the time we visited with our mom at JSUMC. It was an easy 10 minute country drive. I stayed here when I went to see CATS on Broadway. It's a little over an hour drive into New York City. It's about 15-20 minutes from all of the nearby beaches which was nice, too. Planning a wedding in the summer of 2017. General Manager Nicole Monaco, recently promoted to this role, is absolutely 100% unreachable. We experienced horrible customer service and as a result, we have missed out on other locations for reserving blocks in the area. DO NOT USE this location for block reservations. This little gem is our new best place to stay when visiting Asbury. Barbara, at the front desk, greeted us with a smile. The hotel is newly renovated, and it was buzzing with a summer crowd for breakfast. Ten minutes away is the Asbury boardwalk where we enjoyed a concert at the summer stage. Easy to return to after some fun ! Spacious room with a fridge and comfy bed too. Will be back again.

I made reservations on the phone directly with the hotel. I received a confirmation number and I cancelled other arrangements in favor of these nicer arrangements. This is a great property based on location and price. It's close to the outlet and nearby Boardwalk. Lots of entertainment offered and the beach is also close by in a short drive. Take your family and love ones and have a great time!

Very pleased. Newer, well appointed Hampton Inn. Everything worked as expected and the Internet was faster than most. Comfortable bed and HVAC that responded to my requests. Large bathroom with full shower was a nice touch. Plenty of parking and a nice free breakfast as well.

This is a typical Hampton Inn, fairly clean and comfortable, and close enough to Asbury Park and other beaches to make it a good place to stay. The service was pretty good with the exception of the breakfast area, they needed extra help as the hotel was rather full and they could not keep up replacing the food. Also, I don't know how they can do this, but they should discourage guests from coming to the breakfast area on their pajamas.

The room was ready when we arrived. It was clean. I liked the walk in shower instead of having to climb over a tub. Everything in the room was operating the way its suppose to. Breakfast was good. More then enough of everything. My favorite was make your own waffles.

Disappointing customer service..front desk personal on Sat and Sun were not helpful..left us to fen for example: told us to go to the kitchen to find our own tray when asked for assistance. Only employees on Friday were helpful..the weekend staff made us feel we were putting them out when we asked for anything!

Housekeeping should know the rules! We stayed here for the night of our Wedding, checkout was to be at noon, not 9:30!!! And when you want people to know it's check out a few knocks followed by, "check out time" should be enough, not banging on the Door as if we we're criminals !!
