We traveled here with a group of 9 kids for a birthday. I was a little nervous but Annie at the front desk made sure it all went smoothly. Always with a smile on her face, I can't say enough about her! Also, Joe in the water park was great with the kids! My daughter had a great birthday party, full of water park fun and space for pizza and cake. I would highly recommend this hotel for families :)

This our 6th visit to North Conway and first at the Hampton Inn. We wish we had stayed there before. We could not fault the hotel and its staff. The breakfast buffet was adequate. However, it is included in the price so you can't expect a gourmet breakfast. Coffee and tea is available all day for guests near the reception.

Thecsuite we were given is huge, and really nice. Excellent bed size, full amenities in the room. The pool is a bit small, and mainky ained at young children, breakfast is good with plenty of choice. Two things spoilt the stay though, one was all the Harley Davidson motorbikes that kept going up and down the roax all the time, sounding like farm teactors. The other was the internet, which is quite slow.

The staff are very welcoming and easy to work with. And facilities are Clean and homey feeling. The breakfast was warm and delicious. And the water park was a very nice bonus, it gave my children something more to do than just sit in our room watching TV or playing on their tablets. Great experience all around.

My mom, sister, and I stayed in a one bedroom suite at the Hampton Inn & Suites in North Conway, NH. The room was spacious, clean, with all the extras - mini fridge, microwave, 2 TV's. Had a wonderful stay and, the bonus was it's right across the street from Settler Village outlets! Great dining at the Muddy Moose! I rated sleep quality as average, only because there were children above us, stomping around throughout the day - ugh.

Also, the hotel is set back from the road, allowing for a safe and quiet experience. Staff obviously enjoy their work. They were all friendly, courteous, and went out of their way to help in any way they could. Very disappointing Hampton Inn. Arrived to find staff casual and chatting among themselves. Negative and charmless welcome from unprofessional receptionist was such a contrast to other inns in chain. Breakfast had less choice. Room was large and had typical facilities. Coffee maker was pathetic. One cup at a time. Get better management here please. North Conway so beautiful they don't have to try?

Yes, North Conway is a tourist area, but >$250/ night is excessive for the end of September, notwithstanding it being early in leaf-peeping season. It was clear by driving around that North Conway is not jam-packed on a weekday. The property itself is new, well-maintained, with typical Hampton-level room sizes and amenities. There is an indoor water slide and pool, which would be appropriate for a family.

Everything about my stay was great, except for the breakfast. Overall, the breakfast was what you'd expect for Hampton, but the coffee was more than disappointing. I like strong coffee, and both the "regular" and "robust" urns were watery and very weak, both mornings of my stay. Trivial, but a disappointing start to each day.

Enjoyed the very comfortable room here and good quality toiletries. The welcome was a definite step up with cheese and wine instead of the usual juice and cookies. Being close to the North Conway shopping outlet was a definite plus but the breakfast was a big disappointment. The eggs smelled a bit strange and the bagel was frozen before I toasted it. Eating with plastic knives and forks on paper plates is really not acceptable unless you're a school child.
