Bed bugs in our room. We were offered a room change and free breakfast but were not staying for breakfast so they offered 1/3 off. I would expect 1/2 off. I am allergic to any kind of bug bite and am now paying the price. Very uncomfortable. We're club members and have stayed a this hotel 10 times or more but may need to consider other local hotels when visiting family. I don't blame the clerks, they were very nice and understanding.

I had to be in Nashua for work and decided I didn't want to bother with a rental car, so I stayed at this Holiday Inn. From there I could walk to both offices I had to be at and there was a restaurant in house, so I was set. The rooms are large, the windows open (a little), the beds and pillows are comfortable and the front desk is very helpful. They serve breakfast in the morning from cold cereal to omelettes. The coffee is excellent. There is a pool in the center of the property which I m... Read more

We were all supposed to stay at this property and at the least minute a few of us moved to another hotel and we were glad we did. Our colleagues found a bug in the bed and then they didn't have hot water. You coals smell cleaning disinfectant in the waiting area and that is what sent us out the door. Rooms was okay, but wants to sleep in a bed with a dead bug as a roommate. Keep your clothes wrapped in a bag. Hotel needs a serious update!

Stayed here recently on business. I did not detect any bugs nor do I have any bites. Pros: comfortable bed. Room was huge and clean. Refrigerator. Excellent fitness center. Cons: low water pressure. Very, very loud heating unit. Priced over $200 per night.

Room decor is dated, no extra amenities, a basic room. Not a good value. Mag strip keys (2, carried separately) stopped working 4 hours after check-in, was locked out of hotel entrance and room, front desk employee blames us, "can't put keys next to other credit cards or your phone" - really? Breakfast that every other place provides for free costs money here (e.g. $12.00 for buffet, or you have to order from a menu), not even fresh coffee, only the stale stuff in the rooms, thank God there is ... Very quiet hotel, easy off and on from Route 3. Rooms are clean, small pool area. Good buffet breakfast. McDonalds next door. Price a little on the high side but is a good stop over for family or couples. Front desk very helpful. Wifi spotty in rooms. Flat screen tv with HBO and lots of channel range. Pub on premises

Stayed at the location while visiting family in the area. Room was comfortable, clean. The bed was comfortable, room quiet as well. No fridge or microwave in this King room. The Sunday breakfast was excellent and included with a special deal. One of the best breakfast I have had, however it was a Sunday and possibly offered for the public.

Both the front desk employees and the bar staff were very pleasant, however they couldn't possibly overcome waiting over an hour for appetizers (supposed to be their advertised "happy hour" specials but we waited forever for them) and almost two hours total for dinner. The hotel itself was fine but I can overlook dated decor for good employees and great service/food. Unfortunately this hotel only had one of those things and it wasn't the latter.

We had a large two room suite with a very comfortable bed, comfortable seating - all as presented. Place was very clean, staff very responsive. Would definitely stay here again. Even with some very minor signs of age it was impressively clean especially in the bathrooms where dirt, mold, determination tends to show in lesser maintained places. Wifi was very poor but they did tell me it was being upgraded. A couple of minor quirks included not being able to close the door between rooms. Go figure... Read more

The hotel was clean and the room was quite large. I was surprised there was not a small refrigerator in the room because there certainly was enough space to accommodate one. No ice bucket...? Also hotel website said breakfast was included, but not in my case. I guess because I didn't book directly thru the hotel? That aspect was confusing and somewhat disappointing

Average hotel, the Internet service is down and there isn't any wifi in any of the hotel. It has been in repair since May 17, but not fixed yet. The room was not very clean upon our arrival (urine stains on toilet, dust on wall above air unit, etc.) The coffee service stops at 10:00 am and their breakfast buffet closes then too. Don't plan on sleeping in if you want breakfast or even a cup of coffee here. The front desk agent informed me they would install a router in our room yesterday so ... Read more

Hotel was OK. It needs updating. We had the suite...Romantic weekend away. It was weird you walked in to the bedroom not the living area. The bathrooms were very small. Should look into making the one in living room a 1/2 bath and the one in bedroom larger. I spilled my makeup on the bed and they did not change the sheet. Breakfast is not worth $12 for brunch which was just adding someone to make an omelet for you. BUT Marcy in the bar was AMAZING!!! so nice and their version of French ... Read more

Like other reviewers, I found my room to be VERY damp and smelled of mold. As I write this my throat is a little sore and I am congested. I'm not being dramatic. If you are sensitive to these factors, consider staying elsewhere. Like last year I found this room on priceline, it's the least expensive around this area for 3 star. But you get what you pay for.

A group of friends and I stayed here this past weekend. We had three separate rooms but all had the same complaints. The room smelled of mold when you walked in and the bathroom was not clean. In our room, we found hair in the tub and what looked like cigarette ashes on the toilet seat. The other two rooms also had the smell of mold and one also found hair in the bathroom upon arrival. While the price may be decent, the rooms are far from it.

I called prior to making a res and specifically asked about wifi, my husband is finishing his Masters program and wifi is very important for school and work. There is no wifi. When you call they say they will reset the router are say it is due to the amount of guest using to much bandwidth. Don't insult your guests. Be honest the wifi doesn't work and has been an issue since May. If you have work and need Internet DO NOT STAY HERE !!!

Being disabled with a service dog and 83 year old mother makes it a bit complicated to get around. So they decided to put our room in the middle, not too bad. The night we arrived the toilet wasn't working which makes me wonder how clean the room was. A man arrived and said he fixed it. He didn't. The next morning another person came and said he had 30 yrs in the business so I guess that helped because it was fixed. Due to medication and special dog food that was needed we needed a fridge. We were here to take a break from hiking in the area and found the room to be adequate and clean. There was no refrigerator, and the wifi was not working - there was a sign that said that they were almost finished updating the system. We found the room quiet, the bed comfortable, and the air conditioning fine. The best part was that we were lucky to be there on a Sunday morning when there was a HUGE breakfast buffet - everything from cold selections to cooked-as-you-prefer omelets, eggs, panc... Read more

I try not to review within 48 hours of a stay so that I can be as objective as possible. But, in this case, I feel that my objectivity is out the door due to the issues we faced at this location. And, I want to get this review out there ASAP to hopefully help other travelers avoid making the same mistake we did. First, there was a group of people arguing outside the hotel when we arrived. Then, we had to wait 10 minutes to check in because there wasn't anyone at the desk. I will say that t... Read more

I have stayed at this hotel about 4 times and I can say that it is a very nice hotel. I have always had a pleasant experience whenever I have stayed here. It is an older property and they should seriously do something to improve the outside appearance, but, they have done a fabulous job upgrading the rooms. The rooms are huge and very clean. Housekeeping does a great job in making sure that the rooms are well maintained. The front office staff are very cordial and pleasant. The night auditor, Da... Read more

The next day me, my wife and my mother for bit by bed bugs again. I would highly advice people to stay away from this property until the bed bug issue is resolved.

As was reservations desk when booking rooms. The bad. One room was ok. A cheap, clean place to stay. The rooms are "no frills." The hallway near the laundry room is humid and smells, but you can't smell it inside your room. The front desk girl somehow had my reservation, but didn't. I had to call Priceline to straighten it out, wasting about 30 minutes when I should have been able to check in right away. No free breakfast, and what's available in the hotel is expensive, but there is a McD's literally next door. Overall, I'd stay there again, as it's just about ... Read more

Strange looking and strange layout for a holiday inn, wouldn't have been bad if the check in women let us know there were multiple wings of the hotel and that they were not connected after the first floor. That would have saved us 10 minutes searching for our room # that didn't exist where we were. A little lack in customer service here, which surprised me since I stay in a lot of Holiday Inns as a Platinum rewards member. I will not be using this hotel again out of the other options in the area... Read more

I stayed here for the weekend and felt the rooms could really use some TLC. The shower and ceiling tiles were yellowish and looked stained. The check in at the front desk was less than welcoming and didn't mention that we should have received a wedding party gift when we checked in. The plus is a cool little Irish Pub on site with live music and good food.

I stayed here one night in October 2016. The Hotel is dated and run down. There is a funky layout and you have to go up 1/2 flight or down. If that is a problem for you I don't know if there is an elevator, I didn't see one. The rooms were acceptable, they were clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom is split with the sink in the main room. In the bath room it is very tight, hard to even close the door. Generally the room needed updating. The carpets, especially in the hallways...
