Staff was genuinely interested in our stay. Room was a little older but kept clean. Pool and hot tub were great. We will definitely be back. Central location was great for trip to beach, shopping and UNH

A tired, slightly dank room that was okay for a quick overnight (in at 9PM-out by 5:30AM). A $1.50 "In-Room Safe" charge for a safe we didn't use--or notice, for that matter!-- seems like a petty way to nickel & dime customers. Too low for me to dispute but enough to make me remember & not return.

Stayed here for a wedding recently. Conveniently located in Downtown Dover, everywhere was walkable. Staff here is very professional and the room was extremely clean and surprisingly more modern than I anticipated. Only major knock on this place was the morning breakfast. Bread was stale, Omlettes next to inedible. At least there was juice and cereal to have. Overall a great stay, would come back, absolutely. Can't beat the location and cost.

For what we needed it for it was fairly clean, our room even though it was a none smoking room, essence of cigarette smoke lingered in the carpet and the drapes, and the bathroom had a mildew smell. Carpets could of been cleaner, bottom of my socks (clean socks) were very dirty after walking in the room. Staff very nice and helpful though.

Great location, rooms were clean only issues we had were the cable would go in and out and the room key would take a few try's to unlock. Over all stay was good no complaints. The breakfast wasn't all that great but was surprised they even served breakfast. We will be returning customers!

Nice, clean, right in downtown Dover. Older property, but very well maintained; everything worked perfectly. Recently painted. Possibly the nicest staff in my experience. Pool is a nice new addition. We had a room toward the back, and although it was full, we did not hear any of our neighbors. I would not want a room by the pool. We stayed 2 nights; college graduation; traveled 5 hrs.

We booked their one business class room for our 3 night stay & arrived to find the room uninhabitable due to odor. Apparently new carpet had just been put in & because the room had no windows there was no airing it out. The staff was very friendly & understanding about us leaving & requesting a refund (which was issued), but it left us in a very tight spot having to find other accommodations on a very busy weekend. I cannot in good conscious recommend this hotel if you need to book in advance.

We were given a room that at 1st glance seemed ok. I opened the bathroom door and found flies in there, the floor was dirty, hair was stuck in the blow dryer, and the towels were stained. This was one of the worst hotels I've been to. The only reason I gave two stars is the location, short walk to restaurants, bars, & stores.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The front desk clerk was friendly and helpful, and the pool area was well maintained. The only small drawback was a lack of outlets in the room. We had to unplug something in order to get an outlet to charge our phones, or charge them in the bathroom outlet. Aside from that, our stay was fine and I will definitely stay here again.

The staff were great and accommodating. The room had a musty odor to it, topped off with too much carpet powder. Pool was definitely not 80 degrees like they said. Definitely not comfortable swimming temperature. More like a cold lake. Not a bad hotel, but not super.

My wife has arthritis so we asked for a room on lower level ( 2 levels no elevator ) they said they could accommodate us. The room was nice, the A/C was ice cold carpet had some spots in it but over all it was just right. We needed a reasonable priced stopover on our way home from vacation, and this was a nice find. It was the only place with fairly reasonable rates, the bed was very comfy, breakfast was a nice spread, and the employees were friendly. The hotel is a little bit older, but you can see that they are updating it. Would stay again.

We stayed for two nights at the Days Inn. It was very crowded and loud. A lot of people around and loud at night. The beds were very soft and hard to sleep if you need a firmer bed. The breakfast was adequate but the lady setting up and servicing the area was dirty looking. They need a more pleasant person in the breakfast room.

The folks here really made us feel at home, from when we called to find out about dog-friendly accommodations to making the reservation to greeting us when we arrived. The room was small but spotlessly-clean and included a fridge. The breakfast was significantly better than many similar type motels and the desk clerk even had a terrific suggestion for supper (3rd Street Grille, nearly across the street). AND it cost quite a bit less than its competition a few miles away in Durham.

The hotel was ok. But our room was directly above an indoor pool. The pool opened at 9am & Im pretty sure there was a hotel guest with a brood of children at the pool gate at 8:59am. They splashed & yelled for a couple hours. Which isn't what I wanted to be woken up by early on a Sunday morning. If you stay here, please do yourself a favor & request a room on the outside of the pool area.

I stayed at this hotel for a family wedding this month. My cousin chose it, but lives in the area so had never stayed here herself. I could handle plain, simple, even out-dated but this hotel is not clean, the room stunk like mildew and they still have the AC units that are in the wall and run noisily all the time. I originally booked one night but decided to stay 2. They were wonderful! The room was very clean, the pool was very nice and indoors. I couldn't have asked for more. Very overpriced and the office staff was very snippy when I requested a ground floor room for my handicapped mother in advance of our arrival date. The hotel it self is on the older side but they try hard to make it look nice and would stay again. The rooms we had had a fridge which is a must for us.
